“No shit, the chrome extension apps comes with this freedom ticket is almost same course I took for 7k, I know you guys have to make money but you are creating more competition for the sellers. I don’t want to people find out and the market will be saturated”

“Helium 10 is simply amazing with all that it can do. I wish I had known about and signed up at the beginning of my Amazon journey, before launching my first product. It would have saved me many costly mistakes. The freedom ticket training alone is worth the subscription cost for a few months. If you're new to Amazon looking to launch your first product, I highly recommend signing up for helium 10 platinum first, taking the course and learn to use the tools a bit before even thinking about finding a product.”

“Helium 10 is a total "swiss army knife" of everything I need to run my FBA business. The company never ceases to amaze me on 1) how fast they are to deliver 2) how reactive their support 3) how much they care about their customers (COVID support was amazing, very responsive in the FB groups) 4) how reasonable their prices are and 5) how valuable the tools are and 6) how imaginative they are at coming up with new areas of the business they support. The latest financial solutions are fabulous, and looking forward to a more general release of a PPC management solution. This is another thing they do well, rather quickly offer their premium products to all subscribers--they can because they're always coming up with new premium ideas! Well done Helium 10 and thanks for being a partner.”

“Absolutely the best product on the market for dealing with anything as a seller on Amazon!!! I can not think of anything else that your product could do except sell the products for me! What is even more incredible about this product is the Freedom Ticket Training that you get for free with the purchase of your product!! Incredibly fantastic product and training!!!”

“I was hoping having paid for the helium 10, my access to using the tools will be easier and simpler but they are not, although I have followed the instructions on how to connect it to my Amazon Sellers accounts. Every time I try using tools like Xray, Assin and Black box, I am denied access. I bought Helium 10 a few days ago, and as a newbie, I need a lot of practice in using helium 10 to research and analyse the profitability of my products and if I cannot use the tool I will have cancel and request for refund.”

“We got impressed with the features in Helium 10 and the supporting videos BUT the customer service sucks! While testing “Follow-up" we found lot of bugs & errors, sent them to 2 of your Philippines VA's and we are still after 8 days awaiting replies/solutions. One get the impression that all your VA's except Aldwin would need quite some training before they handle customers. Also, it is quite annoying that we cannot get in contact with anyone in the administration. So far we are far too disappointed to subscribe but perhaps a solution from the admin can change our mind? Here is the email se sent to Pauleen 8 days ago: Jul 8, 2020, 9:17 PM PDT Hello, I am testing “Follow-up” but unfortunately find a lot of bugs & errors. Could you please check these and tell me why they do not work? 1. Email template “1st email -Amazon has shipped your new [[PRODUCT-NAME]].” has the following errors: a. 3 x CONTACT US do not work! b. The PLEASE CLICK HERE TO ADD A LITTLE REVIEW link is not correct! c. Most of the “Amazon Template Tags” do not work! 2. Do we need to set the content of each of the “Amazon Template Tags” or should the software pull this from our account? 3. On the “Follow-up>PRODUCTS” page ASIN: B01LXUWITK is missing in many of the countries. 4. Why does Holland have this: “Marketplace: A1805IZSGTT6HS” instead of Holland? 5. Why does United State have 2 SKU numbers (SKU: 40034921927, 712038304820)? 6. If we sign up today, will you compensate all the days we might loose on errors like the above? Thank you. “Alexandra is fantastic in many ways. she knows what we need and got it done. She made the process stress free and I love the automated system for uploading bank statements. I have been in banking for 20 years and have not seen anything like it. If you are an amazon seller this is no brainer. H &S”
