First time using, total ripoff $25 charged for setting up a ride in advance plus other charges, the driver was good but you can keep the company.

Absolute disgrace. In the past week Uber REFUSED to pick up my wife and our 7 year old son. They were both Indians in appearance.

Tried to get an Uber this morning. Waited over 1 hour as they would accept the job and then cancel 15 + minutes later. Ended up catching a bus. Missed my son's rugby game so not happy.

Yesterday I ordered I uber taxi from britiannia Hotel in Manchester to go to Salford Royal hospital. It was raining so I waited in door way. All the uber taxi was pulling up I ask driver where my taxi he said he on is way said OK so waited in door way . My driver text me and said he on silver Street I didn't know where silver St I didn't know silver St was . When i eventually find silver St was he wasn't there. So I went back to britiannia I ask the receptionist to order a taxi for me so they did to go to Salford Royal hospital. I'm a disabled person I think I was treated badly by the driver not going to the front of the hotel where all the drivers pulling up but this driver didn't. I payed for a service I didn't get

I ordered a drive and the driver showed up and was on my way to my destination. During the last part of the right, suddenly Uber AI decided that something went wrong and without my approval ordered another drive for me, practically a double if my trip. Even if i cancelled the trip in less than 2 minutes, Uber decided that i have to pay for the service ! What support did not see (even if I mentioned it) was that the 2nd drive was accepted at 6:30 pm and the cancellation occured at 6:07 pm (23 minutes earlier). How was that possible? Uber totally ignored this and the charged me for the 2nd drive cancellation (even if i fid not ordered it) and it was ar 150% the price I paid for the original drive, which got me to the destination correctly. So, that's goodbye Uber for me. I cannot be charged for their poor programming. I used Uber a lot in the past, without issues, but this is the end for me using Uber. So, riders be aware ...

Uber is not at all trustworthy service provider..their driver dropped me n my small baby in the middle of road in such a hot weather just becoz he dont want to pay toll tax n even he is driving some other person cab which is not at all safe for customer. Now Uber is charging the amt of that trip which is not completed by me..i have fight a lot with them but they are not ready to accept their driver mistake.. After this scenario i only want to say that its not at all safe for atleast girls to take a ride from uber.

My car was broken into and my credit card was stolen whoever stole it used it and added it to there account I have been waiting 13 hours to speak to someone from there claim department you can not call them it is all done in the app it should not take this long due to theft

First of all I paid a price for a driver being said 4 min away. I get a driver saying they’re 8 min away. Ok I can deal with that. 2 min pass then driver cancels and I get another notification saying my new driver is 10 min away! Driver took the longest 1 min away I’ve ever seen. When she finally gets there she’s on the phone and her car smells of weed! She then presumes to drive in the opposite direction of where I’m headed ( to work by the way) and takes the long route! Omg! Weather it’s Uber/Uber eats, I seem to almost always have some type of issue. I use this service 6-7 days a week almost 2times a day. So you can imagine how upsetting it is when a good chunk of hard earned money is going out!

Upon finding there was a missing item in my delivery I phoned Uber who told me, after checking details of my account they could not offer a redelivery nor a refund. No explanation as to what that means and every time I try to get hold of someone I get shut down with the same vague response. Disgusting service, unacceptable is an understatement, Uber are thieves!

MY BAD EXPERIENCE IS SIMPLY NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT UBER FOR SUPPORT. I HAVE BEEN USING YOU FOR YEARS AND A RECEIPT IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY RIDES BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION ON YOUR WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. NO ONE SHOULD USE A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. i WILL BE SWITCHING TO LYFT.

I did not order food from Uber, but was eating in at Macdonald's Bentley Bridge Wednesfield, I ordered my food at my table and got up to use toilet, I got me food served to my table and Uber worker who was collecting meal, tapped my on my shoulder and asked me if this my wallet he found on the floor, it was and I was so greatful he was so honest, I offered him some money as I was so pleased I had not lost my wallet but he totally refused. His name was "Andrei Lucian Baisan". He deserves recognition for being so honest. Kevin Keane

Uber cancelled my order when the driver was outside my door. I had a gift voucher that I used to place the order. They would not return the credit voucher to my account even after I never got any order. 0/5 customer service. They kept ending my requests for help and you can't even talk to anyone to get your money back.
