When selecting a cheaper ride they will say it's busy and next they will go up on there rates so that you will have no choice but to pay for it complete rip off company and I don't see them being around long that's just flat out wrong for this

Danielle is literally the best ever she was great even supplied snacks and nonalcoholic beverages for us during our ride. Hands down amazing!

The Filipino support is absolutely F up. They keep talking like a robot without understanding the concerns we as drivers face. Plus Uber takes almost 57 to 60% of the cut from each trip. This company is running the biggest scam and exploiting people.

Reserved 2 days in advance a 173.00 fare and was going to give a 50.00 tip for a ride to the airport. 10 minutes prior to pick up time I was advised no drivers were available, thus I had to change my plane reservation, which was quite costly. With 2 days notice Uber should have been able to schedule something for a 1 hr trip to the airport. I will never use them again as dependability is a must. I wish I could give Uber a -10 review!

Uber is completely trash and I am going to make loud noise cavity the price they say to charge me and what they fraudulent ass actually charge. I hate Uber now I used to think it’s beneficial but not when they late take the time and then overcharge people. Absolutely disgusting

I have been a driver for uber off and on. Every time I try to cashout the money I have made there is an issue. You can't speak to someone directly. There isn't a contact number, and your only option is to chat. This is unacceptable for a million dollar business. I would suggest driving for Lyft at least you have someone there to speak to if you have issues. Uber has really disappointment me and my colleagues with such poor customer service. You just lost a 5 star driver !

So, I am doing Uber eats with electric bicycle. And they noticed that I am using car because of the high speed. That’s why I add ebicycle on my account. But they did not allowing me to go back online. Because they went me to add car. And they have options to choose which stuff I can use to do deliveries and I choose ebicycle. But it doesn’t make sense anything it’s my choose stuff to deliver. But they force me to add vehicle on my account.

Ridiculous experience with my last trip. Driver was very rude. He did not increase fan speed even after i requested He did not drop me to my location though i was with too many luggage. His car was not clean at all He should be fired from uber company I want my refund of the trip

I had a promotional coupon code for 25$ off of a meal but it wouldn't let me send it. So I used support and they asked me for screenshots which I provided. Then they told me it had been deactivated by Uber with no explanation. They said Uber reserves the right to remove a promo anytime they want to and there's nothing they can do. So they already knew this and yet had me send screenshots for no reason. I've never had this bad of an experience before. I will never use Uber again.

last night i took an uber for 2 stops . She took off at the first stop with all my bags . Uber could not even find the employee. When they found her she left me for almost 2 hours . She gave me my stuff back but items were missing. Ube is horrible . Would never use them again

The Uber ride is the worse thing on the planet. I scheduled and Uber a day before I had to be picked up from my JOB!!! I got off work at 4:30am they sent me a message at 3:45 am saying they were looking for a driver after theyd already confirmed a ride and a person. I called customer service twice they both got nasty with me cursed me and hung up in my face both times. Would not take my calls anymore and cancelled my Uber all together. I had worked a 12 hour shift. THIS WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL TOGETHER. I AM DISQUSTED. I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR FOR MY WIFE TO COME PICK ME UP WAKING MY KIDS UP. I HATE UBER AND THEIR SERVICE

I paid for the priority delivery fee of 3$. I watched the driver pick up my food then drive all the way across town went somewhere else then came back and delivered my food. It was no longer warm. I had screenshots of the driver with evidence of the route they followed. I asked for a refund of the priority fee since my food was not delivered first as I was under the impression it was supposed to be. They say that they couldn’t do that because my food was still delivered within the desired timeframe. I asked for clarification with the point of paying for priority is if it wasn’t dropped off first, they just kept repeating the same information and refused to refund me 3$. I’ve deleted all of Uber Apps and will never use them again based on this experience. They obviously don’t care about good customer service.

Why do Uber drivers don't pull in to the driveway when there is no side walk? It's common sense that you can get hit by a car on a busy street. And all these elderly people you have driving I'm always ate to work your services are becoming horrible.

Driver has my phone. He is driving around which I can see from another phone. Customer Service has not gotten back to me. They said the call the driver, but the driver did not respond. Meanwhile the driver is working and driving around.

I'm no longer happy with Uber. I paid for 2 comfort level rides this weekend. The drivers were safe - BUT: The first car was filthy exterior and had cigarette smoke smoke interior. The second car was clean, Inside and out, BUT, also stunk of cigarette smoke. I contacted Uber regarding both rides using the apps, Help feature, and they Insulted me with a measly 5 dollar reward. No Thanks Uber, Seems I'll have to take my $$ and loyalty to a competitor since Uber does not appreciate satisfied customers.
