I start my first activity with uber 16.07.2023 and I had a car accident 31.07.2023 I only want to they send me an e mail I started and do my first activity on the 16.07.2023 but they send me an email about 19.06.2023 it is not true I have photos and I can't reach them through the phone call I m desperate about it I wrote them to call me but they are not Why it is difficult just call and make true 1 things I want only

Very very bad support service. I asked for help twice about the promo code not applying to my order. I followed the requirements of the promotion and saw the total but the next day it got charged without promo code. I got ignored both times I asked for support and they try to close my support request every time. The worst customer service ever. And then they say your order was made more than 48 hours ago so nothing can be done. Well it would help if they actually reply and care about the customers and sort it out within 48 hours.

Charged me twice for a tip for my Uber Eats delivery driver, Spent about 3 hours in customer support going through multiple different people who all just said "No we didn't" And when showed that they did through the uber receipts and my bank statements, they all ended the chats, absolutely disgusting, will not ever be using this app in the future

I have used Uber since 2016. As of July, my app does not work for rides or delivery. I depended on Uber for my job and they let me down tremendously. They are horrible! Uber does not have a support line to actually speak to a person. The help section does not have each issue for assistance. So, you get stuck in a loop. Uber Eats, does have a number and you can talk to them. But, with anything complex they can't help. They push it off to a team that can't talk (they don't have a direct line) so they email you. Which still does not work. After speaking to a manager for 40 minutes then I received an email that stated it was resolved. But, it wasn't. You can't even reply to emails. I have called about 15 times and spent hours on the phone. Also, I reached out to managers on LinkedIn without a response. I have had over 400 rides with them. Since, I can't get this issue resolved now I use Lyft, DoorDash, GrubHub and Instacart. They lack customer service! I would not want to be a shareholder of the company. I don't think the future is very promising with them. Remember Kmart, Sears, and Grants… The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different result. I'm not sure why I keep trying to call Uber Eats to resolve my app issues. I'm going to have to let this go 🥲😞🥲

I tried getting information about a ride for my son. The guy was barely understandable and then hung up on me. I will never use Uber again I’m switching to Lyft! My mother has had multiple issues with Uber drivers and customer service also! Just dumbfounded right now.

My driver fell asleep at the wheel, crossed several double white lines, and couldn’t keep up with the flow of traffic for being so sleep, I recorded him, put in a complaint with Uber as well as requested a refund and they did nothing but apologize, they will understand when they get sued for allowing reckless drivers to take their customers around.

I called asking help uploading my car insurance and explained that the document wouldn’t upload because my parents names are the ones on the document because they own the car. After trying to get it worked out the man on the phone hung up on me after getting frustrated that I did not understand him. Exceptionally unprofessional.

Uber treats their customers with the utmost of disdain. Its “support” options are deliberately confusing and the automated responses are designed to be circular. If you manage to navigate their deliberately frustrating maze of “help“ topics, you might be lucky enough to wait in a 20 minute queue to chat (via text) to a “support” rep who will send you a few irrelevant / nonsensical responses and end the chat. This is clearly very deliberate on Uber’s part – it is disgusting the way they treat their customers – the people who keep them in business.

If ther dricer support is going to be for English speaking drivers they need to speak and understand English to do their basic job. Just plain and simple. Customer/driver supports for English speaking countries need to have enough basic English skills.

Uber Driver support and help desk is absolutely terrible. The text message support is just as useless as the phone support. It all seems automated like you’re talking with robots. You can type a complete description of your issue as clear as day and it’s like they don’t even read it or comprehend it.

UBER SUPPORT IS THE WORST!!! ABSOULUTE GARBAGE! The representatives are extremely unprofessional and untrained! Their system has major issues that no one seems to be able to figure out. If you need help navigating any issues, you're going to have to wait forever and chances are NOTHING will be done. Don't waste your time trying to become a driver! Don't waste your time using Uber at all!

Always have to end up talking the most unqualified unprofessional support agents. Fire all of these overseas agents and hire agents who are more qualified and know how to their job! Hire agents in the United States for god sake. Holy Cow. These foreigners with their heavy accents and terrible service is just terrible. Fire all of them and hire new ones in the United States even. Speak English!!!!

Worst ever. Took forever to find the right person. Then they had me on hold while they looked somehting up. Then after 15 minutes they said thanks for my patience, wrote that I would get an email from another team in an hour or as soon as they could, then they terminated the chat.

Called customer service for Uber eats. After the customer service representative would not resolve my problem. I asked him customer service representative for a supervisor. The first thing they said of course. "The supervisor has the same information we have. I don't know if there's a supervisor here."after asking to speak with a supervisor at least 10 times the representative finally put me on hold came back and said a supervisor will call you back in 10 minutes. But remember there was no supervisor available. I never received my order. I ordered medication that was delivered to the wrong address. The medication ordered could potentially be a danger to children. The app makes it impossible to make the complaint. I should not have to navigate outside the app to make a complaint. Then the supervisor tells me we can give you your $35 back in Uber cash or we can return it to your bank account in three installments. What kind of BS is Uber pulling. They've got these people out here delivering items to the wrong address that could be a potential harm. The customer service representative thanks people are stupid and believe that there's no supervisor on The clock to make a complaint to. Should not take a customer asking 10 times to speak to a supervisor. Here's the kicker the how stage delivered the address to doesn't even fit the description of any house in my neighborhood. Uber so busy advertising on the app but doesn't make it a simple tap on the screen to contact customer service. I would never use Uber ever again for delivery. I can only imagine an elderly person or a child being delivered to the wrong address. After going back and forth asking for a supervisor finally the customer service representative put me on hold. He came back to the phone and said a supervisor will contact you in 10 minutes. At this point I had to remind him not to have one of his colleagues call me portraying a supervisor. Because remember he told me there was no supervisor on duty. But now all of a sudden the supervisors calling me back in 10 minutes. After speaking with the supervisor the supervisor agreed as you know to refund my money. She claims she was making an exception to give me back my money for item I never received. Uber y'all really need to get it together and stop robbing people of their hard-earned money.

Am not satisfied as as a valued Uber Custer on the $34.51 the trip was 22.51 was told by one of your agent that driver took a different route this on my side has not been resolved coz your company debited more than what appeared it’s not my problem as a Custer that driver takes a longer route that am responsible.

Im a 5 star Uber driver and I've been driving for a little over a year in both Boston, Ma and Providenc, RI. However recently all of sudden my account stop allowing me to receive Uber X in my home state, before this I was driving in 2 states (MA and RI) with no issues. I have spoken to at least 12 associates from Uber support and no one can tell me what happen or how to resolve this. They all give different responses, first they told me it was an internal issue that they would work on it and never did, then they made me reapply to drive in a new city and majority of them didn't understand my issue and was of no help. Its very frustrating when you have a group of employees and no one is able to help. Uber have the worst customer support for drivers. A multi-billion company and you can't afford to have a knowledge worker that understands issues that arise within the app.

Send a package with Uber package, driver cancels 10 minutes in and still has not returned the package, Have customer waiting on other end and Uber service won’t credit the drive and I have to pay $20.00 to get the package back, then agent transfers me and message reads someone will get back to you in 6-12 hours, what a joke
