“Lock seems decent. They lost a couple stars because I reached out to them about keyed alike and I think I followed their directions. Locks arrived fast, but, we’re not keyed alike. I sent another message asking how we can make it right, received no response. Ended up paying for extra keys to locks not keyed alike when that isn’t what i wanted. $700 for locks that aren’t what i ordered and another $37 for keys I shouldn’t need. Leaves a bad impression for me.”

“Excellent company and products, I've used the Z Lok security ties for quite a few years now. They're absolutely PERFECT for a quick pitstop. Whenever I go for a bike ride I don't leave the house without one, the must have item in every bike inventory.”
“I’m very pleased with the speedy delivery of some armoured cable ties. This was to replace an old damaged one. They work a treat to clip my Brompton to something on a packed train, and very good for securing bikes to racks or similar situations. Easy to set the code.”

“I wanted new keys. Although I got the reply that all was in hand, I was later told that there was a problem getting the key blanks.
A while later I received an update and later, when it seemed to be taking even longer, I was profusely apologising to, which I appreciated.
All in all, what with delays that were not under local control, I did get what I wanted plus an apology gift.
I really liked being kept up to date.

“Love the hiplok number combination lock ‘belt’ it is really handy when stopping for a break.
The fixture is good for cheaper bikes but is is quite easy to cut off the plastic and remove it from the wall.”

“Very light weight, fits around my Brompton folding bike when folded and fits around all lampposts. Easy to get on and off and so light I sometimes forget I’m wearing it! High viz option great for evening cycling.”

“The airlocks are a very solid, tidy and secure way of storing my bikes on the garage wall. Fixing was fairly easy, although requiring a 15 mm diameter drill bit was a bit awkward relative to a 14 or 16 mm. This 15 mm size is less common and the bit was not available in local DIY shops. Marking the holes and working out the final position of the bike needs care because of the weight of the lock. Once drilled the rest of the mounting was easy and the Allen key fitting was straightforward. Use is very easy and has really improved the security of the bikes in the garage. It's also handy doing minor jobs on the gearing with the bikes held off the ground.”
