Though the tracking showed that my order was delivered, I hadn’t received my order. I contacted H&M customer service and Lisa was able to help me. She was patient, caring and helped to the best of the her ability. Truly appreciated Lisa’s help.

I returned a dress and after almost 3 weeks in which I did not receive any answer I wrote to them and they gave me an email that they received the return and that they will return a smaller amount of money that was from a chain from the same order which I had kept. I gave them messages, 2 even didn't answer me.

Ordered a white H&M jacket in medium price £34.98 When it arrived l was so disappointed. It arrived in a cheap paper bag envelope, then inside had been squeezed into a small plastic bag not fit for purpose and a quarter of the jackets size not only was it badly “folded” but very badly creased all over where it had been squeezed into a the plastic bag it looked like a crumpled rag. I don’t think even ironing or leaving it on the hanger for a few days would have got the creases out to make it wearable. Shame on you H&M for sending something out in that condition without care it looked so lovely in the photos but not when it arrived. When l ordered a navy jacket at the same price from a well known high street chain store it arrived in a box fit for size, folded with tissue and a plastic cover and on opening not a crease in sight. Hence l will order further things from them but never order from H&M again. I am of course sending the jacket back in the same state it was sent to me and taken photos l hope you have the decency to refund my money promptly or l will be writing another bad review for H&M on here and trust pilot

My review is solely based on customer service. I asked H&M to answer some questions for me for a project on the general support line ( which is for questions) , and they hung up on me without a word. Completely and utterly disrespectful. I will not be conversing or buying any clothes from H&M again.

Called twice and was cut off twice . Spend AGES on hold ! Simply dreadful..,,, where do you find these people .

I find the staff are not helpful maybe lazy - when I asked if a shirt came in a different color .... they said I don’t know rather than checking to see if it came in only one color ... with another of searching I found it myself in the color I wanted. I didn’t buy it because the staff was very unhelpful ! LAZY

H&M takes too long to deliver!! I receive international packages faster than H&M! And I spoke with an operator and she said “due to the pandemic” I think not !! Before the pandemic it was twice as long! Actually during these times it’s still a long wait but maybe three days less then when the pandemic started !!!

I went to return two items and salesperson saw HnM bag in my hand and told me that their system is down for return, but I exchange them for a different size. I said the size is not available so I have no choice. He told me to go to a different location and their system is fine. I said oth location is twenty minutes away and more. I asked him what kind of system is that which is down for returns only and good for buying and exchange and if they ever put system down information online so people can read it before coming all the way. He had no answer to that. Bottom line is that they are really not helpful and courteous.

Terrible service, had to call multiple times to have an order cancelled that never shipped, everything they promised never delivered and apparently they don’t have supervisors or managers that work there.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz H & M Hennes & Mauritz — Harassment from a store employee in Portland, Maine Yes, first of all I love your store. I have shopped and purchased goods in Nice, France in Portland, Maine and in other locations. You have great products at a great price. But I would like to file a complaint against your Portland, Maine store. There is an employee there who has pink hair. I don't know what her name and her pink hair is fine, but her attitude is not. The two times that I've been in the store recently she's treated me very aggressively and in a very rude manner. The first incident I went into the store with a clear plastic mask covering my mouth and nose which she required me to take a covered mask or leave. The second incident I was checking out and she very forcefully told me to pull my mask up over my nose, which it was nearly covering and which was very humiliating as I was in the checkout line. I declined because of her rude aggressive nature and I said I will not pull my mask up and at that point because she was so rude, I decided not to make my purchase at your store. I peacefully walked out of your store. I am a leader and a CEO and I have access to hundreds of people and I was very tempted to let all my friends and colleagues know what happened in your Portland, Maine store, but out of respect for your company, I did not do that, but I really think that you need to take action because you have a PR problem in your Portland, Maine store. After my two negative experiences there, I really don't want to go back and do business with H&M in Portland, because of the one employee with the pink hair. I look forward to hearing what kind of action you are planning to take and will base my next steps and decisions upon your actions. You need to know that if nothing is done, many other people will hear about my experience in your store. Again thank you H&M for a great store and a great product and I wish you all the best. I am not happy with H & M especially with the bad experience that I had at Erin Mills. I was there on March 12th at about 5pm and the Manager was so rude and arrogant. She had no empathy for her customer and had very bad customer service skills. I wanted to exchange a sweater for a smaller size that was given to me as a gift in December. Due to the Pandemic, the store was closed and had just opened. She refused to exchange as she claimed that there was no tag. I am not sure what was the point of having a gift receipt then. When I called Head Office to complain, the associates there were not helpful at all and were confused with their own policy. This experience had left me with such a bad impression and I will make sure that my family will also not shop there. The Manager was only concerned with the company's sales but not the customer who is the one who provides business to them. This is the worse customer service I have ever had experience. I hope that the Manager of this store will be addressed and training provided to her so that she can be a better Manager the next time.

I placed an order December 28th still have not received my item. I called multiple times no one knew what was going on just telling me to call back on a different day? Which made no sense, they also would never let me talk to a supervisor when I asked. I called back again today asking for a full refund because at this point I just don’t want to keep dealing with them. The very miserable rude sounding lady told me she would issue me a refund now but could not provide me with a confirmation email or number so now who knows if I’ll even get it. I’m very disappointed with h&m I definitely do not trust ever ordering from them again. Their so many clothing stores out there don’t waist your time on this one.

The worst customer service in history is the Greek H&M department. Recently, I placed an order and I was twice charged. The phone is broken . Contacted via mail and the first agent was so "kind" that replied in Greek for my English letter (I guess it needs to do with her xenophobia... ) and directed me to my bank. I called my bank. Twice they confirmed that the amount for the order was twice taken by H&M. Till today Greek H&M and its enormous unprofessional, unsupportive agents keep directing back to my bank for a money which was taken by H&M system. Just never ever order from H&M.

Ordered online from 8 different retailers on Black Friday this year. It’s now Christmas Eve and my H&M package is the only one that hasn’t arrived! They are notoriously slow at getting stuff to you, but it’s a lot worse now with Covid. I’ll have to remember not to buy anything from them next year if I want to get it before Christmas.

14 days after confirming order, the item is still in warehouse This is the longest delay of all my online shopping. After a promise to ship in 24 hours, it is still in warehouse.

Placed an order in Nov. sitting waiting in warehouse to ship. Called Dec. 7 & finally spoke to customer service after online chat couldn’t help. Guaranteed it was shipped, just not updated & I would receive it on or by Dec. 11. Didn’t happen, called again & after 2 disconnects cs said item didn’t make it on the truck. No more in stock, so won’t be getting it. Offered me free shipping for next offer. Told them to keep it cuz never ordering again. Asked them why they didn’t notify me order had been canceled. Semantics-said it wasn’t canceled. Ok, why wasn’t I notified order was delayed indefinitely as in never!?! Supposedly going to refund.
