Incredibly bad customer service. As others have written you have to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone. My delivery still hasn't showed up after 9 days, meanwhile the tracking link leads to a blank page. The lady told me she'd contact Hermes and that I should call them again in 48 hours! After asking why they couldn't contact me she said they didn't have the possibility to do that! I cannot believe that a company can get away with that! Will never buy online with them again and think twice about going to their shops.

I used to like ordering online from h&m but my last order was a nightmare. Half of the items did not fit (their sizing is all over the place!), so I returned it to one of their stores for larger sizes. Only to find that they only had half of the items on the floor and I was told I would have to reorder the rest online. Refund took ages to reflect on my bank acc. Phoned customer service to arrange collection of parcel but waited 15 minutes on the phone to be helped. Customer service staff sounded irritated. I don't think I will ever shop at h&m again.

No option to give no stars as H & M are so awful. Duped into paying twice for an item i still haven't received. Only way to contact is via phone with 30 minute plus waiting times. Customer services then lie to you and say your money will be refunded after acknowledging they have not delivered goods you have paid for. Then you have to call again as refund has not been issued and so it goes on. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

Online service is appalling and the customer service is disgusting! They know nothing about there 'Sweden warehouse' where items are dispatched from, they offer next day delivery and standard and they are expected to arrive in 2-4 days! That is a joke! I ordered weeks ago and my online tracking States order generated! Absolute joke! Please everyone never order from this sham of a company!!!' They are false thieves!!!

I ordered with H&M in November, the estimated delivery date was at the end of that week, which was perfect as I wanted the clothes to go away with on holiday. The order wasn't actually delivered until the middle/end of the following week. I didn't require half the clothes as I didn't need them for my holiday since it had passed, also half of the items didn't fit so I wanted to return them. I found the instructions confusing and only had a hermes return label, I wrapped it all up and stuck it on the outside. Online it says I can take the parcel to a local hermes shop and return it however it came back as unable to accept. I emailed customer services to try and get a response or a different returns label to use the post office etc. After a week I had no reply. I tried to phone but they were constantly engaged. I finally got through one lunchtime and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes. When i did get in touch the chap was helpful, but i didn't feel very confident as he wasn't able to offer me much information to regards to the collection process. Hopefully my parcel gets collected on monday and all goes smoothly. I doubt I will be ordering from h&m online again due to their complicated returns and slow delivery.

Crap delivery service - arrived after about 2 weeks. They are blaming immigrants and the channel tunnel or something ridiculous. I then want to return the item and the nightmare begins. Apparently I have got my date of birth and email address wrong! This is the only email address I have ever used and well...I'm pretty sure I know when I was born. I even had the customer ID number on the parcel and that doesn't correspond to the correct date of birth apparently. Why on earth would I ring up as an imposter and try and return a parcel for someone else?! This was also after me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes, them cutting me off and ringing back to hold on for another 10 minutes. Clearly this is their way of trying to prevent you from being able to return anything.

My wife loves H&M in Sheffield and normally enjoys good service. Today however was the exception. The appalling bluntness and rudeness she received at the till today left her upset and fuming. I doubt that she will return.

Considering there are a lot of woman over 5.9 H&M still don't cater for the taller woman. I am 5.9. My 14 year old granddaughter is 5.10 and growing. Shes loves H&M like i use to. Unfortunately for H&M i'm put off, as H&M don't cater for my height. I no longer shop at H&M. My granddaughter has also found a online site which caters for her height and her age group. H&M are missing out. Its 2015 get with the program and stop discriminating.

H & M customer service for their online store is deplorable. In this day and age when other companies can get their orders delivered within 2 days as standard (and sometimes sooner), I hope that H & M get left behind as their service is appalling. I ordered some items for a holiday 11 days before I was due to leave. 2 days later, I received an email telling me the items had been dispatched and would be with me in the next 1-3 days. No items, no tracking details by day 5. Customer service were condescending - "you need to be patient" (3 different calls). The supervisor I eventually spoke to said I had to wait to see whether the package was lost, before they would issue a refund. She said I had to wait until the Wednesday but I was going away on the Tuesday. Terrible delivery, terrible customer service. I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered from them. Never ever again. I will take my business to those who care about their customers.

So apparently a jacket they had in store with a smallish pen mark on the shoulder doesn't class it as 'faulty' and no discount was given. As it's from the flagship exclusive collection and last one in stock I decide to buy it anyway. I then realise that if I want to return the item it may be difficult as it has pen markings on it, so I call customer services to explain and he basically tells me that it's sort of my own problem as I decided to buy it and that returning it could be an issue....if it's a problem to return it due to the pen marks then surely it should have been a problem selling it to me at full price! ...half way down Oxford street I notice a further pen mark on the sleeve of the jacket...but this mark is huge and spreads along the entire sleeve. I'll be trying to return this item to the store and if no refund is given as it's covered in pen marks then I shall be VERY annoyed. What kind of company doesn't class pen stains as faulty!?!?!?! That's just appalling.

Terrible! There are many things that make h&m the worst online store for me. 1. They do not accept payment by their own gift cards online! 2. Deliveries take absolutely weeks to arrive! 3. Items cannot be returned to stores for refunds back to your account. Instead they withhold your own money in the form of forcing gift cards on you. 3. Returns via post again take ages and are unreliable. Will never shop with h&m online ever again!
