Order ID: #13549081692 Date of Order: 9th June, 2020 Items Ordered: Item 1: Art No: 0860663002010 Item 2: Art No: 0697564011019 Total Payable Amount: Rs1773(Paid) Mode of Payment: Card Estimated Delivery date(EDD): 6-13days as per H&M Standard delivery policy Current Order Status: In Progress(means not yet shipped) Country: India Directly reach out to me via checking the account details via H&M and contact me on the provided number or email. This is an escalation regarding the above mentioned Order. As per the delivery policy I should have received the order on or before 22nd June, 2020 which is not the case. Considering the pandemic situation that we are facing I understand that there can be delays regarding the same so lets add 5-6 more days to the EDD, which then becomes 27th/28th June, 2020 which is two days ago, but presently the order is still in Progress and not yet shipped. Things that I tried from my side: 1. Contacted the customer service via chat('4 times'), every-time I got NADA. 1st contact: They said that the order is in process and will be shipped in few days 2nd contact: They said that the order is in process and due to less staffing and this pandemic it will take some more time. On both the instances I was never informed about a estimated date, which I can say that you are doing business without a SLA 3rd contact, 26th June, 2020: Your agent named 'DINESH' promised me a call back on Monday 29th June, 2020 and also informed that he has raised a complaint. However, I never received this call. 4th contact, 29th June, 2020: Your agent 'SANJAY' was clueless about the situation and was not able to provide any further help, when I asked to connect me through to his leadership he told me that no members from the leadership is available and all are engaged with some work when I requested for a callback, after waiting for an hour on an active chat thread, I got a call from 'SIDDHART' and he told me that my order will be shipped today i.e. on 30th June, 2020, and also stated that I will get a email about the conversation we had within 24hours and at present there is no such information about the same, so I believe this was again another false statement in order to get rid of the case. 5th contact, 30th June, 2020: I tried to call on the number 0008000501633 and was on the queue for 3:00:00 after which the call got disconnected and never got a chance to talk to an agent I also tried from other number with the same results. PS: My statements are not false statements like you so you may validate via auditing the chats internally I have numerous screenshots to help you verify Scenario 3 4 and 5. H&M being a brand of high standards with Total assets US$11.139 billion (2016) Total equity US$6.919 billion (2016) THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU PROVIDE, which is unacceptable. A basic expectation for a buyer is when I place an order and pay for it I am supposed to receive it, if there is delay I should at least be aware of the situation and know the estimated time frame. PS: Amazon is providing deliveries within 3-5 days "in this PANDEMIC as well" Other carrier services are providing delivery within 7 days, so I am really not sure about the service you big shot brand H&M is providing and disgracing your customers. I hope someone will look into this and will get back to me. Regards

H&M has very poor customer service. They don't exchange an item without a bill. I've shown them my debit card details. A guy and a girl at the bill counter said it can be anyone. How we can trust the debit card or bank details. Also, the item was with the tag. They don't even trust their customers. Ridiculous exchange policy. Very disappointing.

I love the store (Salisbury, MD) and the workers there but for this one employee. He is a short middle aged bold man that always looks as if he hates his job and is never nice to any customer. Today I walked in with my mom into the fitting room to try a few items on. He was standing there and was talking on the radio. I looked at him once and pointed at my mom’s items hoping to get an answer or to be acknowledged. I didn’t want to interrupt his conversation. Also, usually there isn’t anyone at their fitting rooms so after my second try to make an eye contact with him and unsuccessful one again I told my mom to procede into a room. The man clearly did not not want to be bothered as he looked away. As soon as my mom headed into the room he asked how many items we had and said we needed to check in. I tried to explain to him I tried to ask him and he was busy on his radio and that there wasn’t an associate usually there so we proceeded. He was quiet. I noticed he was heading out from the spot shortly after and I asked him if we needed to check out later as he was clearly leaving his duty at the moment. He said yes and that someone would be there. There were 3 more customers that came in after us and there was no longer an associate to check them in. When my mom was done there wasn’t anyone to check us out either. Quite interesting logic and customer service. I try to avoid going there when I see that man working and will keep on doing the same. He needs to find his other calling than being a customer service employee. He lacks basic skills for this job.

H and M has incorrect signage and unethical managers. Today I attempted to buy a $12.99 sweater. The rack was clearly marked. It rang up as $24.99. Guess what the manager did? He not only didn't honor the price. He grabbed the sign before I could take a picture.

Lovely store in the new Grafton Centre in Cambridge but a real lack of staff and chip and pin was taking over 3 mins to process and staff were complaining too! I picked up a number of items in the home department and not a member of staff in sight (I could have walked out with them tbh as not tagged )- walked all the way to the main till and due to the slow processing of cards the queue was huge- dumped them and walked out! Your loss H&M and I was very disappointed

I had one of the best interview at h&m Buchanan street, the whole time i was so confident about myself. i will definitely be successful. The following week they sent me a dry email telling me my application wont be moving on to the next step. WHY ? Without any feedback or explanation what i did wrong i was rejected even though i knew alot about the company which i mentioned in my group interview. The silent zombies were successful but the loud ones got rejected with no explanation huh?

Can hnm stop giving their delivery service to the cheap delivery service yodel please The worst service i have ever seen, their driver number is never reachable and they never leave your parcel to neighbors too. After 3 attempts they ask to collect it from a place 2 hrs away from your place and give you false promises to deliver next day, and when we stay back home , they give excuses to get it delivered next day, making you wait and fool. Ridiculous bad service, worst and stressing

I just went into your store in regent street in London Picked up a couple of pants and went to the fitting room to try them They were one size smaller , so I kindly asked a staff member if he could get me the next size up as I was already undressed in the fitting room , his response was “ go do it yourself!” I mean OK if this is the store policy but as a business owner myself I feel there’s definitely something wrong here , plenty of staff around during morning and no rush or other customers about, so why are they employing some much customer service staff when customers are getting no service ??

Shocking customer service in Cambridge Grafton Centre. Sales assistant definitely did not want to be there, was not at all polite or friendly and pretty much threw my purchases in a bag. Every time I go in there it’s like this, I avoid it as often as possible, not a nice experience. It’s like you’ve ruined the staff’s day by daring to shop there.

I bought online a pair of leather sandals on sale. After numerous attempts to buy with several issues from the hm website and app, I could buy the sandals. I took screen shoots of the sandals and transactions prior made the payment and when received for my surprise I received a totally different model and of course not leather. Went to my order and the photo of my sandals was changed also!! I swear I didn't make a mistake myself cause I never seen this sandals so HM just not sent a different model it change my order!!!!!!!!!!!! How is that possible!!????? (I took the photos of the shopping basket prior payment!!!!) When back to search the same sandals and are out of stock!! So that is why they changed my order!?? Instead to informing me about the sold out sandals they changed my order. Why is the point to get a sold out item online!!?? I was a client of HM from almost 15 yeas and seriously this make me think twice if I still want to buy with them. In the other hand I think I'm going to return my last store shopping of 275£... You can't changed an order HM!! That is illegal!!!

I've been to a shop in Cambridge it is located in a shopping center.After I bought 4shirts and a pair of trousers I went to pay at the cashier. The lady behind the counter she was not friendly I smiled to her when I arrived she looked at me as She was thinking "I hate my job and I hate you".I do work in the hospitality industry and I know we can all have a bad day but we never have to take it on customers.She never asked me while scanning the items if I do have a club card so I had to ask her if she could please scan my club card before taking the payment. I said thank you but she just passed me the bag without a smile again no interest at all to deliver a good customer service.I'm sorry but the store manager should review their employees.Nobody should be facing a customer without a smile !

H&M insist on using the awful Hermes courier to deliver parcels. Hermes do not provide notification to customers about delivery dates or options. They don't leave a phone number or messaging service to contact them so no option to ensure items delivered when available. H&M then can't even intercept parcel when returned to their own warehouse. Very frustrating.

poor quality t shirts shrink and the jeans fad very quick and loose shape in the wash. poor quality if your paying 25 pounds for a pair of jeans

The jeans fade far to quickly and the T shirts shrink in the wash. So you have to buy them two sizes bigger than the size you are. poor quality if your paying 20 pounds for a t shirt. No real value at all.

the store in aylesbury were selling the same trousers in the sale rack at 2 different prices one at 10 pounds and the other at 17 pounds. which is completely stupid and the person on the till would not change the price of the one at 17 pounds. this resulting in only buying the one at 10 pounds. very misleading. next time will shop elsewhere.
