By the king size comforter I purchased. It is so soft, made of material that is light in the summer and hopefully warm in the winter. Versatile for either& beautiful. I ordered in the awesome purple color, MY FAV. It's lavender on one side & dark purple on the other.

An Agent that called me upselling your items was very Rude for No reason . You’ll lose potential customers just because you do not train your stuff ,on to how to engage with clients via calls . How you address a person is very important Mrs.if it’s or Ms but your agents don’t know all this .

August 2023 I bought a airfryer. The nonstick came off and they don't want to replace it. I paid more than R4000 for that. The lady I spoke to rather gave me cooking tips and told me I can't look after my stuff. I'm not very happy with the service I've received. I've got the fryer now for 10months and it's fully paid. I'm using my husband's email address

My experience has been absolutely horrible. Staff members are extremely rude and they refuse to assist with anything. I made an oder they took the money off my account and then apparently said I never paid them even though i had proof that the money went off my account. After fighting with them for weeks they eventually allocated my payment. Then it took them over a month to deliver my parcel and all pf it didn’t even come!!!! A month after the rest of my parcel arrived and it was used and in very bad condition. I will NEVER order from there again.

I made 2 claims and they said that the problem wasn't caused by normal wear and tear. 1 was my AC unit and the compressor had gone out/ stopped working. This became my issue and they said that it was used incorrectly. Then one was my washing machine seal around door was torn. Taking clothes in and out of washing machine was miss using the machine. what then is normal wear and tear. whatever they decide is not going to cost them money to fix.

If you know what’s good for you never buy anything from home choice. One thing about them they know to sell their products but fail to take customers complaints seriously. I bought one ply mink blankets within 2 days when I woke up making my bed I see on of the blankets is torn when I call to report it,that lady asks me why did I use it seeing that it’s torn, that question really upset me why would I use a torn blanket. I’m reporting now because I only now. And they sold me the blankets I was told that I’m gonna pay less than R300 buy when the statement came it stated that I’m paying R305 tell me why is that?!😔😒😒

Homechoice is trouble... I paid and settle my account on February but even today that account is not updated ,still written in arrears. I try calling their legal department but no answer. I have a paidup letter but I can't be assisted.

I would rather sleep on the floor, it's more comfortable, than the pathetic base and mattresses you sell to people.My old base and mattress was still better than the utter junk you sold us,the base collapsed within a few weeks, it was replaced,it's not even 2 years and the mattress and base feels like it's 40 years old !!!! Your company is too quick to phone for sales,and in taking money,but selling poor quality beds. Terribly pathetic !!! Very disappointing Homechoice.. PS: This bed was purchased in 2022 by my husband. We now feel every bit of the poor quality

Still haven't received my order but they send me the details 2 weeks back that my order is on the way .. I will never order here again. 💔🥺 my baby is coming next weeks and the stuff still not here so disappointed with home choice💔 I will still on takealot now no more here

We have raised a matter regarding our mattress that is still under warrantee in June 2023.We are STILL waiting for a replacement of the mattress. We are now actually sleeping on the floor because it is more comfortable. First, we were told that we will be refunded in full to the value of the mattress with interest, then another person jumped in, just as incompetent as the previous person, to say that the mattress will be replaced and that it would take 2 to 14 days, its been another month that passed and still no mattress. First their ''integration systems'' were down, then they didn't have stock, then we would've been refunded, then it will be replaced - Still nothing. NO ONE has even once called telephonically to ask what the delivery address will be, WE as the client had to take the initiative to advise what the delivery address is. NO one emails us back within 24 hours if we don't ask what the feedback on the matter is. it takes 3 to 4 working days for a response. And guess what, another month has past. We cannot believe the service we have been receiving, but DARE MISS A PAYMENT, they'll backlist you. we have never missed a payment still service is not delivered. There is no proud or care in this company to look after their clients - especially when they know you are sleeping on the floor to avoid back aches and pains due to their SH!T springs coming through. Im being over charged i have all the proof that ive been paying very well even double the installment sometimes....tried calling customer service 4 times thise people are so rude....im trying to understand why but i dont get the stryt answer....instead of my balance being 1000 is 4029.39 i really need clarity on this...ive emailed them,sent a call back but no help

I wonder if this company cares about its business ethics, looking at your reviews and seeing how many people are complaining about Homechoice opening fraudulent accounts is shocking, what makes matter worse is that you dont even care to handover clients to your debt collectors without even collecting a cent on your first attempts, how does SACCRA even allow you to submit your credit batch's, this is pathetic

Quality is baad.i bought colourful beddinv only to find out colour comes out during washing process.I ordred a quilt that is reversible,disaster!there areshiny threads coming out and are everywhere on clothes most importantly on my little one's fingers

Homechoice keeps invoicing me for things that I haven't bought, when I call the customer service they say I'm not the owner of the account. So it seems like homechoice is giving people my information or they themselves are ordering using my account.

So far my experience with homeChoice has been great, I ordered on Black Friday, I had a timeous email response stating that payment was received, a very easy ordering process and vast payment methods making it convenient for payment. Delivery time was amazing, less than 7 days. This is the kind of service one expects from online shopping services. Thanks. I am hoping the return process is as easy flowing and efficient.
