Me and my partner purchased a bedroom set earlier in the year, there was a delay with delivery which we were not happy about. Now we have the furniture it is all forgotten. Its worth every penny and the very slight delay! Stunning we are over the moon with it. The delivery men were very professional and polite and the service overall has been good if you can get over the delay like we have. We ordered the La Rochelle bedroom set.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THESE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COWBOYS! I ordered a dressing table set (stool, mirror, table) while I was on holiday and works were carried in my flat in the meantime. They delivered the box to my builder who did not open it as instructed but he did sign the parcel. When I came back from holidays I opened the box and the stool (around £50 value) was not there. I called and mailed them to get the stool delivered. The sales team/ customer service is THE WORST EVER. They are arrogant and someone needs to teach them how to do their job. They just said that they "could not help any further with this matter". The company sold something that they never sent, they failed the ABC of a online retail activity. WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company! I ordered a dressing table, the item that arrived was of much lower quality and different colours than the photographed item advertised on the website. The mirror sent had the holes drilled in the wrong place and was pure white while the rest of the item was an antique white. Customer service was awful, they were very rude and arrogant. They wouldn't send a replacement or give a return. Reporting to trading standards. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered bedroom furniture from homes direct but wished I had seen their reviews before making a decision. Not only do they take forever to deliver some of the items, in my case up to 5 months but their managers are rude and arrogant when dealing with customer complaints. An item was delivered faulty and I was given 7 days to return it at my own expense. Was given a partial refund which put me of pocket further. Wrote to their MD but all fell on deaf ears. The worst customer experience I have seen in a long time. Their delivery driver is so impatient to wait for you to inspect the items before signing the paperwork which puts the customer further at risk if there are any issues. Definitely not returning and wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered a wardrobe in May expecting to receive it in June. I got an email In June to apologise for the delay but it would now arrive in July, in July... You guessed it another email to say it was now due in August. They also assured me there would be no further delays... THEY LIED!! Apparently my wardrobe did arrive in the country but I wasn't a priority and they didn't order enough to cover their orders so yet again it will be delayed a month. I am now worried that this is a scam! I only hope they will give me the full refund I am entitled to!

Bought our double bed june 2013 . In July 2015 a side timber split and the bed collapsed . We are a 50 sonething couple of average size . The bed was certainly not used for anything out of the very ordinary ! I sent photos to homes direct but they responded by saying it was out of 6 month guarantee ! They offered no solution . I really expect a bed to last longer than 2 years . We are not happy !!!

I ordered a TV unit with Homesdirect on 7th March with a verbal confirmation that it would be delivered by the end of the Month. Having heard nothing by the end of March I had to contact them to request an update. I was then informed that delivery would be the end of April. At Mid-April I received an email stating this would now be end of May. After a conversation it was confirmed there was nothing to be done, just to wait. Having had no communication from them I chased up again a week ago for them to give me a completion date of 27th May - great news. However today, a week after the supposed completion date I have heard nothing. This is unacceptable and will cancel if this is not received within a week. I will never be using this company again.

I ordered 2 wardrobes and a dressing table before christmas, its now march 23rd and i have still not received anything!! I definitely will not be recommending this website to anyone!! And i cannot wait to see what other lame excuse they tell me as to why i have still not got any wardrobes or a dressing table!!

Ordered a Louise antique chair from website. When ordered there was no description of colour. When it arrived it was completely different from Web page so I sent it back with delivery man. I now look at website and see not only is it reduced in price but a description of colour is given. Why could they not have given a description in the first place as it was extremely misleading. Customer service dreadful was told that's what you ordered therefore you can have refund minus delivery charge. Still waiting for refund they seem to take 10 working days to refund your money

Share similar concerns re homesdirect365 re lack of specificity on delivery dates. Initially advised goods due end of Feb. I recently asked for a date and was told that now it may be mid to endMarch for them to receive it! They didn't notify me - the customer! I went back and read the info re delivery and to be fair to them, it does state non-stock items as having 4-16 week lead time. Presume waiting for containers to be filled before shipped. Would appreciate being kept advised as long lead times are unusual and they have my money! I'm currently in communication with them to try and pin down delivery dates and/or to be kept advised.

Placed order totalling nearly £300 on 6 Jan 2015. Paid by Paypal in full on 23 Jan. Now 9 Feb 2015 no sign of goods, informed on 5 Feb that goods in stock and transport dept will contact me - they have not done so. Only other communication 23 Jan 2015 in response to my enquiry about progress of order. Very poor communication. NOT IMPRESSED.

I bought a mirrored unit from this company and due to the extortionate postage they wanted to charge me for delivery to N. Ireland I used another courier. Needless to say the item got badly damaged and while the courier was partly to blame Homesdirect was also to blame as the item was so poorly packaged it was in a flimsy cardboard box and didn't even have a fragile or glass or handle with care sticker on it. Needless to say when I contacted them they just didn't want to know with not a slightest offer of compensation. They are a shoddy company and their after sales policy leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never deal with them again. My advice would be to stay clear and look elsewhere.
