I have to say that this company is the worst online company out there. I often read reviews and think that it was just someone’s bad luck, and the company will be ok if I order from them well that is not the case, they are REALLY THAT BAD. I ordered from them an item in June and a further item in July and as I write this mail on Nov 4th I am yet to receive my goods. I had promised dates ranging from Aug, then Sep, then Oct and then finally 4th Nov. I was expecting my goods today the 4th Nov to say the van broke down which happens I know but the next date is 28th Nov for delivery. Their response time on email is slow and on speaking to them they show lack of interest to offer any customer service. Really consider before you buy is strongly recommend to look for alternatives.

WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER KNOWN DO NOT USE!! Ordered our tv unit back in January, at the time was not advised of 16 week wait!!! 16 weeks would have been nice in reality it was 6 months and then it arrived smashed! Was advised they had an alter it right in stock and they’d arrange for delivery and I’m still waiting over 3 months later. Absolutely of course xx customer service, all staff are rude and unhelpful and I’m still none the wiser as to when I shall actually have the unit. Bearing in my end they have had my money since January!!!!! STEER CLEAR!!!

Ordered furniture, received email saying delivery Thursday before 6pm. Had to take day off and stay in all day never arrived. Came at 12pm next day. Upon opening box one leg is smashed and there are several chips on front. Had to take photos to prove this and now have to wait in all day another day for a courier to come and collect before they will even consider a refund. Looking at feedback on here and other sites don’t hold much hope of getting our money back.

Returned item via Royal Mail track and sign. No one will give me information regarding the refund or whether it has been acknowledged at all despite the fact I have a signature. Very poor and unreliable. Staff totally refuse to give any information at all. Useless company. Also they do not reply to e mails either

Absolute dreadful company avoid at all costs. DO NOT ORDER ANY MIRROR FURNITURE AS THE MIRROR COMES AWAY At THE EDGES !!! COMPANY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AN TELL YOU “YOU HAVE CAUSED IT YOURSELF WITH WATER!!! AS IF “ AVOID AT ALL COST

so i have been trying to return a wall clock for 2 weeks they want video of clock i tell them it a mechanical fault not cosmetic however send video no response getting ignored via email now. Feel this is not a reputable company dont buy from them.

i wish i had read the reviews before buying from this company, i brought a large footstool £500 only to be told was out of stock after a month and 3 days and that was after phoning they did not bother to email to say. also they said they would refund asap still waiting had to report to paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

In April 2020 I ordered a table lamp which did not arrive. In July I requested a refund. In August I was informed that a cheque had been posted. It is now September and I have no lamp or refund. Have now had to contact credit card company to assist me in trying to get me my money back.

If I could award no stars I would do. This company are completely inept all round, never buy anything from them at all. We paid just under £2000 for a book case and TV stand on the 17th of December 2019. No one managed our expectations on delivery time scales and no one told us the products didnt colour match we had to pay an extra £40 to colour match the TV stand. Fast forward to March of 2020 and they didnt deliver on the date they said they would. Blaming us for that. When the book case did arrive on the 27th of March 2020 it was damaged and there was no TV stand.They blamed us for the damaged bookcase and told us it must have been us that built it wrong. (my husband is a builder) Its now the 6th of August 202 and we have been sat with a damaged book case in our lounge for six months with no progress to resolve this and despite me chasing the missing TV stand on the 27th of March they have had the audacity to say it was delivered at the same time as the book case. They have even requested a copy of my original email complaint. Today I am taking them to trading standards as we have had no apology, no offer of help and support. They state they cant send someone up to look at the bookcase yet there website says 'business as usual'. They have lied, blamed us and seem to think we ll just drop the issue. So please do not buy from them as there products are substandard and there service doesnt exist.

I placed an order on 25th May, the item was only delivered on 4th August. At first I waited 6 weeks with no communication from them. I reached them and they arranged delivery within 2 weeks. The item that then arrived was badly damaged on the leg. I arranged a return and was told that an undamaged item would be delivered on the same day as the collection. This did not happen. The TV stand was collected on 10th July and no new item was delivered. I was advised that the item would be delivered the next Monday. It did not come, I phoned and they promised it would come the following Monday. It did not arrive again. I phoned and complained and asked for partial refund due to this hassle and our TV standing on the floor. After a heated conversation I was told they would give me a £10 refund on this £199.99 item. To date, no refund received! I gave up and contacted my bank due to non-receipt of the order and my bank refunded me immediately. The next day HomesDirect started calling me frantically, wanting to deliver a new item. Even though I told them I do not want the item anymore, I had enough hassle, they insisted. And today, I did receive the item, undamaged. This took 3 months of me not having a TV stand and an agreement of a £10 refund that was never received. I experienced incredibly bad customer service and will absolutely never order from them again.

urniture I bought a bedroom wardrobe, side tables and dressing table from this company. I was pleased with the furniture on arrival but once assembled, noticed that the wardrobe doesn’t lock properly because the holes haven’t been drilled correctly, however, I chose to live with this. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the paint work has discoloured on the dressing table and side table beneath where objects sit. On raising a concern with the company and sending photos, they claim they can no see the discolouration. I can see it in the photos myself, however appreciate it’s difficult to see in the photos so suggested that they send someone independent to assess the discolouration. Basically after a couple of weeks of going back and forth, The company offered to resolve the issue bu sending me some paint so I can paint the area!!! They won’t send anyone out to assess or offer any money off or replacement. I’ve explained that you can not just paint the discoloured area of the dressing table and it would look even worse and should be done professionally. They were not interested. I would never buy again from the company as it’s a waste of money if their products only last a couple of years and the suite i bought was over £1,500 so not cheap at all.

Ordered a lamp in May 2020. Emailed and called and promised within 2 weeks. Said they’d not had my email despite me copying address from their website. Emailed again twice and rang again today and no answer.

Our vitorian bar stools has just arrived, at no point at the sale did it say they were self assemble, I have a very practical husband, who is struggling to put them together, the quality of the stools are not what we paid for. Description and quality of the product is poor. For what we paid they should have come assembled.

Ordered item in Feb 2020, told it would be in stock in April, then June. Asked for refund twice, told it would be delivered in July, escalated to paypal, then they posted bogus fedex tracking for the 25/7. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was told my bed was is stock .2 mouth later still waiting.Every time I rang to ask when delivery was told different things .Then was told the mattres would arrive well before bed.But still waiting.And they would not tell me where the matters was manufactured.And I did know that the bed was coming from China.Hopefully the bed is being delivered on Monday the 29 June.???I don't think would use the company again.

Ordered a table that was on Sale. Item sat on website with no delivery information. Cancelled and emailed them they got back to me and informed me to ring their sales Dept. Did that and I was informed that it takes 10 day's to refund. More than 10 day's passed No Refund. Emailed Again and received email back with delivery date Mid July. I rang them and they had no record of my call to cancel & Refund. Nice girl in sales cancelled the order & is issuing refund. Ordered & Paid on 01/06. Still waiting. If items are marked Down in Sale they should be there and shipped and website updated. lesson Learned.
