Bad Experience with HP Printer, Twice! Had bought a HP OfficeJet printer in early 2020 which broke down shortly and was replaced with a new one a few months later. The newly replaced printer broke down again and so I contacted the call centre who opened a case and promised to follow-up but the next day closed the case with no reason. I could not respond to their “do-not-reply” email and so reached out by phone and their WhatsApp number but ended up chatting with a chatbot which finally connected me to a live agent but the live agent acted like a chatbot and could not respond to my basic request to have the last agent who we spoke to call me back and that last agent had promised to call back with a solution anyway. It seems clear after a while the live agent in the chatbot’s objective was also to close the case after having “opened” the ticket request even when the issue had not been resolved at all. It’s a terribly let-down and I do NOT recommend HP printer nor its lack of basic customer service!

I bought a hp envy 7155 printer not even 4 yrs ago. This was a $200 printer. Suddenly, the screen turned blue the lights started flashing and I couldn't do anything with it. I called customer service, who couldn't even tell me what the error code means. They told me that I have to buy a new printer. This is ridiculous. The cheap $35 printer that I bought 10 yrs ago still works great! This is unacceptable! I will never buy another hp.

Absolutely pathetic. I don't want to use profanities and trying to be a bit civil. I have got a broken laptop and I have been asking them for some clues to fix it. They have asked me to contact them on a WhatsApp number (in Ireland), I am based in the UK. Their usual response time is 11hours if you are lucky to have some attention from 'Yogesh' who apparently is sitting in Bangalore, India. Yogesh will very attentively read your query but then will suddenly disappear completely from the scene. Then 24 hours later, someone else from somewhere in the farthest corner of the world will assure you of their help before they disappear in another 39 seconds. Pathetic and absolutely disgusting service. I am posting the screenshots here to show you their pathetic service.

I bought an HP Envy 6455 printer in August 2021. It is a piece of junk. It has never worked right. I've only printed a few pages at a time before it jams. Right now it won't connect to my wifi . I've called HP almost everyday the last 2 weeks. I've spent 6 hours one day and never got problem fixed. I've talked 3 hours today and the hung up on me and now I can't get them on the phone. Everytime I do virtual or telephone support they can't solve the problem. I will never deal with hp again. I've tried to return my printer which is under warranty and I was told they would replace the computer but first they wanted to trouble shoot etc. My return was never an option. They are infiltrated with hackers. They scammed me over and over. I feel like a fool. Nightmare experience

I recently purchased a printer from HP and successfully set it up to print with my MAC desktop. I was assured of compatibility and also six months' free ink. However, the app I needed to determine when the ink should be sent can only be downloaded on iPhone or iPad. My iPhone is several years old and does not take the app. I spent three hours over two conversations before being told I could not get the app or the free ink. I was transferred four times (wrong transfer extension twice). Each time, I had to go over the same problem, and it was very difficult to get the agents to understand what I was saying and equally difficult for me to understand them.

STAY AWAY FROM HP !!! I bought an all in one desktop in Costco i7 10th gen processor, is the slowest and troubleshooting computer that I ever have. Warranty is a joke. They say the only cover the first 30 days (maybe they meant 30 steps from the store) if I want to use their agent, I have to buy an extra warranty. I would never buy another one.

Stay away from HP. After buying a faulty laptop (ENVY X360) from them and it breaking within 6 months, which will cost aprox £600 to fix they have been awful when contacted to try get help. They either do not respond, write down info incorrectly and do not care about their customers. This is the first and last HP laptop I will ever buy and I strongly warn against buying any of their products.

Bought a HP 9015e that came with a printer ink club membership. The printer is great, the ink club is a comsumer nightmare. The ink cartiages have chips that communicate with HP telling the company how many copies are being printed, if you go over the club maximum you are charged 10 cents a copy to use your owned printer. BUT the kicker is all the ink cartiages they send you will stop working if you cancel membership. So, using a printer you own, and paper you own, the printer will not print with the ink provided if you cancel your membership. The ink club is more than an installment plan for ink, it is a scam to prevent you getting ink from HP and then feelng the club was not for you, using the ink HP provided.

I purchased a HP 250 G7 a little over a year ago. It has been used for less than 100 hours. It cost over £600. It has died. It is out of warrenty, I've attempted to fix the problem by replacing apparently faulty ram. A nice chap on HP forums tried to help. Sadly to no success. The fault error is faulty ram. Now with 5 sticks seperately tested in both slots I know that was a lie. It is just e-waste now. Don't trust them.

HP printer ink replacement I own the HP Homeoffice 8715 all in one printer. I dont use it often and i haven't used it in a while. I had an important document to print out and was pressed for time. When I turned on the printer it said it was out of yellow. I only needed black but it wouldn't let me bypass it and said I had to replace the yellow before it would allow me to print. I drove all the way to Walmart and picked up the yellow cartridge which cost me $37 and I drove back home. I installed the yellow cartridge expecting it to print but instead it told me that now I am out of cyan!!!! Why can't they just tell me upfront what us needed instead doing one color at a time. Or at least give an easy way to bypass that color so I can print my document

Printer failed after two months of use. They offered to replace it after several hours on the trying to talk me through repairs but only after paying an additional $15.00 in shipping fees. I was giving the run around and transferred to a supervisor who said he was going to assist me then hung up on me. He took down my phone number but did he bother calling back, no. Horrible customer service. Crappy products that don’t work properly and that end up costing additional time and money. I wouldn’t waste a dime on HP products

Your technical support team sucks! Your ink team sucks! My printer worked until I replaced them with BRAND-NEW FROM YOUR COMPANY! Now it will only print in black and yellow. All your techs think its funny just to transfer a call from rep to rep instead of finding a solution. I don't think I can bring myself to purchase another HP product let alone recommend them to my friends or clients after this experience

HP customer support, and the way the business is run is sooo bad, I would not bother with the product anymore. The product, in general, will need repair within a year, and the business is built around hoovering additional funds from customers who are just trying to return their online life to normal.
