“I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Wendy at HSBC Bradford Market Street. From the moment my husband, our little baby, and I walked into the branch, she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put us at ease, and she went above and beyond to assist us with our banking needs. Wendy’s professionalism and expertise were evident throughout our interaction. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood our options, and she handled our requests with efficiency and care. What truly stood out was her patience and kindness, especially towards our little one, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. “I've just spent nearly 3 hours in the Hull branch, sorting the fraud on my account. The lady sorting it for me Samantha H was so helpful. She went above and beyond. Missed her break. Said I was more important. Really friendly. Was a pleasure to be with. Explained it all really well so I could understand.could find a single fault with her. Thank you so much Samantha and hsbc.”

“To the Mannager HSBC Huddersfield. Yesterday l was seen by you're adviser Sofi Iqbal and yourself in the branch. l would just like to place on record how impressed l was by the service and care that was shown by Sofi with my loan application, which was first class. Sofi understanding and sensitivity really helped with this matter, and really appreciated. l always find all the staff at Huddersfield ready and willing to help, but it is so good to find an International bank that hasn't lost a personalised service. Thank you so much. David.”

“Having been a customer of HSBC for too many years to remember l would just like to express my ongoing appreciation and thanks to the staff of the Huddersfield branch for their continuing care and support. ln particular could l mention Mamta, who usually deal with me on counter services. she is always to give time, shows care and always willing to help with any queries. l would also like to express my thanks and gratitude to Lucy Brook, l have always found her caring and always willing to help in any of the branches l have visited that she has been working at. Please pass on my comments and grateful thanks for everything that is done for me. “Called into kingsgate huddersfield 29 august. Spoke to employee called Clare who was extremely efficient and helpful. As a Premier account holder she was able to point me in the right direction. Had a complicated transfer to make and she made it so easy. Much improved service since moving from previous building. Happy atmosphere. I was also helped previously by Amanda who again was most helpful and able to help.”
