The rating process after your order is strange. Only a minor amount of times I get prompted to review a restaurant. If I'm unhappy with my order and I want to review the restaurant, if I'm not prompted, I just can't do it. Deliveroo's failure to provide clear reviews contributes to a worrying lack of transparency on these restaurants' ratings. It took me 6 days and one daily email from me to get a refund processed.

Failed to deliver, promised to refund, 10 tens later nothing. Rather than complain to them again, I'm posting this to the Competition and Markets Commision, as there is no way in this planet that the Merger between Amazon and deliveroo should take place. If anyone else has had money criminally taken away, and can provide evidence please contact the CMA with urgency,

Driver went to a different address… Driver went to a different address (even though they have been many time before) The driver asked me to give him something extra for having to travel 2 miles to my home! He was very rude and threatened not to bring my shopping if I didn't pay him something! He made the mistake! Never using them again!!!!

Waited over an hour for my food to be made (which was not the problem). But straight after that hours wait, the driver picked up my meal and the app instantly went to a “Your food has been delivered”. I waited a little more to see wether they’d show up but they never did. The little map showed that the driver had gone the other way and had parked up just before lying about delivering my food. Once I called, the support was less then helpful, I was lied to about when I’d receive a refund and was pretty much pushed to the side as if it wasn’t a problem. With this lockdown there were no shops around me that had opened and I had no money to get food so I went hungry for the night thinking I’d get my refund the next morning, as the guy on the phone said, but it’s still not arrived after 4 days. I went a day without food just waiting on my refund. So, long story short, I think you need to take a long hard look at yourself as a Company because you’ve clearly skipped over the screening process necessary to weed out thieves like this and have let me and countless others down. I don’t want an apology or to have contact with you after this review, I just want you to get your s**t together and either fire these thieves or go find a job you can actually manage.

We have just ordered a takeaway about an hour ago from High Wycombe TGI Fridays and they have taken the money and not provided the takeaway. Shocking !!! they said that if we don't get the money back in a few days to contact them again????

We have just ordered a takeaway from Deliveroo for a High Wycombe delivery, after about an hour we rang they as we had not received our delivery. They said the order had not gone through, but they had actually taken the money from our account and not provided the takeaway. They said to us ok if you don't get the money back in your account within 3 days call us again??? Shocking!!!

Ordered our meal at 17:30 got delivered at 18:45. We tracked the driver who had picked our meal up at 17:38 good food on its way.... but driver stopped for 10 min ???? Then went the opposite way... eh what did he just pick up another delivery. Telephones to find out he had been fitting all over Aberdeen picking up deliveries before actually delivering what he had already. Eventually got our delivery which we had to re heat in the micro.... Bad service deliveroo how can these drivers be allowed to run more than one account. Full refund given from deliveroo.

worst delivery ive experienced. so this evening i placed an order through deliveroo for me and my nans dinner, it was two hour wait for it but we thought with covid going on they are probably really busy so we were happy to wait. we wait the two hours and the website says its been delivered. delivery was no where to be seen. i go onto the live chat to find out what happened and they just apologise and say my refund will be reviewed in 24-48 hours and when i replied that i didn't want a refund i wanted our food they just sent the same message again. I then called customer service and explained how annoyed i was and they just sat slience on the end of the phone so i hung up and tried again. This time i explained how annoyed i was again and they apologised and said that their colleague had put my refund up for a review which i explained wasnt good enough as i had waited two hours for mine and my nans dinner for it not to turn up and now they were telling me that i wasn't going to get my food and would have to wait even longer while i get something else. They just kept saying the same thing again. it was only when i said that i wouldnt be using deliveroo again that they actually processed my refund! It didnt really help as i still had to get me and my nan some dinner but at least we got our money back. I wont be using deliveroo again.

Raw slab of pork in my order. Not appreciated, especially as a key worker. No apology or refund, just a £6.50 credit voucher for the item on a service I'll never use again. Drliveroo wrote me off when I queried this. Poor.

Ordered boojum to be delivered. Told it would be with me in 20 mins. No sign. An hour passed and no sign. On the map I could see that the driver had collected the food and did not leave the area where the food was collected from(I'm 20 mins away). I rang the driver loads of times for them not to answer. On the app it stated that my food had been delivered after 30mins which was a lie. I had to ring customer service who said that they could not contact the driver and there was nothing that they could do. That maybe in a few days someone MIGHT ring me about a refund. Absolutely disgraceful company. Scam artists if anything. AVOID!!

So I order two dishes, the driver ring he doorbell but he does not speak. I opened door then he showed me a bag which is broke. Most of the food is on the pavement. He put the bag in the rubbish bin, said I will call te to give you a new order. I called Deliveroo they tell me they need to investigate if it ‘tis true. I told him I can show you the picture he said but your picture does not count.

If I could give minus stars I would!!!! This was my second time ordering through them, 1st time all my food was cold and items missing so I wrote to them and got my meal credited so I thought ok I will order from them again as they accepted liability, 2nd time I ordered and parts of my food was missing I spend 30mins trying to contact miss Millie’s and had no answer so I went down there to get the items that was missing but was told they can’t help!! so I came home and rang customer services where they said they were sorry and credit my account for less money than what I spent on the items! Not only that he was rude on the phone and delivery driver could do with customer skills but not really complaining about him as it’s difficult times. Never will I use them again and recommend using “just eat” there customer service is much better!! They listen to your comments.

Would give 0 stars they don’t even deserve 1. This is my first time using deliveroo and it is without I doubt that I will never use them again! We ordered from KFC about a 2 miles away. Delivery estimate was 25-30 mins which is fine, we spent around £35.00. Obviously in these difficult times, they state that it’s non-contact delivery which has been absolutely great with other providers such as just eat & Uber eats. We waited around 45 mins and the order was finally on route, we live on an easy access main road and by tracking the driver, I saw on the app they were 1 min away literally showing them as being on the corner of my road. We went to the window to watch the diver drop out food on the door step, after 2 minutes still no car had pulled up so I logged back on the app to see where the driver was no showing despite being on my corner 3 mins before, THE APP SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Well I’m sorry to say no order or car got close to my door to drop this off, after the app says your order has been delivered you can no longer contact the driver as this was going to be my first point of call. Therefore, we attempted to call the KFC to see if they had any contact with the driver and advised us to contact Deliveroo. I called Deliveroo Customer Service and I understand it is not the persons fault on the other side of the phone, However they were no help at all. I explained the whole story to the advisor and she said the driver had attempted to contact us due to access issues... No the driver did not attempt any contact what so ever and as previous states we live on a main road with no access issues what so ever and was plenty of room to park up outside, the advisor was pretty much calling me a liar... I asked what’s next and the advisor said there was nothing they could do because it had been delivered... NO HELP WHAT SO EVER, EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE INCOMPETENT AT THEIR JOB. Finally, she attempted to contact the driver, the driver was now unresponsive... GREAT, she said I will receive an email asap. I’ll be waiting for this email and I’ll be in contact until the end... ABSOLUTE JOKE

Some food missing from my order, was given a credit on my account. I want the money back for the missing item. I've already mad the mistake once I'm not ordering again
