Ordered hot food from an establishment. Arrived stone cold and soggy where it had been at the establishment waiting for so long for a driver to collect. Highlighted this to deliveroo. There response was..... successful delivery, still edible....... gave 4 pound refund from a 38pound order. Year over 20 pounds of the the food was cold.

I ordered a bottle of wine and juice. 3 hours later they were still in process. We finished dinner and canceled. Very annoying to be waiting. It would of being better to state that delivery was not available. Unbelievable.

Unfortunately there are no 0 stars! Disgraceful, shameful customer service. Received an inedible meal and the extent of the customer service is "we're sorry. Thank you for your feedback". However they'll happily take your money. Useless service from first line and equally as useless service from the "manager". I'd strongly advise against using Deliveroo. There are a load of far superior delivery companies. Deliveroo should be ashamed of themselves. True customer service wouldn't go amiss here.

Customer Service incompetent. Received wrong order, not the items i ordered, missing most of them. They haven't even tried to apologise. Just that they have documented it. Do not use Deliveroo for your orders.

RUBBISH Once again items missing and delivery instructions were if missing any items cancel whole order. Is it that hard. Deliversh%#e might be a better name Or how can wee annoy you Deliveroo = bad joke

After already waiting an hour and half despite estimated on 30 min, driver indicated order had been delivered but we had never received it, and they did not pick up the phone or reply to messages. After contacting customer services they lied to me about the driver waiting at my address for 20 min, and refused to refund me until I mentioned my consumer rights and that I had screenshots to prove the driver never been close to my address. Absolutely shocking delivery and customer service! Definitely only using Uber Eats from now.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Not enough delivery drivers. Waited almost 2 hours, then i had to get the food myself and request Wagamama to remake the food as it had been sitting there so long. Customer services was poor and rude. One assistance said i can get a refund as i was eligible under the circumstances then they hung up. Another said i wasn't eligible. Shall be using justeat from now on. Deliveroo are awful, i believe the averaged review speaks for itself.

They won't deliver your order and refuse to refund you. This has happened in several occasions in the last couple of months, after order has been placed no driver will show up or make any attempt of contacting you, they'll say rider was there and couldn't reach you and refuse to refund you or deliver the food again. This is not a one-off, it has become usual, not only in my case but I know more people that has had the same experience. Deliveroo customer service keeps saying they'll take the feedback into consideration but it just keeps happening. I wouldn't recommend anyone using Deliveroo as they will charge you for an order you'll never receive and attempt to not refund your money.

Missing items not getting refunded these scammers are making thousands of pounds of people. If you don’t deliver something reimburse it. An inquiry needs to be opened and people compensated. Who the hell do they think they are ???

What a joke of a company - they seemed okay to begin with but today I requested a credit for missing items, which happens a lot, and was told I wasn't getting a refund, no reason given! They have my money and I don't have the goods - shocking customer service, don't even bother trying to complain to them, they don't answer. Daylight robbery!!! AVOID

Ordered a meal from a local chippy via Deliveroo. After around 30 mins the app on my PC showed something like 'Delivered on time!! Enjoy your meal'. The problem was the food had not been delivered. I managed to contact them on an online chatline and was told that they would re-order a fresh delivery. They didn't. The manager of the chippy delivered the food personally. Over an hour later a driver turned up at the shop asking for the delivery. I managed to get someone from Deliveroo on the phone who told me they were still waiting to assign a driver. An utter shambles. I will never order food from this incompetent shambles of a company again.

So terrible. My order did not turn up. Can't contact driver. I didn't get a refund. I was sent someone else's order. Drivers are useless can't follow simple directions. Never use them! Waste of money!

Absolutely shocking always items missing don’t get back to you till a day later. Wouldn’t give me a refund for items missing just said they will take my feed back onboard and nothing they can do yet why do I have to pay service charges for? Poor poor poor stay away from Deliveroo
