ive ordered a few times and the food is always cold, they seem to drive around doing multiple drops and all the time your food is getting colder and colder.

I had my first order today and the food came after very long time ..I have ordered something seeet which came completely hard to eat and cold plus the cream on top was melted because of the delay .. shame

If you only read one review make sure it is this one!! Criminals can be the only way to describe them my daughters debit card was cloned and numerous orders were placed with Deliveroo, we call to cancel the orders and close the account only to find that a week later all Deliveroo had taken all payments and were still delivering orders against the account a week later, when we called back to complain and close the account they said we sent an email and hung up the phone. So they knew the account had been compromised and yet continued to take payments thief's the lot of them

Deliveroo no good I do not recommend any body to use them use Uber eat instead very reliable since I stopped ordering from diliveroo have not had any problems with Uber eats they will be out of business soon

Just too long to arrive. 1:45 mins after the restaurant had made it - stone cold.

Waited over an hour. The food never arrived. The restaurant closed before anyone picked it up. Would never use this company. A bit of a joke really.

For more than a week they have failed to deliver the orders completely. They provide minimal compensation and I have to collect the food myself. Do yourself a favor and don't use this service. Not worth the headache and stress.

They never ever get an order right. I don't want credit or refunds I want the exact things that I ordered.

I have given many chances to that company. But today only confirmed that I will no longer be a Deliveroo customer. I live 5 minutes from the town centre and on one of the biggest streets in town. Yet the riders can never find the place (only a few of them can)... they always go around and round... and then when they finally manage to locate us, food is cold... despite them using special bags. Companies like Dominos or Papa Johns don't have any problems with finding the address. Today I had limited time to get the food but still enough if the rider stick to the timeframe and could find the place. We were tracking him and saw how bad his route was... 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered (at the latest)... we decided to cancel order. We had to get ready for work. Then the customer service got in touch with us and said because we refused the food, they cant give us any refund!!! If the website said that the wait is longer, I would not choose the particular restaurant, if I knew the rider will mess up the route, I would choose other company... As an example, Uber Eats got to my place late with a really cold food, but the driver himself offered refund and still gave me food. At leat that. Here the Deliveroo doesn't care about the customer and circumstances. I managed to get the refund... but at first they credited my account! I had to explain how unsatisfactory that outcome is to finally get a full refund. And then restaurants... So many times I was really disappointed with the amount of the food they serve. I visit these restaurants when I have time, and sometimes order them home. I feel like I receive half of what I should in deliveroo orders. They know we can't complain.. and surprisingly leave any feedback on deliveroo page... They idea is great... the execution 0/10.

Delivering food in untaxed dirty old cars, reported vehicle to them and they are not interested, week later same car still with no tax delivering for them, I would be amazed if this car is insured for buisness use.

I was feeling quite feverish today so decided to try deliveroo as I did not have the energy to cook. When I looked to see where the driver was as it had seemed quite long online it said it had already been delivered. What?! I called deliveroo they said the driver came and waited ten minutes then left!??? what?!!! Am I supposed to find your drivers on the street? Isn't he supposed to ring the bell?? The deliveroo customer service lady first said it was my fault since I didn't come.... where? To find someone somewhere on a scooter? I didn't know he had come! he didn't tell me, and then another thing they couldn't explain is who did he give it to??- why did it say delivered?! Considering deliveroo is such a big company I am really shocked the manager was so curt- they could have said we are so sorry we don't know what happened and we will chase it up and let you know meanwhile we are are organizing a delivery to you asap- right at the start but instead I had to be on the phone for 40 minutes being put on hold as the manager is 'busy'. From a food delivery company that didn't deliver is that not a concern for the manager? I am not impressed with how I was treated at any time today :(

My order was missing a couple of items and was cold, this was a £40+ order and the missing items came to over £10 I was refunded £2 😂😂. This was the second time in the 4 times I've used them, I will never use them again. Absolute joke of a firm...

Shame you can’t give no stars to be honest. Ordered a KFC through deliveroo and after waiting an hour and 20 mins it was finally on its way. 6 mins later it had apparently been delivered. After contacting the deliveroo team through the live chat the lady said our rider had been knocking for 10 mins and had left our order in the front garden. I live in a first floor flat, went to check the little patch of grass that is probably considered a garden to the rider and low and behold no food. The lady on the live chat was very nice and offered credit in the account which was declined by us as we will never be ordering from deliveroo again. In the end I went out to get the food myself which defeats the whole point of this service. Think I’ll be sticking with JustEat in future!!!

2 hrs waiting for delivery from German Donner kebab London after phone calls no one interested, 2.5 hrs marked as delivered but no food!!

Poor quality cold food delivered! Small portion size and definitely not restaurant quality! Reported to deliveroo, their response was an email apology. Not good enough.

This is the worst service I have ever used - I advise to never ever ever use them. They have no morals whatsoever. 2 months ago I spoke to them and they agreed to refund money to my bank account after a lengthy chat on the phone as after 2 hours they still didn't deliver my food and didn't realise the driver had dropped the food and it was not going to be delivered at all! Then my account got hacked into (as many people did over this period) and they STILL haven't processed my refund as they say the "system is blocking them from doing that". After emails asking what is happening they still haven't responded. I'm warning you this is the worst company I ever used. Uber Eats is much much better.

I should have read these reviews before using deliveroo First and last! Absolutely never again Wow! Wow! Wow! Half the order missing And i was promised money refunded in 5 days So now its the waiting game...Shocking service smh

Don't bother! As always, annoyed there is not a zero star rating. I have uninstalled app, customer services are uneducated and ignorant. Food extremely and would not tell me their refund policy. So irritated by their lack of essential skills and courtesy i have returned to their competitors. (that i also dislike, but less so!)

Deliveroo is rubbish: rude service, appalling delivery and overall a bad experience, getting worse by the minute. I have had several issues with them, didn’t get my money back, got sick after one delivery which was the reason I deleted my account. It took three emails and still haven’t had confirmation my account AND data was deleted. Not even a “sorry”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
