Hello Giacomo, We are surprised about the one star rating. We have checked the tracking on the courier site and we can see that the parcel has been delivered on January 11th in home mailbox. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service so they can look into this. Cheers

“Unfortunately, I must express my profound dissatisfaction with my first (and last) purchase from Realchems. I placed an order for a product, which I paid for immediately. The store marked the order as 'completed' and even provided a tracking number. However, the issue arose when, for two weeks now, the courier's website has consistently shown that they have yet to receive the package, despite it being in their system. My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with silence. I've reached out to the seller through both their live chat and email, but have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering that my money has already been taken, and yet, I have nothing to show for it. I am left with no choice but to advise others to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this vendor. The customer service is non-existent, and the reliability of their delivery process is highly questionable. It's a frustrating and regrettable experience that I hope others can avoid.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We have cheked our ticket system and even our payment e-mail address, but we did not received any mail from your side regarding your issue. We can see that the parcel indeed has not been moving since mid January. Of course we always take care of our customers, so if a parcel has not been delivered we will work on a solution. It might be that your provider blocks sending to us. As we for sure will reply any chat and mails. Can you please try again to contact our chat or contact us via the contact form on the site? “EDIT 2: update, as promised. 3 weeks went by, replacement order was never shipped, nobody answers emails or chats. customer service these days seems non-existent. there are more reliable shops online. EDIT: after this review I was offered reshipment + store credits. I'm waiting for my package to arrive and will update my rating and info here when / if it does. It was supposed to be sent 4 days ago but it was not handed to PostNL yet. This was my favourite RC shop by far. But, in the past 3 months, I had issues with 3 orders in a row. First I received expired products, next order was never sent although payment went through and I was sent a tracking number (then I had to wait for 2 weeks for an answer on what's going on), lastly, I received a package with 1 item missing and I wrong. I've sent 3 emails in the past 15 days and tried reaching them via chat but got nothing back. 2 stars instead of 1 because products are decent if you ever get them.”

“Been a customer for over 5 years at Realchems, and the person who referred me to the store knew them for 2 years before me. They have always delivered my order and been such a pleasure to communicate with, consistently with such high quality products and standards, paying very much attention to detail to assure not messing up an order or shipping a wrong product, only 1 time this happened out of hundreds and hundreds of orders, with a product similar to another ones name, but I was able to tell on the label and they apologized and reshipped my correct order immediately, which is another safety thing I love about RC, they have their stuff professionally packaged so you dont get wrong products in wrong labels. This company is awesome and has amazing employees that always act professional. I can highly recommend it to any research labs who's in need of their products. Thought to finally give them a review since I want others to know that this is a place you should not be afraid to have good business with.”

“Hello! I'm a customer at realchems and I never been so dissapointed with any online shop ever! I made an order for 100$ about 2 month ago. The package did not arrive an I thought I made an mistake with my shipping info. Turns out Realchems butcherd my whole shipping info for the first order. After weeks of beggin I got my reship (only because my package was tracked) and they completley disregarded my the Adress I gave them. I cannot understand how you ship a package two times with the worng adress on that I did't even gave you? Makes no sence! And I tell them what's the mistake and the still ship it out wrong?”

Hello, I can see that 5 days ago we have re-shipped your parcel and it is on the way now. The shipping addresses are taken directy from the orders placed. So if there is an issue there, we will need to look into this as it means it is not correct in the system. We are sorry for the inconvenience

“no problems in the past, but now i ordered 200€ worth of 1cp-lsd, first shipment had no movement, after waiting 2 weeks they finally reshipped, only for the reshipped package to stop having any updates(again) meanwhile my 25€ order for idra-21 came without a problem, no response from the support(now it's been a whole work week) I'm just annoyed and disappointed at this point.”
