“I got a large canvas with no frame. The box wasn't closed very well, and the edges have some scuffing from transit because of that I suspect. Where I have it hanging, the scuffed edge isn't noticeable, so at least it didn't have to go back. EDIT: After leaving this review and iCanvas replying, they unsolicited created a ticket in their support system, sent me a new identical piece completely free of charge, and told me to either gift, keep, or donate the piece with the minor scuff. HOLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I'm absolutely going to be a repeat customer now, and will be recommending them to everyone else.”

“We recently purchased 3 prints for staging our home for an upcoming sale. The 1st one came undamaged. It looked better on the website but will do for what we need it for. The 2nd one arrived with a significant tear and I had no issues in getting a replacement within 2 weeks and again just an ok looking print. 3rd print had a black background and showed scratches easily from shipping. A new print was also resent but was in worse shape than the 1st as it had more scratches and where it is stretched around the wooden frame the black canvas turned white. Mainly this is just an issue in my opinion with the black canvas as every little mark will show. I decided not to try a 3rd time and asked for our money back. Their reply was they were shipping another one out even though I had specifically said I did not want to try again and wanted my money back. I had to remind them of their policy and if I did not receive my money back I would write a review. I received a prompt reply telling me they would refund my money. So all in all if I needed inexpensive artwork for my walls I would use this company again.”

“My grand-daughter asked for a print of a Degas painting for Christmas. I found the painting on canvas on your site for a reasonable price. This will be much nicer than she is expecting. It is beautiful, I know she will love it and cherish it for a long time. The quality is so good! Your service was excellent and it was packed very well to prevent damage.”

“I received the product I ordered and upon starting to hang it I noticed some scratches in the two bottom corners of the canvas. Immediately I contacted iCanvas and sent an email including pictures. Within a reasonable time, Matt responded asking if I could also send pictures of the box it came in. I sent pictures as requested. I was then told that they were sending out another canvas. I was asked to hold on to the damaged one for 7 days in case they wanted me to send back (at their expense). Before 7 days, I received a new canvas and it is currently hanging on my wall. Via email, I asked Matt when they might be sending a mailing label to return the original canvas. He told me to dispose of it per my liking. I was so impressed with the "no questions asked" policy. I would purchase from this company again in an instant and would recommend them as well.”
