“ Very poor customer service and no communication when orders are cancelled because of technical issues on their end Would never shop with them again as no guarantee if item would arrive ”

“ Purchased a heated throw , it stopped working after a very short time ( so well into guarantee)Phoned customer service to be told they are the new Ideal World so they won't honour the guarantee. However they have the orginal presenters ! How ever convenient . Will never use them again. The actual tv programme is unwatchable anyway , shocking graphics and poor stock anyway. Avoid , avoid , avoid . ”
