“ILKB Lakeland This is am amazing workout. The staff works with you to help you achieve you goals. My first class I was nervous, I walked in and I won't lie I struggled to get through it. A few times I had to stop to slow my breathing and each time I had a trainer right there to help me focus. When my class was over I could not believe how great it felt to finish. I can't say enough about this class and the staff.”

“ILKB Mandarin is the first gym that I've joined that I actually feel excited to go to! When you join ILKB, you're joining a family that's always there to motivate you, push you, encourage you, and sometimes yell at you (when that last set of burpees gets you down and you just can't get back up lol). The classes are challenging, but so much fun that I'm always excited to come back. It's truly a workout unlike any other and has reshaped my mindset towards exercise and living a healthier lifestyle in general.”

“Ilovekickboxing Federal Way has been the best decision I have made for my physical and mental health. This place is a second home, a family with the most sincere members, insanely talented instructors and the most invested owners I have ever seen. Everyone motivates each other to push ourselves and reach goals. There are people of all different fitness levels, the workout is challenging but life changing! The results are incredible, I have lost significant weight, gained muscle, strength, endurance and confidence. There is no judgement here, nothing but love and fun! “I received a Groupon to try iLKB Federal Way as a gift last summer and I have put off checking it out since then. I finally gave in and called to set up my first class a few days before it expired and I am SO GLAD that I did. I've never exercised consistently in my entire life and I am finding myself waking up at 5 am every day to go in to class! All of the instructors are fantastic; they've found a perfect balance of keeping their clients working hard while still having fun. I have been pleasantly surprised in how quickly I'm feeling changes in my strength & endurance. I can't wait to see what the future brings for me with iLKB Federal Way!”

“I'm just a couple classes in and so far it is great! Everyone is very nice and helpful. You get to work out with no shoes, love that, and the workouts really get your heart pumping! Overall a nice studio, friendly staff, the members are awesome, and the price is right.”

“I Have been coming to ILKB Astoria for about 2 weeks and it is the best workout I have done in a long time. The gym is clean and spacious. The instructors are motivating, helpful, encouraging and caring I can't say enough about all of them. John the manager is awesome, you can tell he cares about his clients and our fitness goals. They also practice what they preach, because when your doing a class you will see other instructors on the mat working out along with everyone else. Its great to see them push themselves, like they push us. I LOVE ALL THE INSTRUCTORS !!!!”

It's not a cheap membership, but I make it work because I'm investing in my health (both physical and mental! Gotta love punching away your frustrations after a tough day of work!) The membership is worth every penny. This studio feels like family and the instructors are so encouraging. They even greet me by name when I walk in! I've never had an experience like this at any other gym. I have made tremendous gains in weight loss, muscle strength, endurance and confidence, and I actually look forward to working out!
