“Terrible and unsatisfied experience and no accountability from company AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!Poor service and bad customer service.
No reliability just left my parcel on the other side of my apartment building. My apartment number (delivery address) is not even on the door where it was left and more than 50 people and their visitors have access to these gates and they did not even try to conceal it.
No courtesy call to ask if I was happy for them to leave it unattended and even says I signed for the parcel when I was not home to give authority just careless attitude from the company and delivery driver they hide behind a photo that says delivered but do not want to take accountability for their actions.
20mins after I arrived home to look for it and it was not there! So who is responsible? They should have better policies and procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen because it clearly happens a lot within this company!
How can they drop off a parcel no where near my delivery address and say it’s been delivered then I email to complain and all they say is it has been delivered and do not address any of my concerns in the email just reply with the same autobot responses.
When they did not take the necessary actions to ensure I recieved it. How do I know delivery driver didn’t just take the photo and then take my package back?
I was also keeping an eye on tracking and there was no real time updates to show it was picked up by driver until it had been delivered so not even reliable to tell you it would be delivered that day. It says 1-2 business days but was dropped of at nearly 8oclock that night on Christmas Eve.
I would have been happy if they just took the parcel back to warehouse and I would have been happy to go and collect myself.”

I have had the worst experience with Imile Delivery in Riyadh. They have consistently wasted my time and provided nothing but false promises. It seems that their entire operation is built on lies. In addition, I am planning to file a complaint with the police regarding their fraudulent practices. This level of negligence and deceit should not be tolerated.
Furthermore, I am also disappointed with Shein for their partnership with Imile. It reflects poorly on them and raises doubts about their reliability as well. If they continue to associate with such untrustworthy delivery services, I will reconsider ordering from them in the future.
I strongly advise others against using Imile Delivery. Save yourself the hassle and frustration -look for alternative delivery options that actually value their customers and provide the service they promise.”

“My notification showed they dropped my package at my parcel locker and shows available for collection and that it was delivered on the 19th. It’s not there. I go into their own tracking website and they say they delivered it on the 19th but sent it back to DS on the 20th. No customer service and no idea where my package is right before Christmas. The delivery address given was a business that is open from 9am to 11pm, you can not miss this place at all. 17:00 look at the tracking and says it is nearby, 17:42 check again and it said no one was here, funny that seeing that there is over 15 people here at any one time. E-Mailed them got a canned reply saying out for delivery Monday, Monday came and then said was out for delivery, no updates all day until circa 23:30 saying they could not find our address!!! How is this possible if they could on Friday, again emailed them ignored all weekend, Monday got a response saying sent back to sender.
How companies as big as SHEIN still use these cowboys is beyond me.

“This would have to be the worst delivery service! Customer service is near on non existent. They tell you to email them and you get a generic response. You go on their online chat and you get put in a queue - if you’re lucky you won’t get timed out and put back in the queue of waiting at 60+
If you do get through again you get a generic response which leads me to believe you’re not even talking to a person - you ask a question and they just vanish and then you get timed out and booted off the chat and put back online.
Deliver to the address supplied was apparently not safe - Im yet to find out how it’s unsafe as there is plenty of parks NF for the driver to park in to drop the parcel into the office - if they couldn’t be bothered doing that there’s a big black letterbox which they could’ve put the parcel in but apparently couldn’t do that either which makes me believe they didn’t even attempt to deliver.
I have emailed and left messages on chat for someone to call me - I have also asked if the driver can call me when he/she is at the address and I will come out and meet them so they don’t even need to get out their car!
I am getting nowhere with this company and all I want is my parcel!
