“Received the inserts in good order after a slight shipping delay and a broken promise from UPS as to the actual delivery date and time. Packaging is superior! Inserts are heavy and for me, a 76 year old, were a little difficult to maneuver, but I managed. Some sound reduction from outside the windows is realized, but not as much as I had hoped for. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product and it was presented accurately.”

“We LOVE our five Indows and we are getting ready to order eight more. We needed Indows because we have an antique home (mid 18th century) with single pane original windows that cannot, due to historic value, be easily replaced. We are also right up against a loud, busy road, and we’ve had furniture ruined by sunlight. Since Indows improve heat retention, noise reduction, and block UV, they were the perfect choice for us. Measuring, ordering, and installation were a breeze. We’ve had them about a month now, and they have changed the way we use our living room. I no longer worry about my new red couch fading, my daughter can hear her school Zoom calls better, and I no longer have to wear a shawl when sitting near the windows. It’s significantly warmer and quieter compared to the dining room, which will be Indowed next. We are extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you so much!”

“We recently put our house up for sale. We've lived in our home for 30 years and over that time, the adjacent roadway has gotten much busier. We didn't notice the road noise, but got feedback from realtor that it was a problem. Replacement windows were Linexpensive compared to Indow inserts. Measuring and installation were easy, and our realtor noticed an immediate difference. Highly recommend Indow.”

“Even though I measured 6 times and spoke to Reed about the measurements since one window is out is square I cannot use the insert. On vacation now and want to try again when I get home. Since my windows are so tall it was a bit difficult to get the others in place.”

“The window inserts we ordered were roughly 5 foot X 6 foot. Since they were so large, they were a little awkward to install, but not hard to do. The temperature difference was felt pretty quickly. The room seems to be much better temperature regulated and my a/c & heat unit hasn't doesn't kick on as often. I am very glad to have found these window inserts.”

“In the end, the inserts are great. My only complaint is how long it takes to go through the process. I think that the Indow brochures/webpage should indicate that there is an approximate 4 month lead time from signing up and the actual delivery of the inserts....although of course time will vary. We didn't have many hiccups but it still took about that long.”

Hi, Jim. Thank you for sharing your feedback and this picture. The insert looks great! We are very sorry for the delay on your order, but are happy that everything worked out. Custom-shaped windows such as this one have a lead time of 10 weeks. Lead times for standard windows average at 4 weeks.

“I love my new window inserts! They were extremely easy to install, and now I can't hear any of the highway noise that used to drive me nuts in my bedroom! The whole process was very smooth and went just as explained to me.”

“We are somewhat pleased with our inserts. It has helped some with noise reduction but definitely not what you see on the marketing video of the cell phone. Very pricey for slight improvement.”

“I am a bit disappointed because even though I bought the acoustical level, I still hear sounds from the outside coming through the window. I think that the inserts are helping with temperature control but are not the best sound barrier. Sounds I hear are cars one block away as well as people's voices. The windows are completely sealed with not gaps. We'll see how well they do during the hot summer months.”

“The company was the most organized i have dealt with in awhile. Their explainations in there written communication was clear and detailed. The only thing they did not show was how to fit the corners on the initial installation. But a follow was quickly replied to and answered my question. The sales person was not to clear but all the info they sent was great. I would highly recommend them.”

“We are pleased with every aspect of our one large Indow window insert. It looks great and is working well to keep our laundry room insulated from the cold. We think you make an amazing product! The staff support was super. Our window has an irregular masonry/grout frame surface and we were skeptical that we could get a good seal—but we did!.”
