“I was completely satisfied with the time frame. I was also hugely impressed with the work put in by the consultant reader - he/she had a firm grasp of the tone, structure and genre of the story - he/she made (mostly) very insightful comments on the material... some of which I agreed with, some of which I didn't. In short, it's obvious that the consultant reader knows the demands of what's expected of him/her, probably as a result of your superior training and/or his/her immersion in the discipline of script analysis. Whomever analysed my script is a thorough professional - I'm presuming they all are.”

“The report arrived well ahead of time. The analysis was VERY thorough. The analyst always supported his/her points with detailed examples. Although the bottom line was that I had made some less than brilliant choices, I did not feel disrespected in the least. The premise was judged as worthy and I was provided a clear direction moving forward. Very much appreciate the hard work put into the report, and have already submitted a second script for evaluation.”

“The reviewer packed a lot of insight into the 5 pages I got back. There was a genuine sense of enthusiasm and effort which had been put in, and the reviewer had clearly understood the story at a pretty deep level. They gave feedback which was extremely valuable, especially to the finale, which I hadn't considered. They even gave advice as to the legality of optioning a novel and strategies to proceed with. So much better than the Black List, whose reviews sometimes hint at a lack of effort or motivation from the reviewer. Recommended.”

“My report was returned well within the time frame given. I had chosen the TV drama series notes and had submitted a 60 page pilot and series overview for analysis and the notes were thorough, very positive and helpful. I was delighted to be given a CONSIDER rating and I felt that the minor changes I was given were absolutely spot on. I do have two minor criticisms, the first was there were rather a lot of typos which slightly undermined my trust in my reviewer, whether justifiably or not. The second was that large parts of my script were not commented on at all, I assume this is because the reader felt there was nothing wrong with them, but there were scenes I was worried about, in terms of their effectiveness, and they were not mentioned. I guess I'll just take this as a good sign. Im now interested to see whether Talent Connector pays off. Overall, really helpful, positive and intelligent feedback.”

“I recently had the script coverage have to say, it was brilliant. Of course, I didn't agree with it all, but mostly it was absolutely spot-on. It was also thorough, detailed and very professional. Not only were comments really insightful, but the suggestions were very creative and inspiring and certainly got me to thinking about certain things differently. My fragile ego was also gently caressed and I received enough positive comments to reassure me that I'm not half bad at this, just not quite ready to start checking property prices in Silver Lake just yet...”

“They were prompt in their reply. Positive feedback with useful suggestions. They provided page references for improvements. The real test is where we go from here. Hopefully connecting me with a successful producer/director of a similar budget and film. They have already provided information re the above.”

“My report was delivered to me before the deadline and was exceptionally helpful in pointing out areas of the script that did and did not work, ranging from large errors that were staring me in the face to smaller, stylistic notes that will help the tone and fluidity of the pilot. “I was really pleased to read the review Industrial Scripts made of my script and not just because I got a CONSIDER rating but also because it was a very thorough review and the reader seemed to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve with the script. The reader was very perceptive and no nuance escaped him/her despite the complexity of the story. Clearly, the reader took his/her time to analyze the script in depth. It's not that often that I've encountered this sort of commitment and perceptiveness from readers.”

“Really pleased with the feedback on the script. I work professionally in the industry and work with scripts day to day but when it came to writing my own I was a little unsure as to whether I really *did* know how to achieve what I wanted to. The feedback was very constructive, highlighting areas of the script that could be made stronger and clearly correcting formatting errors with references given to outside resources where needed. Quite obviously written by someone who knows what they're talking about and with a genuinely supportive sensibility to the report. It feels like Industrial Scripts really do want to encourage and help new writing talent and the feedback came from a good place from someone who does know the craft and the industry inside out. Thank you very much, I look forward to using the service again.”

“Many thanks for the report on my script. It was delivered ahead of time and had more pages than I expected. It had a lot of detail and a tremendous amount of advice to further the project. It's certainly given me food for thought and has inspired me to try harder to make it better. It's easy to be so close to your project that you don't always see the weaker areas and that's where a service like this is so invaluable. Having professionals read your script and give you honest advice, no matter how critical that may be, is infinitely better than friends or family who don't want to hurt your feelings. I was pleased that the reader got the characters the way I intended, though I will improve on the character descriptions as recommended. I like the idea of changing the midpoint. That's something I wouldn't have thought of at this stage but it works very well. I was very pleased with the fact the reader thought I handled ensemble work well and that the dialogue was generally good. Delighted with the comment that it was worthwhile continuing with a worthwhile piece of work. If it wasn't, I would rather know early, not waste more time on something that wasn't working. I like the fact that the reader was honest in any criticism - that is exactly what I want. I will take heed of the advice and wholeheartedly recommend Industrial Scripts to anyone wanting their script evaluated. I will definitely be back. (Apologies to Arnold)”

“Maybe 4.6 out of five... Timing - I received my coverage report on the 21st day. Due to the time difference where I live, I contacted information team and was told my report would be ready at 5pm on the 21 day. It arrived about twenty minutes late! Although I was fine with this, I did leave me a little concerned that my report was rushed through at the last minute. However, the quality of the notes set my mind at ease on this regard. Writers should not expect their report in 10 or so days, just because other users of the service have experienced a quick turnaround. Analysis - Completely fantastic. Clearly written by someone who knows the craft inside out and is very intelligent. My screenplay had won a contest and been graded as a highly accomplished piece of work elsewhere - the analyst identified many areas that were critically weak. I don't know how many times they read it but there were so many references to sections of the play/lines of dialogue that backed up his/her arguments. On this criteria, I was really blown away. Marketplace - This is one area I would have liked more feedback on. I knew my screenplay would require a low budget but I wasn't given any information on how marketable the play would be. I felt the comparable titles were spot on but I was left wondering if the analyst considered my work derivative. However, as there were critical areas of certain character development that needed to be address (and I hadn't weighed up) I am more than satisfied with element of the coverage service. Communication - there was an email error on my part when initially booking the service. I sent two emails using the form on the website and these were not replied to. As I was on the road for a month with little to no internet access, I was worried that my money was gone and I would have no way to contact anyone. However, when I returned and used the email address on my email from Paypal, the issue was immediately rectified. Overall - I cannot recommend this service more highly. I intend to use Industrial Scripts for a subsequent draft and for future projects that I work on. Don't hesitate - I got a great deal more than I expected.”
