“booked a delivery which we had a problem being collected from ourselves. Interparcel got UPS to come back for a second time on the same day and still make the collection. they have then kept us informed via Mary Evans, of the delivery date, which was extremely helpful and was good service.”

“Perfect customer service! Booked my parcel yesterday, it was delivered by 10am this morning. When contacting Interparcel to track, I spoke to Tia Davies who was extremely helpful and friendly, and tracked it for me no problem. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Have used Interparcel on many occasions and have always received excellent service, easy to use website, plenty of choice of services and their carrier partners are always prompt with collections. We encountered our first issue with a UPS parcel going astray that was collected from a third party. After two days with tracking not changing, I contacted Interparcel, Mary was our contact and she located the parcel (it had been poorly packaged by the sender and label damaged) after a few emails back and forth we are now in possession of said parcel, thank you Mary, so nice to deal with UK based customer service with actual FULL contact details to deal with the same person and for that person to be very helpful!! Perfect!!”

“I used to use Interparcel all the time in the past and went over to P2G parcel to go for a short while,as you do see if the grass is greener,well it wasn't. Terrible live chat help and phones that don't answer from parcel to go,so went back to Interparcel. The mood was more relaxed,fast replies,they actually answered what i asked not what they thought i wanted to know. It was much more simpler to order than parcel to go,and i didn't have the frustration of having to ask the same questions 3 times over like i did at parcel to go. Customer service,for me,comes above prices,it's all about the service and Interparcel has load of it. I clicked on live chat and Tia answered quickly,answered all my questions,booked the collection of the parcel,job done. I will NOW STAY with Interparcel,never let me down in the past,great company!!”

“I cannot thank you enough for the service received this morning, I spoke to Mary Evans one of your advisors and she couldn't have been more helpful. I had 2 parcels to go back to a customer which were collected on Friday 15th July however, the customer had forgotten to advise us that he had moved house and to a completely different area. Mary sorted out very efficiently and promptly for the parcels to be re diverted to the correct address. Our customer was very grateful as he has a lot on his plate with a wife who has dementia, he was distraught when he realised but is over the moon with the solution Mary has sorted. Thank you very much and we will continue to use you, very happily.”

“I had a problem with a parcel that was not delivered when it should have been and I emailed this morning about it and received a quick response from Mary Evans, she said she would look into it for me and she did and has emailed me back with the outcome all in one day. “Interparcel was recommended to me by my son and I am so happy that it was. I found the service comprehensive in its offers, very easy to use and super efficient, enabling me to send quite a heavy parcel very cheaply indeed. Most of all, they handled an error I had made in typing the delivery address brilliantly. The Customer Services Advisor, Rachael Smith was extremely helpful and very friendly ensuring that the parcel was delivered as quickly as possible despite my error. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.”
