STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . Absolutely horrible , charged me additional fee £75.95 , I sent one used medium size Rucksack and and declared the dimensions correctly , but they asked for the photos proof of the dimensions . Now I stopped using this company , there are many reliable couriers out there . Expect huge amount of additional charge from this company !!!!!! Now I’m advising all my friends and business partners not to use this company .

Good Afternoon Naing. I am sorry for the issues that you have ad with thsi order. Unfortunately as the parcel size was under declared we have incurred extra charges from the courier which has been passed to you. Please ensure that the correct weight and dimensions are entered when booking to avoid this from happening in the future.

Booked and paid for collection {Saturday}, no one turned up, used live chat and rebooked for Monday, the same situation, no one turned up. On Tuesday they asked me if I want another rebook? No one was able to answer why my parcel was never collected, only kept offering another rebooking. I asked for cancelation and refund, just wonder how long this is going to take. Very disappointed and mad about this unprofessional and unresponsible company.

Good Morning Jane. I am sorry that thsi was not collected. Hermes advise don the 16th this was attempted at 18:33 and then on the 19th at 10:54. I am very sorry if this is incorrect and can confirm that as per request this has been cancelled and refunded for you..

Parcel has been ready for collection for a WEEK - it has still failed to be collected/couriered. We are now told that if we would like to have the parcel delivered before Christmas (which it would have been if it had been collected on time) we should pay an extra fee to be there by our delivery date. Why should WE be responsible for this negligence and your total lack of service delivery???

Really poor delivery estimates for international deliveries. Paid a premium for priority times & got standard delivery.. No compensation for late deliveries.. :(

Hi Steve, Please allow me to assure you that on any given day the absolute vast majority of orders will be collected and delivered as expected. Unfortunately every courier company has a small percentage of delays, especially at this time of year due to the volumes of parcels being sent. Sadly no compensation is offered by the couriers with this service when such instances occur, and therefore it is not possible for us to offer anything to our customers. I am very sorry for all the inconvenience that may have been caused.

I have sent 2 separate parcels to Ireland and both have arrived safely, in good time. I also really appreciate the service if being able to get a text telling me the parcel has been delivered ok for 20p

Terrible service! Booked in a collection last Thursday which has been collected but i cannot track the parcel, when i contacted them about it which has been 3 times now, they say they will email me an update, i haven't received any updates from them, i was actually just talking to an agent over the chat system and she just left the conversation mid way through! All i want is a delivery date! Absolutely appalling customer service!

Terrible service! Courier was booked to pick up 4-5pm for an urgent same day delivery, they never showed up and when I tried to contact the rep was rude, refused to pass me on to a manager and put the phone down on me insisting they couldn't help! AVOID

For the third day running I am waiting for a parcel collection from TNT booked through interparcel. I have spoken to inter parcel who tell me the issue is with TNT!!! TNT tell me as I booked through inter parcel I should take the issue up with them. Consequently no one is taking responsibility. I have been trying to speak to inter parcel since 4.00pm today 8 Dec. there is a recorded message saying 'please call back during office hours 8.30 - 5.00 pm. What disgusting customer service.

I booked a collection of over 200 kg on Wednesday 29 November and got a confirmation for collection on Thursday between 9AM and 6 PM. After wasting the whole day waiting for the courtier to collect my parcels, I phoned interparcel at 6PM and they assured me that the courier will be here before 7PM. Of course, that was again a lie and when I phoned this morning, they couldn't provide me with a time or even confirm that the collection would happen this morning. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with your service as this completely ruined ALL MY PLANS. I expect something to be done and to be informed on a collection time ASAP.... PS : The lady on the phone had no idea of what was happening and clearly had no training on answering a customer complaint. RIDICOULOUS, Interparcel is an absolute joke.

Hello. Here is the worst company for parcel services you can get in uk. I order a collection for 3 parcels to Spain to be collected specially on Saturday as I'm working all week. All good till Saturday. After I waste hole day waiting for the courier, nobody turn up. Phone them on Manday......they say they forget to booked it. Ok. Booked again for next Saturday. Next Saturday the same problem. Nobody turn up. Waste another day. Phone them again and they tell me the courier don't have access to the property ( by my front door drive every morning Tesco lorrys). Soo don't waste you time with this low company. By the way on weekend they don't have any costumer service. Thank you for reading. Hope to change you mind 😉

Good Evening, sorry that your parcels were not collected. As discussed these have been cancelled and refunded for you. Our phone lines are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 but we are contactable at the weekend via email.

Hi Alexandru. Sorry to hear that your parcels were not collected. Unfortunately no carrier has a 100% success rate and problems do arise every day. I can see that we did advise that you could drop the parcels to a store that you did not have to wait in. I can confirm that this has since been cancelled and refunded in full for you.
