A terrible experience. The indicated delivery times were incorrect from the start and the item was delayed. The details are not transparent and the quote a customer receives is generic, apart from the price. Once you get the quote you assume that the original and destination locations are taken into consideration but the way it is done with this company is very misleading. It's not how a company should provide quotes with lead times at this day and age. They also offer additional insurance for your item, only to have exclusion policies that are not transparent and misleading. You end up purchasing additional coverage only to not be eligible for a claim in what feels like the majority of possible products. This company clearly prides themselves in producing non-transparent fine-print that is misleading to the end-user and also does not provide adequate customer service and resolution to problems when they arise. Stay clear and safe yourself the hassle. You pay peanuts and get a monkey service, shame on you Interparcel.

When I booked the parcel for delivery it stated 4-7 days for delivery. On collection of the parcel it took several days to get to parcel the south of England for sending across to Canada. It sat in the warehouse for several more days and then tracking information updated to say it was with Canada post. 2 days after this update it was removed from the tracking information and the parcel was back in England. No updates could be given to say where my parcel was exactly. Eventually it arrived at customs and cleared it. I then got told the parcel hadn’t cleared customs and it was being held with the pallet of parcels. This too more days. In all the parcel took around 3 weeks and not the 4-7 days. This meant birthday presents and cards where late and never arrived for my nephews birthday. Severely disappointed with the service.

I sent a parcel having weighed it carefully beforehand. After sending this parcel Interparcel sent me a surcharge for the parcel being overweight. No discussion. No direct contact. Notice that I was liable period.

They slap extra charges on after you have paid. They claim it is for handling, however I sent tyres, which are indestructible so I know this is a con. They are threatening court action now, (for a tenna) wont listen. Just avoid them. I thought they were good for a couple of times, but it is how you handle dispute that shows up good and bad companies.

Not impressed. I paid for a door to door delivery from the UK to Gibraltar. The delivery took far longer than expected, which I was prepared to overlook in view of the present world situation, but what I was not happy about at all was the positive raft of extra charges made by a company called Packlink Madrid, which I presumed was some kind of handling agent in Spain. The charges levelled by this outfit quickly exceeded the entire cost of the door to door delivery and they just kept on coming. The parcel was sent in August and I had yet another charge for about £13 in November, which was when I decided I'd had enough. I contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse all the charges made by Packlink Madrid and to refuse all further charges made by them. Perhaps the final irritation was that whoever the local delivery company was in Gibraltar, they also wanted to make an additional charge to deliver it to the destination address. So 'not impressed' more or less covers it.

Terrible service and customer service not helpful at all. I paid for the parcel to be delivered to the receiver’s address but instead it ended up at the local post office and receiver had to pick it up himself not to mention delivery was 8 days later what I paid for! I would not use them ever again and not be recommending them either. Customer service is making up lies after lies just not to admit they’re in wrong.

Parcel was not delivered, i was told undeliverable, then it was diverted by the customer, but she says not and tha it has been returned. Tracking in Ebay showed that it was delivered, so i never knew there was a problem. Now they say i don't get a refund on the despatch costs or my lost parcel. Very poor service and breach of contract. Shocking that they can treat people like this.

Bad company, as i business we used interparcel only once, for an overseas delivery, as they came back the cheapest, and gave them a go, big mistake. The delivery was collected from us, but the customer wasn't in to receive the parcel, and wasn't contacted, no card left , thus it was returned to us. Interparcel then proceeded to charge us £71 to process…. the return delivery (even though they never approved these costs with me), 3 times the original delivery cost, just to return a £10 poster....... I explained to them, it was far better to destroy the item as the cost of the poster is so low, but apparently its in the TC's and we have to pay any return delivery costs. We reshipped a brand new item to the customer, which arrived no problems, first time with SkyNet, who are excellent. I would highly recommend avoiding Interparcel, as they have grossly exaggerated hidden costs, which they sneak in the TC's, to simply make a killing on your misfortune!.

The service was a complete failure. I paid for a pre 10am delivery and the driver did not attempt to make any delivery yet marked it attempted. The delivery was not attempted and when I asked where it was I was told it was back at the depot and the second attempt would not be made until the next day. I was in and know that no attempt was made, with other deliveries being made during the supposed attempted delivery time. No note was left and no evidence was provided by interparcel that they tried. The team was unable to help via online chat and said the attempt was made, which it was not and would help no further. The driver who eventually delivered told me the other driver had not attempted delivery, that he was not doing his job properly and could not be bothered to find my address. Only due to my alarmed messages and phone calls, had he helped by tracking my delivery down from the driver and bringing it to me. It is not acceptable to simply be told you are a liar via the customer service team when you say an attempt was not made, which was then confirmed by the new driver. The team would not listen that no one had come and provided no help or consideration of the consequences. It caused considerable stress and financial loss as the parcel did not arrive as ordered in time. I paid extra for a pre 10am delivery, which was not attempted and there was no compensation or refund. Will not use again.
