After a mix up between TNT & Interparcel with my rearranged delivery, I spoke to KATE on live chat, she was very helpful & did as promised. Following up with a confirmation email the next morning as promised also. Five star for Interparcel customer services. Lee

Just spoke to Nicole via the chat. We had a bit of a panic getting a parcel to Germany for a client who after booking express decided they wanted before 9am. Nicole sorted this out in a matter of minutes and the new tracking label is on the parcel as I write. Thanks Nicole superb customer service and made the whole thing so easy. We use Interparcel a lot and will continue to do so with this kind of outstanding service!!!!

When we moved factories and had already booked parcels for collection from our old address Kayleigh was extremely helpful and organised the drivers to come to our new premises instead

Our business uses interparcel daily. We do not usually have any problems. Last week we had a very concerning problem with one of our parcels that was being shipped to the USA with UPS. On calling interparcel and speaking to Kate Hall, we were told that she would make inquiries and inform us once she had information. She was able to do this very quickly and efficiently and resolve the problem for us. Very professional service and very professional customer services advisor.

The delivery of my parcel was initially slow and the drivers seem to make poor attempts to complete the delivery. That was until I contacted customer service and was greeted with an immediately positive and helpful response from Customer Services Advisor Annelese McBride. Annelese then provided tremendously helpful assistance in getting this parcel delivered! She was very positive and resourceful, and communicated quickly and clearly. Thank you so much Annelese!

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for the delay with your delivery. I can confirm once we received the correct local contact telephone number for the consignee, we did pass the information over to UPS to assist with the delivery.

After a failure by UPS to collect booked a parcel on time, causing a delay in the recipient receiving their items, Kate HALL, who works for your company, responded to my email extremely quickly, efficiently, and reorganized the collection around my commitments. Her initial communication with me contained both an apology (despite it being UPS's error) and a promise to sort it out asap, which she did. My emails were responded to quickly and were always politely dealt with. Kate is clearly a great representative of your company and ensured everything was sorted for me. In fact, as UPS were actually 2 hours early when the parcel was collected which suggests Kate had been thorough in her reorganization of it. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Kate for her great customer service and time in sorting out the issue. Best regards J Farrow

Made a Purchase from a seller in the UK. Item was sent using interparcel with 2-5 day delivery to Singapore. Whiles tracking the item, I noticed a "International Held in Hub, No Invoice [Missing totally]" status. I got in touch with their live help desk and was attended by Rachael. After a quick verification process, Rachael said she would send over the missing invoice and that delivery will still be made within the time frame. Everything was done painlessly and helped to reassure me that the item would be delivered promptly.
