Address data is incorrect and customer service is very poor. Have been charged 3 times to deliver 1 parcel because the courier 'couldn't' deliver the parcel. Interparcel are not willing to listen to their customers and will not budge on any additional charges that shouldn't be made.

I am still waiting for a refund on a printer you delivered that was broken. I will never use your company until this matter is resolved

Invoiced for £40 on a Landmark parcel to Canada. They claim a 1.8 kg parcel actually weighed 11 kg. I have provided all documented evidence including a photo but their response, 'We cannot accept this as evidence.' They have provided NO evidence at all! Let's see where this goes!

You have struggled to get parcels to me. I moved into a new build, and no parcels have been able to get to me. No such address apparently, one parcel never got delivered & sent back to House of Fraser, One parcel completely lost. It appears to us if your drivers don’t recognise a postcode they don’t bother. I would be very nervous if I ever decided to use Hermes again, my name is Mrs JoAnn M Judd

I posted a package for my son's birthday. after 5 days it still hadn't arrived and no tracking available. after about 10 days I was told it was lost. then later yet another message about claiming for lost package. I wrote to CEO of the company and after 2 days tracking appeared on the site and then the package was delivered. wasnit it strange how no one had any news of it and it couldnt be located until the CEO became involved.

Delivered to the wrong address and suggested the receiver goes around the retrieve it from a neighbour they don't get along with. They accept its been delivered to the wrong address but won't do anything as its in their terms that it's acceptable to deliver to the wrong address. Their "claims team advised that they wouldn’t issue a claim for this as the parcel is retrievable." So now eBay have refunded the buyer £24 and I'm out of pocket. Absolutely garbage service. Been a customer for over a decade. They can now go f**k themselves for my future business.

I've been an Interparcel customer for many years and have sent hundreds of parcels all over the world, their customer service used to be second to none and any issues were dealt with without any fuss or arguing. However, over the last 18 months there has been a rapid decline in the service. Firstly I had something get damaged in transit, fortunately I had paid for adequate cover so everything will be fine, or so I thought. In spite of providing all the proof they asked for several times it was like trying to get blood out of a stone, even after they had agreed to my claim I had to email several times to chase my payment. Three months ago I sent a parcel to Germany via ParcelForce Euro priority, it was returned to me saying that nobody was at home to sign for it then to add insult to injury Interparcel sent me a bill for £14 to cover the return postage, refusing to listen to my explanation that it had been sent to a third party parcel reception company whose business it is to receive parcels so they're hardly going to turn one away! I eventually got fed up trying to reason with them and paid the invoice and sent the parcel again, this time to my clients address in Switzerland at a cost of £21, imagine my surpirse when 4 days later I found it in my porch devoid of any trace of address labels or customs invoices etc! A mystery which ParcelForce don't care about in the slightest. Last week, a customer wanted something in a hurry and paid £26.70 to have a very small package delivered to Israel via FedEx Priority, he should have received it last Friday so it seemed strange that the tracking showed it to be in Kiev! Further investigation revealed FedEx, by their own admission, had made a mistake at Customs and sent it to Kiev thus negating the extra price paid by my customer. I asked for compensation which they instantly refused saying "our services aren't guaranteed!", my argument that had it been due to unforeseen circumstances I would be agreeing with them but as it was entirely due to FedEx's incompetence their statement didn't really hold water. But more than any financial losses what really grieves me is the CS representative attitude towards customers. I fear it could bring the downfall of a once outstanding company.

I booked tuffnells through interparcel, and the item is a week late. Neither interparcel or tuffnells could care less, and just repeat the lies on the tracking. They refuse to give a refund for the item or breach of contract, and as of Monday there will be a county court writ for loss/theft against them, as they booked the 'service'. Their customer 'service' is a joke, as is tuffnells who claim ‘road closure’ when they claim to be unable to take it out on delivery. I am surprised they are still in business as nothing they do or say is true.

Worst parcel company in the world .... Please take my advice and stay away from these FRAUDSTERS. They sent me an email that my high value goods were delivered as booked which they NEVER DELIVERED. For over 6 weeks they kept telling me that they can't find my goods in their warehouses. After 6 weeks goods were declared LOST, when a claim was made they suddenly informed my the goods have now been found as they were just waiting for me to forget about these so that they can have them themselves. The WORST PART YET TO COME, they asked me to pay to return these to myself which they failed to deliver. I paid them, they did not even give me an option to discuss this over the phone as they only communicate via email. Still waiting to receive goods for over 10 days and their customer services can't provide an update. Their manager does not want to come over the phone.

Interfarcel not interparcel. Firstly they don't collect your parcel as arranged, secondly they don't offer discounts for not collecting your parcel, thirdly they don't offer to upgrade your delivery despite it being still in your home after 10 days! STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY

I have not recieved my parcel which I ordered about a month ago from the UK. I contacted the 'HELP' service and they keep telling me that they are looking into it. Recently they posted FRAUDULENT tracking information claiming that I recieved it. I have attatched a screen shot for proof of false tracking information. I am located in Rhodes, Greece and now they claim they delivered it 4 days later to an address in Brooklands UK. This information was updated on September 12th! Confusing? I hope whoever posted this FRAUDULENT information is held responsible. I remain patient and await my delivery...if they haven't lost it!

If I could leave a 0* review - I would! Inept "Management" in the form of Chloe Prebble and a Director, Jim Bird, who seemingly doesn't even have the basic capability to respond to escalated complaints. If this doesn't serve as a red flag - read on..... Interparcel have presided over a disastrous experience that has been ongoing since March. Over the last 6 months there have been too many failings to list within this review, but safe to say - you should AVOID this shambolic business at all costs. They are re-selling services that they don't fully understand and as a result miss-sold me a delivery service that was doomed to fail the moment the items were collected by TNT (now part of Fed-Ex). They have Service Level Agreements in place with their carriers which mean that customers can only deal directly with Interparcel. When you require their assistance it is frankly non-existent with call centre operatives that a) dont care and b) have no capability to deal with the issue. This results in copied and pasted replies from the carrier being sent to you - with no commentary from Interparcel added for context. As the customer you are flying blind and when you question their service you encounter cocky and rude colleagues, one such individual being a 'team leader' in the form of Abbie Ancell who laughed at me during one phone call. It is very obvious that serious re-training and re-structuring is in order across the business. The final straw came when Interparcel knowingly did not challenge an incorrect invoice sent to them by TNT. This occurred due to well documented TNT errors and instead of using their knowledge of the case to query the charges - they simply provided my details to TNT as the billable party (without telling me). This then directly lead to me being chased for money I didn't owe by TNT over a period of 2 months, during which Interparcel offered ZERO assistance in resolving the matter - despite their own SLA agreement making it nigh on impossible for me to discuss the issue with TNT directly. It was only finally sorted after I wrote to the UK Customer Service Director for FedEx - who stepped in to resolve the matter. When presented with these facts, Interparcel have displayed a disgraceful "we don't care attitude". There is very clearly a deep rooted culture issue within the businesses, which is hardly surprising when you have the misfortune to encounter their "management" (I use the term very loosely). In summary - a horrific business to be avoided at all costs!

Had to pay an additional €17 when parcel arrived even though I had completed everything correctly (dimensions, weight & contents). They said it is in their T&C's and have been no help in understanding why the first parcel I sent didnt get a charge but the 2nd did. Same contents in both parcels. Will go back to sending directly with royal mail from now on as this hasn't happened with them before.

Led to book a courier service with DHL, it was a disaster will never use them again. When difficulties arose it was impossible to speak to any human person to resolve issues.

It is hard to write a review of a service that is normally good but that offers nothing when things go wrong. The best thing that interparcel.com should do is to advise customers NOT to use parcelforce to send an urgent letter, and just to use the regular post office service instead. In my case, then this would have saved GBP15 (difference in cost between parcelforce and first class stamp to LIsbon), 6 weeks and counting (as the letter never arrived) and a lot of aggravation. By way of experiment, I sent a normal (non urgent) letter by first class post via the post office to LIsbon and it arrived in 4 days. Worsth thing? The latest attempt at "customer recovery" from interparcel was an email on July 15th telling me to allow a further 30 days for delivery "due to delays". No refund, no apology.

My parcel arrived at about 3pm, no one came to my door. The driver THREW my package over a neighbour rear garden fence. The reason I can say THREW is from my neighbour seeing it and his words were it was launched. No damage was caused on this occasion, but the next time I order online, I will be asking who 5he courier company is, and if it’s you, I will be cancelling my order. Your a disgusted customer.
