Used interparcel lots of times previously without issue. Easy to use and usually great value. Recently however I had an issue sending a bike frame. I chose the parcel force option as I usually do with larger parcels. When dimensions and weight we’re inputted I got a message saying my parcel was too big for that service. Then services offered as an alternative were all upwards of £40. I logged directly onto parcel force there was no issue. £11.49+vat and I got 15% off in the bargain! Need to sort this one guys.

Not impressed. I paid for a door to door delivery from the UK to Gibraltar. The delivery took far longer than expected, which I was prepared to overlook in view of the present world situation, but what I was not happy about at all was the positive raft of extra charges made by a company called Packlink Madrid, which I presumed was some kind of handling agent in Spain. The charges levelled by this outfit quickly exceeded the entire cost of the door to door delivery and they just kept on coming. The parcel was sent in August and I had yet another charge for about £13 in November, which was when I decided I'd had enough. I contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse all the charges made by Packlink Madrid and to refuse all further charges made by them. Perhaps the final irritation was that whoever the local delivery company was in Gibraltar, they also wanted to make an additional charge to deliver it to the destination address. So 'not impressed' more or less covers it.

Usually Interparcel are very good - on time collections and deliveries. Unfortunately on this occasion last week the collection was made on time but the delivery into the US was almost a week later than stated which did not help us as the documents were needed urgently and caused us a few issues with a client. I would normally have no problem in recommending them, but this has not been a good experience - but will give them another chance, we all deserve that in life!!!

Fine when there is no problem but if there is a problem (parcel stopped tracking half way in it's journey 6 days ago - posted 8 data ago) you just get fobbed to wait another 2 days rather then actually sort it out with the courier. Have yet to find out how the compensation will go but not holding my breath.

I used the collect service where the courier provides the label. In the past this went very well but on the last occasion the courier claimed the collection place ( a large commercial warehouse) was unoccupied so a collection could not be made.This was not true as staff were on site. It was not clear what action I should take but Interparcel arranged a fresh collection which was fine.

Terrible service and customer service not helpful at all. I paid for the parcel to be delivered to the receiver’s address but instead it ended up at the local post office and receiver had to pick it up himself not to mention delivery was 8 days later what I paid for! I would not use them ever again and not be recommending them either. Customer service is making up lies after lies just not to admit they’re in wrong.

Interparcel is a service I have only ever used in the workplace, but would heavily consider using it to send a parcel in my everyday life. such an easy and comprehensive website to find what you need when you need it for such a competitive price. The only downfall that they have currently is the updating of the services of some companies, such as DPD being labelled a collection of parcels on the same day of booking, which isn't the case given the current climate, I think this needs to change because it could have a heavy impact on some customers bookings.

Parcel was not delivered, i was told undeliverable, then it was diverted by the customer, but she says not and tha it has been returned. Tracking in Ebay showed that it was delivered, so i never knew there was a problem. Now they say i don't get a refund on the despatch costs or my lost parcel. Very poor service and breach of contract. Shocking that they can treat people like this.

Very efficient and convenient way to check options to send paarcels and purchase portage. Particularly useful when looking at options for large ar heavy items
