Do not ever use this company, there customer service doesn't hardly speak English, it takes forever to get ahold of anyone. I've waited as long as 1 hour before someone answers the phone. Apon sign up they ask if you want roadside assistance, I told them no, on a recorded line, i also called back 10/18/21 and had them remove it and noted it in my acc again. I had called multiple times after this to repeat the same thing, remove the charge. I am now at the end of my lease and am requesting my fees back i did not approve. They are trying to deny me these funds even tho there associate openly admitted it was noted back then and that there will be no issue getting that refunded as there's evidence and proof of the cancelation. Get on the phone with a manager about it her names zaida, to tell me she has no authority to add a credit and that I will not be getting a credit back at all for there mess up. She then proceeds to tell me that they can give false information and not be held accountable. What an absolute joke of a company. She doesn't explain this in a calm manner either, she's yelling at me during our phone call like I did something wrong when it was her company that didn't do there job. They are over priced compared to competitors and extremely rude. I wish I had done my research before installing, but I needed my license back asap so I didn't lose my job. Please don't make the same mistake I did. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, ANYONE ELSE.

The area where we live has a 'certified' installed who did a crappy job. We took it to another place for reinstallation and they were awesome! We asked intoxalock for a reimbursement since the first guy was one of their 'certified' installers and they would not reimburse us. This is all such a scam. BTW, having to blow into one of these while driving 65 miles an hr down the highway, is worse than texting and driving.

I have had countless misinformation from agents, the device is horrible in harsh weather conditions which I can't help due to my state. The software is janky, the update processes have me calling support every time. I have called support so many times for so much stupid stuff, it's ridiculous. I am a customer that has paid up front a year in advance and has been compliant 100% of the time. This is asinine and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I've had to replace devices.. I mean the list goes on. Please for the love of God, find someone else to go with!

this company is the worst,they sent me 3 faulty devices,so got numerous lockouts,as it wouldn't take my sample no matter how hard I blew,since my first installation on Sept I've been charged$1582.20 for invalid lockouts and installation for 3 faulty refurbished units,they said they would only reimburse $682 so I'm 900.00,I already wrote a very lengthy review but for some reason the site said that there was a problem going through but no option to fix it

This company is an absolute waste of money time and breath! I am constantly getting violations and charges and when I call to complain and try and get these fraudulent barges removed they are snotty and rude and just repeat themselves over and over!

Iā€™ve recently had this put into my car and had all kinds of situations. I wrote a review that I was very pleased. But since then, I finally got a call back from Blanca one of their reps who was Incredibly empathetic when it came to the situation. She explained to me a lot and had to go about resolving my situation thoroughly, and then apologized for what I had gone through with the other representatives. Honestly, it was nice to have someone that Took the time out to talk to you and understand what was going on. She Was a pleasure to talk to, and in the end, she rebated me two months Of payment for all the trouble that I had with Device. Itā€™s hard enough living with this device. Every time you wanna go to the store never mind all the other hoops you have to jump through and live life. So if I can give any advice, ask for Blanca, if you would like to resolve any of your situations. She empathetic and thorough. I give her a five star review. As for this company three stars. The device itself is hard to breathe through just to get your car started. I have asthma and the hoops I have to jump through just to get the calibration resolved. Itā€™s just crazy but again she explained to me thatā€™s the laws That the state will only allow you have to go to court to get it Recalibrated. Itā€™s not the companyā€˜s fault. But the device itself is just horrible.

Do not use them go through someone else!! This is hands-down, the worst company Iā€™ve ever had to deal with! Coming up with false lockouts to charge you money! Making you pay before you can even speak to customer service! Then when you finally get to talk to customer service, canā€™t even understand them! Theyā€™re a greedy company praying off of people who are trying to get their life back on track! Do not use them go through someone else!!

Extra charges and refusal to uninstall the device when my time was up. They stated they could not schedule a final calibration and removal unless I had a letter from the state approving the removal. The state I am in does not issue this type of letter. I was forced to remove the device myself and my final months of service were not reported to the state by Intoxalock so I have to have a new device installed even though my time was completed and I was charged for the time.

Sorry ass excuse for a company locked my car days before I could get it recalibrated but yet itā€™s my fault because I didnā€™t go out there to check it apparently and that was while I was at work! You call and itā€™s a bunch of Indians that you canā€™t even understand and very rude customer service all around!

Absolute worst company Iā€™ve ever worked with i regret it ever day .. Iā€™m a pa driver i got a dui in New Jersey for months they told me i wasnā€™t allowed to report to two deferent states when both states told me i need to have the machine on my car i then get in touch with both states they tell me thatā€™s not true .. then into lock proceeds to tell me well the machine i got pa wonā€™t accept so for months been trying to get the new machine put on for them to tell me u canā€™t get the machine till we ur approved for duel reporting . I then have to sent my requirements letter from pa to them they then make me an appointment to get this upgraded machine on my car but never send it to my service center .. finally i get approved for duel reporting and they tell me they canā€™t ship out the new equipment that was supposed to be shipped out weeks ago until they talk to the service center that they already talked too. I swear they string u along to keep the machine on ur car long as possible i will never recommend them ever to anyone oh not to mention charged me 43$ for shipping the u it twice that was never received

If I could give this company a negative star review I would! I have this installed into my car since may (now end of September) and Iā€™ve had to have my hand held replaced 3 times the computer twice, been stranded in the middle of the mountains in gatlinburg TN, almost Tboned by traffic bc my car just randomly shut of and wouldnā€™t restartā€¦.. when trying to get in touch with customer service they hang up on you, refuse to let you speak to a manger, they donā€™t speak english, if they do itā€™s broken and you can barely understand them. 0/10 do not recommend at all

Absolutely ridiculous, I exited my vehicle and it asked for a test. I didn't even know and they charged me $75 weeks later for a violation. I've followed the rules to a tee, installer mounted the ground into a rusted panel, causing me to sit for over 4 hours waiting for service, they charged me $175.00 promise a refund on service but still again no repayment.

intoxalock is by far the worst liars i have ever dealt with. they say one thing about pricing then once you get the devise they can charge you whatever they want its never what they say . said there be a 1 time fee thats turned into a twice a month fee thats on top of the recalibration fee and they said they would get paperwork to penndot so you cna get your license so you cna drive but after 5 days still hasnt happened but they want to keep charging when by law your not suppose to drive without a license. its a bunch of BS and would never recommend then to anyone ever. I think they should be turned into the state attorney general for fraud (my opinion)

Ha violation 3 do to leaving my key fob in my truck when I got to work. They said that it's my mess up that it's in the agreement so there's nothing they can do . He said no one was in the truck for 7 min. when it wanted a sample . So that coasted me for a mistake with no alcohol involved cuz I don't drink my dui wad drug related was 79.50 + 26$ to the service center. There thiefs .

IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THEM DOUBLE ZEROšŸ¤¬ THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE TO WORK WITH YOU, OR, if your losing time off work cuz they refuse to hear what you got to say to them. I needed to get my car worked on and they refuse to help me charge me for lots of things that I have receipts for. Be careful look for every reason to charge you more than an arm n leg. fuk these guys!! And good luck reaching them, I was waiting for 1 hour to 45 min. To even talk to someone that you can barely understand and ends up having attitude and being pushy! Smgdh

Disconnected the device and I can't even contact somebody nobody will contact me and they're still trying to charge me for a device I don't have they are robbing people and I told them before they don't give a s*** about you they give a s*** about milking you for money
