I heard a loud knock so I checked the door where I found my parcel dropped on the floor outside with no driver in sight

used many times generally ok deliver on time however customer service is very lacking taken 6 weeks to reply to an email.

As usual the they collect the item 2 days later to it should be. I take 2 days off work and I have been waiting for collection according to the emails they sent. When i call uk mail they said the driver came to collect but he didn't find anyone at the collection point. The same thing happened with delivery. baaaaaaaad service

Ok for delivery but if something goes wrong, forget it. Regardless of the fact I paid quite a premium to insure an item, The item was next day delivery, but for some reason got delayed, no explanation, no partial refund for a service that took 5 days instead of 1. Emailed in regards to claim as item got damaged. NO RESPONSE. Two emails sent, not a response to any

I sent a parcel on 9th Dec 2014 and paid for next day delivery. The parcel was delivered 11 days later!! After numerous telephone calls to Customer Care I got absolutely nowhere and have had two letters ignored by this company, also after emailing them I keep getting told that my case is closed...... PATHETIC! I will never use this company again absolutely furious!

Terrible - I have no words to describe this company. I booked a parcel collection in December & paid - no courier arrived to collect the parcel. As they are not contactable by phone I emailed to ask when the parcel would be collected - No reply!!! I then received 3 emails (I had emailed them a number of times) to say that the query I raised was now closed! I tried again, asking for the parcel to be collected - this time I had no reply to my emails. Do not use this company. There are still children at the school in Kenya where we were trying to send some footballs to who still have not received them.

I ordered a parcel on 13th January , on the 15th January I received an e mail from yourselves saying my parcel would be delivered to my home address on 16th jan between 14.30 & 15.30. ..... I am still waiting ! No one seems to know where my parcel is I have rung every day with messages saying you are waiting advice from the depot and I will get a call back , no one rings me back ...., I am somewhat frustrated to say the least the money for my item has come out of my bank and I have no parcel ! So I'm sure you can realise why my feedback is very negative !

They sent an email saying they would arrive between 13.06 and 14.06, they arrived almost 2 hours after this time. When I called to find out when the parcel would arrive, I was informed it could be up to 8pm. Yes the parcel did arrive, however the ETA was completely misleading, I would advise the company to just stick to "delivery between 8am and 6pm" rather than mislead customers and create an expectation which they cannot live up to.

I thought your service was very poor as the parcel I got was a laptop and it was just left on the doorstep and signed for by "Dixon" who we don't know. The house is right next to a busy path were a lot of people walk by every day so it could of been stolen. Very poor service next time I will use a different courier service and won't recommend UK mail/I post parcels

Parcel was left behind the dustbin, which is outside the front of our house. Luckily my partner spotted it in time before it was taken by one of the many gypsys that cruise our area looking for such opportunitys !!! Not very impressed with your service. Parcels should not be left outside.

I send 10+ parcels a month. UK service is good but overseas is abysmal, much worse than other vendors. There is no overseas tracking, their on-line help requires a postcode but will only accept a UK postcode so will not accept a query and I have never, ever had a response anyway. Last 2-3 day delivery to Belgium took a month. At least they didn't loose it!

Hello, this is the first time we have used your service and it was a trial run. I received my parcel between the hours given by you and it was all in order. Thanks. Unfortunately, Mr. S Emery who sent me the parcel did not have as good an experience. The time you gave for uplifing the parcel from him was between 14.14 and 15.14. Ms Wareham did not arrive until 17.00 approx and did not come with the lable that Mr. Emery paid extra for. He obviously was tied to the house until the parcel was uplifted which was not convenient for him. I would suggest that you reimburse him for the label and a small contribution in addition to this would go a long way to smooth his feathers!! Regards, James Gordon

Waited in all day for parcel to be collected ....text said pick up time 3.45-4.45 pm fair enough ......but driver never arrived waited and waited no more messages or telephone call to let me know the problem!!!! This was important package so I will request my £7.24 back and have to post via Royal Mail!!! Not good at all. And not happy.

Very unhappy.You emailed me you delivered my parcel but no parcel or card arrived to me.I don't know what happened and you should speak to your team and check what happened.Amd also ,you emailed that I should solve this with the person who sent me the parcel.How rude!!!You said you already collected and it's on the way to my house.

The retailer requested to you that you change the delivery address. This was not actioned by you. The delivery was also a week late and delivered to the wrong address. Poor service. Poor website.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered between 12.17 & 13.17 buy your email but it did not arrive until 16.10. So hence the bad review.
