My next day delivery took over a week to arrive. I understand there was bad weather but an email or call would have all that it took. After calling a dozen times every day over the period of four days I finally received my delivery......only to find the box was sodden and damaged and one corner looked like it had been left in a puddle for a while and then been left to dry out. I am assured by the person who sent it there was a good quality box sent but on touching it, it fell apart with water marks through the whole cardboard. The clothes inside all smelt of soil and dampness! Overall I'm incredibly disappointed. Every time I called no one could tell me anything. It was always going to be maybe delivered the next day and even calling on the day it arrived at 12 noon I was told no information could be given apart from a check it was on a van, but that it meant the driver would try and deliver that day there would be no guarantee!! After using other companies that deliver on time, are the same price or less and send a text message to clients with an exact two hour time slot I'm afraid I won't be using this company and strongly advising others do not either.

Never used a worse courier service before. Poor service, little regard for customer service, no desire to fulfil a promise. Just poor, poor service from start to finish. I rarely write reviews, but it's going to be a long time before I can forget IPostParcel! I feel I should go out of my way to warn everyone not to use this company or UKMail ever.

The parcel was marked Fragile and yet the box was bent and damaged. I pointed this out to delivery man who just said 'all parcels are fragile'. When I opened the parcel the goods inside were damaged exactly where the box and packaging was damaged. Goods are useless and I have had to ring supplier and request replacement. Not happy at all as causing a huge delay.

Message to your delivery experts:- If I am not in when you deliver please do not leave my parcel outside in the rain on the wettest day of the year!!! I take it intelligence is not a requirement for your delivery drivers. Other companies seem to realize the above point.

I have had issues with this company in the past and the latest problem has been that I tried to make a booking only this week online and as I tried to pay and error came up on the page so I tried again without any booking confirmed I had noticed that both payments had come out, for the past few days I have been emailing the Custer service team as they have no physical contact number to speak to someone about getting a refund on this and am still waiting for a reply which I should got with in 3 hours. Lucky enough I paid through PayPal which I have had to open a case about this due to the non communication with ipost parcels customer service team!

Hi Nicola! Sorry to hear about this, we have had other customers experience the same issue when paying with paypal and our IT team are investigating this. Could you please provide your consignment number? If you have either facebook/twitter we will also be able to pick it up via there if you message it us.

Delivery was left on my doorstep in plain view of anyone passing & in the pouring rain so box turned to mush. Only the fact the sender had wrapped item so carefully in bubble wrap saved my item from being permanently ruined. Not impressed!

I booked a collection on a Thursday afternoon to be collected from Essex on the Friday and paid extra for a deliver the Saturday however the courier did not read the collection details correctly and it failed, they then re-booked it for the following Monday however changed the delivery for the Saturday after !!!. It took me 4 attempts at contacting iPost to get a partial refund for the Saturday delivery and organise a more suitable delivery time. Not a great service and I will not be using again.

Hello, it's ironic that I've been sent a "write a review" as I was looking for an address to complain. Yesterday we received our parcel, we had a not pushed through the door with a note saying "your parcel had been left behind the cupboard" It didn't stop raining yesterday and the delivery man left our wedding invitations outside, on the ground in the rain! So extremely upset Charlotte x

Terrible -goods promised 24hr express service delivery however arrived 96hrs later despite it clearly showing & labelled as an Express item. + unable to make contact reasonably with your UK Mail carriers. Regret however will be avoiding such carriers. N.B. This is by no means an over exaggerated complaint as I'm fully aware of logistics having previously been employed by Business Post / UK Mail and now UPS and therefore am quite knowledgable as to industry practices having worked in Freight for the last 25+ years. Suggest a reevaluation of entire system if you want my 2 cents worth, no doubt this review will fall on deaf ears and simply be ignored but that's your downfall ultimately as an organisation! Good luck nonetheless. Regards. P.S. This in no way any reflection upon the driver making the delivery, who was actually exemplary and an invaluable asset to your organisation in my opinion.

Have sent parcel to France, not delivered, although tracking says it was collected. Proposed recipient not happy, no reply to my e-mails, despite message saying received my e-mail and will be in contact, no phone number to make contact with Ipostparcels and now out of pocket. Not a happy bunny, Dave Biss

No worth to pay for express delivery as you wont get your parcel on time anyway. Worst service ever. I am very disappointed and hope to not deal with you again.

I have not recieved my delivery and the two neighbour's flat numbers mentioned on the cards put through my door have not had any deliveries given to them either. I am very upset about this and will be expecting a refund if the parcel doesnt show up.

Item was posted on 29th January, to be delivered within 72 hours (marked on parcel). Parcel arrived on 6th February, with a "Hold" sticker in green and the delivery date marked on a redelivery label. The reason on the green label was indecipherable. There was no explanation from ipost for the delay in delivery; why there was a redelivery label on the parcel, I'll never know. There was someone here who could have taken delivery of the parcel at any time. The fact that there was no explanation is sad.
