I saw the van arrive and went to open the door but the driver simply left the parcel outside without attempting to ring the bell. I had to try to get the parcel - large and heavy - thrugh the porch and door myself, but had to ask the Ocado delivery man to help me. I am not iressed with the service.

Worst courier company I have ever used and will never use them again. Sent a parcel with them in October, it still hasn't been delivered or returned to me. When I ask for parcel compensation I just get ignored. Worst customer service I have ever come across.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was returning an item I had purchased for a full refund and used ipostparcels for the return. They lost the parcel and despite sending 8 emails I still have not even had a response from an actual person, just an automated reply saying my query will be dealt with soon. I have spoke to uk mail who are a sister company involved somehow, but they are no use and just shake off all responsibility passing me back to i post, but can't provide a phone number for them. Advise to anyone thinking of using them - stick to royal mail, at least you can actually speak to someone if all goes wrong

This is my very final attempt at trying to get help from you before I take this case further....... I have constantly tried to get hold of someone...... There are no phone numbers, no contact... everytime I try to contact you on here, I get a reply saying that you have receipts my email and then get another one 5 mins later, to tell me case is now closed... I have used your firm quite a lot and for the uk have never had anything but a good service.......... however in November I sent a parcel to Tailand....... 3 times I had to resend due to your error and it was backward and forwards..... Eventually it was delivered at the beginning of January.... the receiver informed me that although it was packed with poly nuggets...... the contents were smashed.... I contacted you several times since then, with pictures of the broken contents, but not getting any replied from anywhere.... This is now over 2 months.... and I need a reply as to what is happening with this......... I have no alternative but to seek help from elsewhere, as the receiver wants some answers..... thankyou .....

I use your company a lot.. Never had a problem before untill now.. The driver was rude! The item came damaged! Unuseable. I need them for a job. Witch I couldn't do.. So I had to refuse the job.. So I'm seriously out of pocket!! The drive told me what had happened to it but then repeatedly said didn't happen in his van.. I don't belive that one minuet!! I am fuming about this and won't be using ukmail or ipost parcels again

had an Email to say delivery was on it's way but I was unable to be at home to receive it. Got home to find a card through the door to say the parcel was behind the side gate. This was okay as it had been dry but as the parcel was clothing it would possibly have been ruined if it had rained between when it was delivered and when I found it.

I have ticked very poor, as i am very surprised that even got my parcel containing over £80 worth of craft items, Only for the fact that i happened to wake that morning at 7am cos of really bad winds at the time, i looked at my phone and i had an email of this company (who i have nevered heard of before) saying my parcel was being delivered that day between 14:06 - 15:06 i knew what parcel it was and that was asll well and good! Then at 7.30am we just heard something coming through the letter box, (was not a knock on the door) my husband looked out of the window and said it was a delivery man, with that i came down stairs, to find a blue card through my door, all it said on it was "blue bin", so i realised it ment my blue cardboard bin in front garden that was going to be put out that morning for collection as it was full to the brim, the wind had blown the lid open and there is my large parcel sitting on top for anyone passing to see, and i might add steal!!!, think he was abit early from the time i was emailed that he was coming, and the fact that he did'nt even knock with parcel, just put a card through my door (which i would not of known about till i had got up if we had'nt of been awake and heard a noise) so no sorry i don't recommend if this is how they operate? but was out of my hands, as the person who i purchased my items from booked them, not me.

When it works..ok...when it doesn't...disaster. Booked an overseas parcel 3 times...never collected. Garbled e mail responses..no real answers..customer service..forget it. Took several weeks to get refunds.

Will never use this company again.can not believe the md of this company allows this to go on. Sent a parcel using this company,uk mail / ipostparcels. Had to contact customer services to find we're my parcel was,did not want to no,they were very rude and didn't want to no. My parcel as still not been delivered to its destination after nearly a month. After speaking to different people in the company,have gave up now.the customer service is non existant. Numerous emails and phone calls,and still not resolved. Company is a joke.will never use or would not recommend this company. After reading other reviews,lots of people dissatisfied. Joke joke joke joke joke. Wished I would have looked at reviews before I used this terrible service

Package came in good condition but they were about 45 mins late. If the time they delivered was within the times provided to you it will be much better.

Absolute terrible service, booked my parcel to be picked up Wednesday, was given a time window of between 12:30 and 13:30, Han not been picked up by 15:00, so contacted them who said it had already been collected, told them no it hadn't, they then said it will be piced up within an hour, still wasn't, then they told me Friday between 11:30 and12:30, it's now nearly 14:00 I have contacted them and they told me it has been collected, well guess what it's sat here right in front of my eyes,I WILL NEVER USE THESE MUPPETS AGAIN

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and was allowed to be signed for by some with a totally different name, the address it was delivered to was a totally different street and over 20 houses away!! If it wasn't for me recognising the signers name I would never have received the package! Absolutely appalling service!!!!!!

I paid for an morning collection. This meant they would collect between 8am and 1pm. Having to wait in all morning is inconvenient as it but the driver didnt arrive until 4pm! That was a whole day wasted waiting in, not great especially as i had to pay extra for a morning collection. I then emailed ipostparcels asking for a refund and i have not heard back. Not a great service.

I found the website difficult to complete, and although it accepted payment via PayPal, I didn't receive any confirmation (except from PayPal). Later in the day, I checked the website again, and found the parcel still 'in the basket', so phoned customer care to ask if it parcel was 'on the system'. When told it was not, I was asked to checkout again by another means, and told that the PayPal payment would be refunded. When this was 'eventually' done, I checked again whether it was scheduled for collection, and was give another number to phone, and was eventually able to speak to someone at Milton Keynes, who said he couldn't say whether it would be collected on time. I had an email confirming collection between 08.00 and 13.00 the following day (27th), but it was not collected until !5.00 causing great inconvenience to the party at Tiverton. The delivery experience was better - I received an email confirming delivery, and it was within a minute of the earliest time. Strangely, although I didn't ask for a signature on delivery, a confirmation of delivery email stated that it had been signed for by me at 15.41! Part of the confusion on the site, and dealing with queries was the plethora of reference numbers: Parcel, transaction, consignment, tracking without any clear indication of which was necessary to quote, in fact an IT nightmare. Pity really, it could be a useful service, but certainly not user friendly, and some hours wasted at Tiverton and by me on the telephone. Moreover, I have not been refunded the PayPay payment which I was told would be done. Altogether a very unhappy first contact.

Ipostparcels delivers a truly terrible service.Pick up and delivery was 24 hours later than the specified time, which i paid extra for,causing great disruption to my day. There is no telephone support, and customer care service was non existent, not even bothering to reply to my emails. Tracking information was false and subsequently doctored to suit. There are far more reliable and courteous couriers out there. I won't use parcel pete again.
