Not impressed after checking video footage delivery driver left parcel in our adjoining hedge. I would have thought it would be better to try and see if a neighbour was available to receive the parcel. Kind regards Steve Trigg

Please note the item that I have received has my name and address on it the problem I've got is that I've not ordered this item and there is no contact details or phone number to return it , I am waiting on an item but no dought that's gone elsewhere incompetent slings to mind

The parcels were delivered to a neighbours house, but no card was put through the door to notify us. I had to look online for status and found the neighbours name and worked out where the parcels had been left

Driver rang ONCE ! Didn't wait for door to open , (my daughters were in and one of them in the hallway ) ,must have had the card written before getting out of his vehicle as it was through the letterbox and my parcel thrown over the garden gate before my daughter could answer the door , poor service really good job the parcel wasn't fragile !!

dont send anything with out the labels as if a new driver turns up i will find it very hard to get it back its been 3weeks but i have not had 1 phonecall as yet

Parcel delivery was delayed and as I was having to leave the house due to lateness the parcels were left in clear view of the walking public outside my front door anyone could have taken them!

Rubbish company...they leave parcels when you have already rearranged for another day. Had one delivered today 4 hours earlier than it said it would arrive...again left & I was in!!!

second time i have used them the tracking information is not great i had an estimated time of collection they arrived 20 minutes early " could have been nobody home " like an early bus a early delivery than expected can cause problems .." the courier man was the same happy chap as always and treated the package with great care it arrived undamaged , so no complaints on that but my last parcel was damaged by interparcels insurance on it taken out but unable to claim due to no photos of the parcel arriving in Thailand in a damaged package ... . DO take care when packaging parcels or you might suffer the same issues

The three recent months, the service suffers massively. You keep loosing packages, collections and deliveries constantly delayed and the customer support service is appalling. No matter how many times we will speak to your customer service representatives, despite their promises that will come back to us with information, they have never done so. Your web portal is constantly display wrong and inaccurate information. This is very disappointing, as to begin with, we enjoyed really good service from you. But this year your collection/delivery service and your customer service in particular is extremely poor. Really sorry to see this..

Should have been easy collection from Allianz Insurance reception but courier went to wrong collection point twice despite collection advise note giving full info and so ended collecting parcel several days late. When i queried this via phone they rang to advise local office to make sure driver visited right place but still message didn't get through. As i'd paid for next day delivery, this was very poor. I was due to receive it last Friday & instead i received following Tuesday. Not impressed!

Not up to your usual standards. Driver rang the bell and whilst I was quick in answering the door, the parcel was propped up next to the front door and he was back in his van. I shouted 'thank you' but he did not respond. This is unusual as your drivers are in my experience very professional and very friendly.

I've used this company for quite sometimes; the staff at their Manchester are not kind. When dropping parcels, they make you wait for several minutes before they seem, they simply ignore you pretending to do something on their computers without even apologising. Although sending a parcel can be cheap but bear in mind that it can become very expensive if the customer is not present to receive the parcel. They only keep it for 3 to 5 days and they quick to return your parcel then charge you for the return fees which is almost equal to sending a parcel. They drivers are not good at collection goods when booked; they hardly turn to collect and put lie on their sheet/paperwork to say that they've been and attempted to collect. Regards!

First time I have booked a collection. Said they were collecting at a specified time on a Thursday but did not collect until the Monday, from a 24hr staffed reception. In previous deliveries to home, driver has dumped goods on drive, rang bell and left without knowing if anyone in. Notification system poor compared to DPD. Shame! Online query routed to UK Mail who said not their concern. Poor, especially in first use!

THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER COMING TO THE FLAT, INSTEAD HE DROPPED THE ITEM AT THE SECURITY OFFICE OF THE DEVELOPMENT.! I was home all day on the delivery day and had to make a trip next day to the security office to enquire if there was any delivery for me and that's when I accidentally came to know it has been delivered….!!

Good communication and easy to set up but paid extra for specific time (8am till 1pm) and they were almost two hours later at 15.17. I bet they're wishing their comms were less precise! Would use again.

This was a bad news good news transaction. Also it was my first time using this company Bad news- paid for pick up between 8-1. My client sat at home waiting for this pick up which did not happen until about 2:20. Issues a refund for the £2 I paid for the timed pick up, but I got a lot of grief from my client who was not pleased at all. Good news. Delivered next day as promised. Email came out saying the delivery would be between 7-8pm. Problem, our business is shut by them. Called and asked if they could do something to deliver prior to 5pm. Package delivered at 3:45. Thanks. Mixed emotions about using this service again

Your 1st June draw has passed, it goes to show you have not thoroughly run this review and sent to your customers. At times your service is very good and some other times below average and poor as the communication between your team is not happening. In this competitive market you have to improve otherwise you will lose customers to your competitors Regards
