We waited in, parcel didn't come. Website said it was delivered, left in porch. Haven't got a porch. Complained by email twice, got told twice case was closed. Then lady from another block kindly brought it round after finding it on her doorstep.

The parcel had been delivered on time but left outside the house in an exposed location. A little more effort could have been used to leave the item in a more secure area with a note through the door mentioning the location. Thanks

This is the worst service in the world. Waited in two full days for a delivery and all I got was delivery attempted How why and what could have held them up so long amazes me. Still waiting day three. I live in hope. Only sixteen miles from the Preston depot Should have walked. Chris

I was told that it would arrive at my house at 3:15 to 4:15 but didn't get it till some time after 7 the only one good thing I could say was that the delivery driver helped me with my parcel as I am pregnant and wasn't able to lift it.

Collection was not made on day booked, which was a nuisance but fortunately not in this case urgent. But you did rebook for day after when told about it. The notifications you send out are confusing, they mix collection and delivery in same message. so never quite sure which one your talking about!

The parcel was delivered 5 days late. It was nset on Thursday Jan 15 for delievry on Friday Jan 16th. it was not received until Wednesday Jan 21. When it - a framed photo -arrived, it was severely damaged. The glass was shattered. I now have to get it replaced.

Left the package propped up outside my front doir in full view, no card left. Not very secure delivery, would be interesting to know what would happen if it had been pinched.

What should be a fantastic system which seems like great value for money, is in fact a very hit and miss system. I am never guaranteed that my packages will be collected during the time i booked or that they will arrive at their destination on the date or time period that has been specifically chosen and paid for. Regardless of the cheaper delivery options, you MUST have a more efficient customer service response unit to deal with queries. Offering me a refund on a botched delivery time is poor compensation for the disappointment that occurs when the package does not reach on time! Why upgrade the website to offer express delivery times and specific windows for delivery times and all at a cost if your service is not polished enough to actually follow through? I received an email this morning asking me to provide feedback on the delivery made to me - what delivery? Three parcels were collected from me; one of which was delivered late despite my paying for express, one actually did make it on time and the other is still 'at the collection point' with a note on the system stating that you plan to deliver FIVE days late!! I used this service about a year ago and only recently decided to try ipost again...to say I am unimpressed would be an understatement. Less focus on foolish parcel pete mascot facebook stunts and more focus on polishing-up what has the potential to be a phenomenal service offering.

The communication was excellent, with an email sent to me in the morning to give me a one-hour time slot, which was accurate. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful, bringing my parcel into the house for me as it was very heavy. However, the item was very slightly damaged, and had been packaged by the sender very well so the damage must have occurred whilst the package was in the possession of the courier, which was disappointing.

The parcel was left on the front doorstep on full display to anyone passing so could easily have been taken. I was in the house all afternoon and the driver did not knock or ring the bell. Poor service in my opinion and the company is lucky that it's not facing a claim for stolen goods.

Another failed collection, this is now the THIRD time they have failed to collect. Absolutely pathetic. I will have to ask for refund again. I was stupid to be persuaded to try them again, should have learnt my lesson.

In terms of booking & collection very good. Their pricing is very competitive as well. We have had a number of shipments that were delivered quickly. Be warned Tracking is suspect and not truly reliable - we have experienced instances of "delayed" for 4 weeks and "delivered" when the package were held by customs. The customer service is very poor if you can get them to respond you get a template response which reiterates their point not addressing your query - do not try UK Mail (even though they are the same organisation) as they are not able to help! They will charge you if customer has given incorrect address details and the parcel is returned. We have been asked for between £30 and £40 on different occasions, the original shipments were charged around £15.

Twice this year I have used ipostparcels and twice they have failed to collect the items. And this after sending a message saying the parcels would be picked up in a certain time period. Before Christmas I used them to deliver a silver sugar sifter to Chester. They took eight days to deliver it! iPost have cost me customers and money. Please avoid if you possibly can.

My parcel was left in my back garden at the side of my house where there is no access so it would have had to be thrown over the 6" fence!! Landed between the house wall and the shed and took my husband with the broom handle 20minutes to get it out!! Just as well it wasn't something delicate. WORSE DELIVERY EVER!!!!!

Our first booking for a parcel collection, they failed to collect and days to respond back. Eventually got a refund after I put messages out on Facebook and Twitter. I was about to book with another courier when we had a delivery by UKMail (one day later than they said, as it stands) and the driver persuaded my wife to use them again. I re booked collection and yet again they have failed to collect the parcel. Another wasted half day waiting for them to collect the parcel in vain, especially since I paid extra for an afternoon collection on each occasion. For a web based company they don't seem to understand how to use their web services. Obviously "Pete" is lost somewhere in the web..........Stupid me
