“"Do not leave in a safe place - leave with neighbour" The package says. Where did you leave it? In the unlocked cupboard outside my front door!!! Oh, and soaking a cardboard box in water is not conducive to the containers' structural integrity.......or the electronic item stored within. I am only not giving you a "very poor" rating because the package was actually delivered........albeit through no act of professionalism by your delivery operator.”

“Was told 5 days in a row that my parcel was going to arrive and nothing turnt up. Rang customers service several time not helpful atall and kept me on hold for nearly 3hr at one point I wouldn't mind but the delivery address was 2 miles from the depo just a all round bad service and customer care. Very very disappointed”

“Sorry but paid extra for collection before 1pm. Tried at 15:49. Before they even responded to email asking what was going on - it was collected the following day, still after 1pm.”

“My parcel never arrived despite what your system and driver claim. I checked with the neighbours you claim have my parcel and they have never seen it. I have phoned your call centre everyday for the last 2 weeks and despite numerous promises to rectify the issue the parcel is not in my possession. In short, your service is shocking.”

“Warning people! This company is going downhill rapidly, do not trust them to deliver your parcels. We have used ipost for many months and were very happy with the service until recently. We are now suffering a lot of slow deliveries and one of them is 10 days late in arriving at our customer and still has not arrived. We were assured by Setor at the ipost Milton Keynes depot it would arrive last week. He stated this on numerous occasions. They have not bothered to get back to us, we have had to keep contacting them and sat through hours of being put on hold. They have lied about the recipient not being in on the 27th June. This is confirmed by our parcel still not arriving and our customer not being contacted despite supplying ipost with his contact details. Our customer is fuming and the reputation of our business is being affected. The item is a high value unique product which means we cant replace it. Today I spoke to Hugh at Milton Keynes. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and was told to email. From recent experience I know emails are ignored. Hugh was very arrogant and obviously does not value the customers on which his wage depends. I am left with no options except to recoup my losses in a small claims court. I will not be using this poor excuse for a parcel company again and feel it is my obligation to warn people about what to expect from ipost parcels.”

“I have never seen such poor service, delivery was due on Saturday 21 June 2014, for which extra was charged. Item did not arrive until Tuesday 2 July 2014. I Post could not and would not explain why or how they were failing to deliver. Using their tracking service was beyond belief, item marked as delivered, and as delayed !! When the parcel finally arrived it looked as though it had been used as a football for all the time it had been held up by I post, luckily contents were in a metal case, so were ok. Based on this experience I will avoid I Post, and any one using their services, not worth the frustration or damage to goods.”

“I-Post are normaly pretty good with UK Deliveries, however stay clear from using them for International deliveries and if a Parcel goes missing in the UK, its a very long winded process to get any sense from anyone working there.”

“Not amused with this service, I was home all day and when the parcel was delivered the guy didn't bother to knock on the door he just dumped it on the doorstep in the sun my parcel was a bulk order of nail polish for my buisness so not happy with it just being left like this! Plus the fact this could of been stolen will not use again”

“Paid additional cost for am collection and the parcel wasn't collected until the day after I had ordered it for totally unpleased with the service and very little communication and unable to speak to anyone apart from sending emails that stopped getting replied too.”

“I cannot say much about the delivery, I did not see the driver. He merely put the 2 parcels in the garden by my back door, & put the usual note through the front door. The 2 parcels were each quite heavy though. The delivery was prompt ( within 48 hours), & the packages were in good condition. Although I was at home at the time of the delivery, I had not stayed at home specifically to receive the delivery, this just fits in with my normal working hours. I had, however, put off doing some things that meant I might have missed hearing the delivery driver ring, if he'd gone straight to the front door - ironic!”

“The parcel was left outside my door which was not the safest place to leave it as it has access to anyone living in the building. Luckily I have good people in the building. It could have been left at the dry cleaners across the road or with one of my neighbours who would have been home. Glad to not have had to go to the depot to collect but a little more thought into leaving a parcel laying around would be a good idea.”

“Delivery OK. However, I was disappointed that the courier put the parcel in the porch, clearly visible, so vulnerable to passers-by deciding to investigate! I had asked the seller to request that courier hid the package among the greenery in the garden, letting me know via a message through the letter box. Liz”

“Parcel was dumped on the floor next to the door, didn't even know it was there until we walked out the door in the morning. Shocking service, anyone could have picked up the parcel and walked away with it. Surprised you're not more bothered considering you're a new parcel service wanting to break even with companies like parcel force and royal mail.”
