I would give zero star but I can't! I booked a parcel, they never came to pick it up, you can't call them because customer service doesn't exist at this company. I had to drop the parcel off. After 6 days the parcel was still in England, they emailed me that I have to do a new invoice and type it no handwriting. They never told me that at the first place! What can you do if you don't have the facility to do It? When you book their "service' they are saying you need just a printer! The staff is so rude and arrogant! I hope they won't survive with this attitude! To make a complaint that is just impossible! They treat the customers very badly. Do not book anything with them because you will get just a stroke and you will lose your money!

I had an order from Luton to downtown London on June 26, 2017 and I have not yet received my shipment! I wrote many emails to open a few cases, but they never found anything! Such companies should not exist! This is unacceptable ! Now we are 2017! How foolish can there be a company with such terrible services? Shipment is not a small thing. The shipment is a car rim! It can not be lost like this! Because of this, I missed an important repair of my car, I lost a lot of money and missed my family vacation. I do not know the employees of this company realize how important work they have. With their incompetence, they ruin people's life. I've never had a worse deal with a company like iPost !

They never came to pick up the parcel. I got a text message on the morning of the agreed upon collection date, saying they would come between 4pm and 5pm. The phone number they used to send the text message was suppressed, so I could not call them when nobody showed up. If there had been some unexpected problem, they could have phoned me, but they didn't. 60 pounds thrown in the bin. Utter, shameless crooks.

Waited in all day and they didn't show up to collect the parcel, no communication about it and no one to speak to. Avoid.

I have posted 2 large parcels with this company. From UK to Australia. The 1st parcel reached its destination quicker than the 5 days stated. The 2nd parcel I had problems with and was returned to me. Apparently I hadn't filled the item section correctly. Luckily my parcel never left the UK before it was returned to me. Bit of a nightmare with emails. So I decided to write a letter. I got an instant response and a lovely lady who sorted everything out for me. My parcel got re-delivered and arrived within the 5days stated. I must add that when I posted these parcels both of which were clothes. I just put:jeans-tops-shirts shoes. The 1st parcel went through customs no problem. The 2nd parcel was returned to me, as I had not filled the itemized section correctly. So I suppose its all down to who is checking the parcels. I would use this company again.

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE UK – DO NOT USE IPARCELS! This is an updated version of my complaint on uktrustipilot posted about 5 pm this evening. I ended up with them via the DHL website. I wanted DHL. Somehow I got them (they used to be DHL, but are still 'part of the group'). It is very sneaky to be directed to them from a DHL website. I feel duped because I wanted DHL not some cowboys. These cowboys are the pits. I paid for next day delivery. Should have been delivered on Tuesday. Today is Friday just gone 1701 hours and I am still waiting for them to deliver. Every day since Monday I have called up 024 76 93 7777 only to be told a load of nonsense by Tom D... Harry Steve Darren or whoever picks up the phone and tries to to do a job, but just reads the top line of the rubbish on the screen to me and asks me what the problem is and how they can help me. Help me?! Every day, repeating the evolving story to a different person. Every step of the way, some malfunction has emerged. From the very start, the collection point falsely entered the day and time of collection, to provide extra time for the delivery. Then they denied I had paid for next day delivery (I had their own confirmation to prove it so they gave me a 10% refund, wow). Their people are not swiping and keeping records so the progress cannot be tracked. I have kept screenshots, all with time and date, to evidence the incompetence and fiddling of records. People promise to call back to update, but of course they do not do so. People promise it will be delivered 'today by xyz hours' but they fail to deliver. Sent in a written query on Tuesday, today is Friday and no one has responded. Four days of waiting at home for nothing, utterly wasted. Four days of wasted phone calls and stress. I am going insane. My package WAS urgently required four days ago, these people are a disaster! My case is apparently expedited and it makes no difference. I would not be surprised if my item never arrives (nicked, in which case I am going to the Police) or arrives destroyed or tampered with (Police report again). The reports of the condition that delayed and non-delayed items have arrived in is terrifying and heart-breaking. And, I will not be surprised if when this happens, I will have a new dispute with them in relation to insurance (I took out full cover - using their own website - on the package). There are so many complaints about them not paying for damage and delays either. Playing football with parcels is a common description, as is the phenomenon of couriers throwing items over the fence. About 2 hours after I posted my original complaint about ipost on uktrustpilot, this suddenly appeared on the ipost screen: 04th August 2017 15:00 Delivery Attempted. 03 August 2017 12:04 Pls call Utter rubbish. No delivery was attempted. I was at home, door wide open to ensure I would not miss them. NOBODY CAME TO DELIVER. And of course, nobody emailed or sms-ed or called me about the planned delivery (despite all my irate phonecalls). As for the belated appearance of ‘Pls call’ on 03 August 2017, it is hilarious. I have screen shots showing this message was not there at 04 August 2017 at 1746 hours or any time before then. I am utterly devastated and emotionally exhausted by this horrible, horrible experience. I have looked at the many many complaints online (the good ones are highly dubious). These are the standard responses I can expect: I am very sorry to hear this, please accept my apologies for any problems you have experienced. OR Please contact us via the contact us page on the UKMail website at http://ukmail.com/need-help/contact-us and someone will look into your query further, please also provide a consignment number Talk about adding insult to injury. The first is pathetic. Who cares about an insincere apology, what the heck are they going to do about it?! The second is ludicrous. They state this knowing full well that they do not even answer their lousy ‘contact us’ page. This is what I am expecting and it is not good enough. There is no doubt, I am not alone in my experience. This is most diabolically useless and incompetent courier company in the UK. And to beat HERMES is quite an accomplishment. Does anyone reading this know if there is an Ombudsman or statutory body that all of us who have been so detrimentally affected by this dreadful company can complain to? I have tried to locate the details of the senior management listed at https://www.ukmail.com/about/meet-the-board but cannot get anything online. What are our rights as consumers?

If i could i would rate it zero stars. They ARE NOT part of DHL,they ship by the post , and IF the parcel finally goes to the place, that takes so much longer than commited. All their tel numbers are out of service and there is no possibility to reach them. A bunch of thieves!

I've never known a company as bad as IPOST PARCELS / UK MAIL. They NEVER EVER reply to emails. They can NOT be contacted by phone. They NEVER EVER reply to online form submissions . Occasionally you'll get somebody on live chat.... who then promises you what you want to hear.... only for it NOT to happen. You then have to repeat the live chat process day after day after day, speaking to somebody different every time.... with each one promising a solution to your delivery query... only for it NOT to ever happen. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

I was looking for a company to transport a camera that I sold on Ebay. I found that this company would accept a camera while other better known companies would take any photographic equipment. I decided to take the camera to the depot to save time. First problem is that the address for the depot is incomplete and it is actually a door in a building for UKMail. When I went in the assistant just took my parcel and put in in a pile of other parcels. He never scanned it in nor offer a receipt. I eventually got a receipt but only after asking for it and the guy trying to find a receipt book. I am now worried about my parcel if the other reviews are accurate.

They never picked up the parcel I waited a whole day. After that day they sent an email and said sorry we missed you, you weren't in. But we were at home. and all the neighbours confirmed they never showed up. With no letter left behind for us.

I sent a parcel to Germany with this company, but they failed to deliver, quoting that the parcel was not addressed correctly and they could not find the house. I checked and the parcel was addressed correctly, i gave them the buyers phone number and email address so they could contact him to arrange delivery. I even sent them pictures of the house showing the house number and the buyers name plate. But they told me they parcel was being returned. I suppose i could live with that, even though they had failed to provide the service i had paid them for. In reality i should be claiming my payment back for failing to provide that service. Yet they tell me i will need to pay an extra £41 for my parcel to be returned. There customer service is appalling, you never get to talk to anyone, only get emails. Watch out if you have a problem, THEY DO NOT CARE

holy fucken shit....they make sure to avoid the main question you're asking...will lead you on and lie to you until the point of you getting so frustrated you reconsider is a 1500$ package worth getting back after having to deal with all the bullshit they put you through. 1500$ or your sanity...make your decision when dealing with these fucken thieves

I haven't received my parcel on Saturday pre paid delivery. I did read some bad reviews but thought if I pay for extra services like Saturday delivery, sms notification, insurance will not have any problems. However, I was waiting all sunny Saturday at home hoping to get my important delivery. not even sure when it will be delivered as I am working full time 9-6pm. I will never use this company again!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took the money from us, failed to deliver the parcel or to even contact the customer and then sent it back to us after demanding £100.86 for return to us. Online tracking is the worst in the industry and if you are foolish enough to think that you might be able to talk to an actual person.....think again. The best you can hope for is that they eventually respond to the online form you must fill in.....that won't actually accept the delivery postcode, leaving you frustrated at the inability to even submit the form. If I could wipe this dreadful excuse for a company off the face of the earth, I would do so in a heartbeat. I hope people wake up and stop using them; far better alternatives exist. If I could score them ZERO, I would!

Didn't advise a time, then didn't collect and haven't responded to any emails. At this point I have started looking online at reviews and complaints and it seems that this is common practice with this company.

Expensive with loads of additional charges. Record all your details with no site option to delete account. Can only be done via a long winded phone call. Constantly spammed afterwards with no unsubscribe link in any of these communications. Phoned them to ask to be removed from their email list. Promised I would be but I'm not. Am considering taking legal action because of this harassment. Think twice before even considering using these people.

Booked next day collection and paid extra to be delivered by 12. (this is the confirmation I got. I have deleted address details) Details: Collect from XXXX on 31/05/2017, between 08:00 and 18:00. Deliver to XXX By 12:00). SO you would think it will be delivered the next day?!?!I supposed to get an email on the morning to tell me when it would be collected it. which did not happen so I contact them using online chat. She told me drivers wont know till after 10 o'clock and she said I will get the day after!!!!! Customer service was horrible not sympathetic at all. She basically called my stupid for thinking they will pick it up and deliver the same day! And obs I needed that day as I was going away. Terrible service no number to contact and online agent just stopped responding. AVOID!!!!!!
