“Used the service twice and it FAILED twice!!!Booked for saturday delivery but suddenly the delivery date was changed to Monday and noone responded to my emails as there is no phone no.Booked second time to collect the parcel from the safe place,come home and find the parcel and the note"sorry we've missed you"..lol.This time they get back to me by email saying they will come again tomorrow and wow, the safe place is the same and the parcel is collected,what a surpise :)))) Now just praying for the next day delivery to happen tomorrow and IM DONE WITH THEM!!!”

“Absolut useless company. 'They attract customer by low price. BUt the ycan't do the job Lost parcels , long delayes. They should be reported and be investigated for very poor service. Walk away this useless company”

“Collection booked for yesterday. Time slot provided by text. Stayed in all day - no show. Emailed to ask what was happening. No response. Text received today with a time slot. No show. Emailed again - no response again. So far a completely useless company”

“This company is an absolute shambles, quoted delivery times are not met if at all, I"m still waiting, there is no contact number ( surprise surprise!!) their website enquiry form doesn't work and UK Mail their parent company cannot help at all. As far as I'm concerned my parcel could have been stolen and their nothing I can do about....GRRR!”

“Booked on the 19th for pick up, still waiting unable to leave the house waiting for the courier to come and pick up at 2.30pm on the 23rd!! No response from my 5 messages to you, terrible service!! On hold on your UKMail phone line for 30 minutes at the moment!!”

“Parcel collected on the 11th December due to be delievered on the 20th in Spain but has not turned up and now no one can tell me what has happen to it. There will be some very disappointed kids on Christmas day and everyone I have contacted said there is nothing they can do.”

“Card was marked "left in a secure place" but the parcel was left partially under a bush in the front garden, quite visible to passers by and exposed to the rain.”

“droped a parcrel to Spain at their depot on 18/12. Now 22/ Tracked online no any information aout this parcel. Contacted customer service via email no any reply. I regret that Iused them. It is better to spend a bit more to use reliable service like UPS or Parcel force”

“Have used for 3 years but after the last few months never again and if you send ebay items kiss you feedback goodbye. The only reason I used them is because there depot was near by so I had longer to get items packed and dropped off, On average I was paying £8.00 to £11.00 per parcel for supposed next day delivery and only sending 25 a week so not a big customer. Firstly having paid extra for a signature on many times then to find out that it was just left. Paying for Saturday next day delivery , so sent on Friday for next day but being delivered the following Saturday 3 times in the past 2 months. Told it's okay we have sorted it out and it will be resent for next day and then nothing happens so parcel ends up taking 12 days to arrive (ebay feedback trashed). Three times this has happened and customer service is like ( face bothered ) if you can even get hold of them. So I urge anyone thinking of using them walk away it will save you so much time and money use interparcel or even MyHermes as believe it or not they are much better so that's how bad ipostparcels is. Cornish Candles”

“Absolutely awful service.. Not sure where the faults lies whether it's with Ipost or UKMail, each one blames the other but same parcel not collected twice, despite email and texts giving a time, me leaving notes on my door, telling them where the parcel was whilst I'm at work, apparently they came to my house twice!? No other communication from them, no reason why it wasn't collected, no card left and no phone call despite them wanting a contact number. So four phone calls from me and it's 3rd time lucky, but it's doubtful anything will happen in time for my family to receive their Xmas presents in spite of me giving plenty of time. Do not use this company!”

“shame there's no minus stars .... failed to collect, had to drop the parcel off at their depot, three days later we receive an email saying due to a fault in their IT the parcel would be returned and money refunded. in five more days (depot only 5 miles from us i assume they tied it to a tortoise to return it) received an email this morning that its been delivered to a zed ????????? contacted the destination and no parcel there and we were in on the sunday (yeah who delivers on a sunday) it was supposedly delivered and no we didn't receive its return or is there anyone called zed here. so we can only assume they binned the parcel and made up a false recipient DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST”

“Good fast delivery although driver was in a rush and was already walking off and had left the parcel in the wheely bin when I'd got to the door as I'm disabled so took a few minutes.”

“I was out when the delivery was made; the weather was awful, absolutely pouring with rain and the driver left it outside the door. Luckily my neighbour realised and retrieved it for me but it was sodden, the box falling apart and the contents sodden too - if only your driver had thought to knock on the neighbour's door and ask them to take it for me (like the another delivery driver did the following day! Very poor”

“Had problems twice with this company, the one of the worst customer service ever came across with, keep calling them and keep sending emails but no reply at all. Would rather pay more money to another comopany for a reliable and efficient service”

“I was sent a collection time, but no one arrived to collect. I had already paid on line. Everything is done on line there's no contact no phone number to call. I've sent emails to enquire when my parcel will be collected but I've recieved no replies. Wish I had of read reviews before hand I would of used a more reliable company....DO NOT USE”

“Disgusting...parcel was to be next day delivery on the 10th December. No communication other than from myself snd lady getting parcel. Collected fine on 9th...and vanished!!!! We have 2 very upset little girls..one getting a fairy castle one who sold it to save towards lap top for home work!!! They refunded postage cost! What about the refund I have had to give? What about the money my daughter has lost from sale? Phone calls to every depot on route? And where is the parcel???????. Very poor is an understatement! Should call themselves...Iloseparcels/dontgiveadam.con.”
