“We were not in on the day of delivery, and on getting home at 23.30 we found a card stating that the delivery was in the blue bin. I checked the blue bin and my neighbours blue bin as there was nothing in them except recycling. We contacted the depot and customers services and we're advised that the driver would have to return to our address to check. We waited in till 15.30 hrs after which we had to go out. since then we have not heard anything and have contacted the company the order was placed with.”

“Although the delivery speed was good, the service was ruined for me because the parcels(2) were left at another address(not close to mine) without me being informed, and without the permission of the people who live in that property as they were out at the time of the delivery. The parcels were left outside at the front of their property for a number of hours. What I am most worried about is the fact that if the people at that address hadn't left me a note to say that they had my parcels, I would have been completely unaware of their whereabouts. I checked the tracking information and was shocked to see that it reported that the parcels had been delivered and signed for by the consignee. This is not correct, and would have made it difficult for me if the people hadn't informed me that they had the parcels and I tried to make a claim for their loss. The parcels were correctly addressed but incorrectly and poorly delivered.”

“The parcel still has not been delivered to the address in Portugal. When I checked on line I was advised to PHONE...when I eventually got thru I was told that an email would be sent to the delivery company and I would be called with the result. The following day I had no reply so I again rang and again EVENTUALLY I got thru after calling 6 times!! This time I was told that a phone number was required for the delivery address. I pointed out that there was a phone number on the shipping label.....I was given a DHL tracking number. I later checked and found out that there has been no progress since 10th March! NOT HAPPY.... and I will not use your company again until this matter is resolved AND explained.”

“The delivery came on time, it was a bit strange that it was left in our Gazebo as we were out!! There was an electrician, a decorator and myself in the house!! The doorbell didn't work due to electrical work being done but he certainly could have seen us from the garden!!!!! Mike”

“Should have been picked up on a Monday, was told it had been picked up late that night, on Tus morning so it would be a day late, rang the place my parcel was being picked up from, and it was still there, don't like been lied to,,,, had to make some calls, got it a day late, had paid for next day delivery, as that's when I wanted it, not the day after, the tracker said it had been picked up as well, when it had not.”

“I paid extra for a morning collection, the parcel wasn't collected within the time period (approx 40 mins late). I sent an email regarding a possible refund on the additional charge paid for a timed collection but from that point have heard nothing from you! Will be trying another courier next time!”

“The parcel was supposed to have been left in a secure place (so says the sender). It was left on my doorstep, which is on a busy main road in plain view of the road. It could have easily been stolen, or damaged had it rained. It could have been left securely behind a side gate had your delivery person taken a moment to look for alternative places to leave it.”

“On several occasions the person that was sending item asked to be called when your company arrived to collect the item that was sent to me. However, instead of this happening the driver went to the mail room to collect the parcel, only to find that it was not. Which prolonged the delivery process. In short, please be more aware of special requests.”

“Parcel was dumped on front door. No attempt to knock or hide the parcel whatsoever. Only noticed it was there when i left the house at about 2oclock so who knows how long it was sitting there. Couldnt been taken by anybody walking past as it was in plain sight. Very unhappy.”

“A present for my husband was just left on the doorstep, despite the fact he had been in all day. I am only thankful that the fragile item was in one piece and still there when a neighbour noticed it when came round. Was disappointed with this, but thankfully that the glass inside was intact.”
