Customer Service does not exist! Have waited more than 15 mins, three times trying to reach them both morning and afternoon, but then it just disconnects saying that there is no one to take the call. Have also emailed and got an automated reply. Waiting for someone to come back with option for returns. Not worth it. Just avoid!

Atrocious quality rugs topped only by the most useless "customer care" team I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I can't recommend strongly enough buying from literally anybody except irugs

Been over a month and haven't received anything from them. They haven't bothered to reply to my emails. Absolute scam artists and I will turn up at their office to get my money returned if I have too.

As with many of the people below, the rug I received was of poor quality and not the colour I was expecting. The person on the customer service line is pleasant and offered me a 50 pound refund on my rug of 99 pounds. This shows how much the rug is really worth. I decided to still return and have been trying to nearly 3 weeks. I was told it would cost me 22 pounds to return or now I could have 25 pounds off or 25% off a new rug!!!! If I was going to take the money option I would have gone with the 50 pounds option. Anyway, I am still waiting for TNT to contact me as this company is not in the UK, but the US and Switzerland. I haven't heard anything from TNT despite numerous e mails and yes I have looked in my JUNK e mails. Still waiting for my refund. Buy local and check reviews. I am normally meticulous at reviewing before I purchase, this one slipped by me. Don't make the same mistake

I have tried to contact irugs about a rug return, I have emailed,phoned, and they do not reply, when the rug was delivered I thought there had been a mistake,because I paid £189.00 for it and it was worth about£20.00 because it was wafer thin and had a crease which I could not remove,the company is American and trading in the uk,and the advert makes you feel that you are dealing in the uk when you are not ,very misleading,I feel I was totally ripped off,I have asked for assistance to help me return the rug because I am shielding with the corona virus and cannot fo out because I have cancer,and I do not get any reply from irugs,I am stuck with this rug,which will go to recycling this week at my loss of £189.00 my advise,do not,do not, do not buy from this company.

Customer service is terrible, I've sent 5 emails and no replies. My rug was returned by Fedex. I am still waiting on my refund. It cost me £60 to return to Switzerland despite the company advertising irugs.co.uk , I may need to reach out to my bank to help, purchase was over £500.

Absolutely outstanding service I received from this company. I was quite disappointed when I got a rug delivered which was different to the one I originally ordered, don't get me wrong the quality of it was excellent but it wasn't the one I wanted. Decided to send an email and made a quick phone call to the firm. I was ready to send it back and wait for the proper one. A lady on the phone was very professional and understanding , apologised for the mistake. She said that the proper rug will be sent out immediately and to my very surprise she offered me to keep the wrong one as well. I just received the good rug five minutes ago it is brilliant quality, looks even better than on the photo, I will definitely use this company next time and recommend it to everyone

Absolutely terrible rug and a con attached. Cheap con trick. Halved the price when wanted to return it and when eventually agreed ,wants to charge £40 for return. You think you can do that? WE ARE TALKING TO THE BANK AND THE CONSUMER ADVICE . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON COMPANY.

Nothing like the colour shown on advert. Poor quality on binding. All together scam company. No one will answer me on phone or email in respect of getting return details and refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ! !

I ordered a rug from them only to find out it was shipped from the US. The website is misleading, there is no returns information init either and can only be obtained by contacting the support. I was told I had to send it back to their warehouse in Switzerland it back to the US. Alternatively, they would offer a FedEx label but will deduct £36 from the refund amount. The rug itself I of very poor quality, I did not expect much for the price but what I received was very disappointing. It was also fold

I ordered from IRugsuk two products, I thought the company was based in the uk given the company title, but soon found out the products were being shipped from the USA. When they arrived they were nothing like the photographs on the website. THey had been photographed to look much bigger than the actual product size and were of poor quality. I requested to return the products, and was told that my nearest shipping point was Switzerland. It cost 40£ to make the return, for two rugs that cost £100. They confirmed that they had received the rugs back beginning of January, and despite chasing the company they have still not refunded my money - I have spent £140 with no rugs, and no refund in sight, four weeks and counting. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered 10 by 13 foot's rug. First instead of rolls the rug they band it half and fold it in flastic. Which damage the quality and I found the small part of the rug is damage. With price of rug quality did not match. Hard to contact customer service team.

Well I love my rug-I ordered in knowledge I’d have to pay return postage as stated on website and on reviews so planned to sell on an auction site if I didn’t like it but I love it-not wool but still looks expensive-velvety look and easy to clean so for me with new puppy is ideal-opted for a vintage faded style as these don’t look so bad not been wool-mine looks ace!~shipping no probs and free from US to Uk-delivered in under a week-will definitely buy again from irugs-🙂

My rug is exactly as shown on the website. Lovely quality. I couldn’t be happier. The delivery was very quick especially considering it came from the USA.

Rug didn’t look anything like the photos and when I complained they offered me a refund but when it came to actually refunding the amount they said they would they haven’t. I’ve tried to talk to them about it but they won’t answer any of my emails. Also if you are considering returning a rug you have to send it to Switzerland despite the website saying they have lots of bases around the world. Avoid this company!

I have just purchased my 1st rug from this company, and it won't be the last ! Excellent company to deal with, delivery was prompt and the rug is exactly as described, well packaged and of excellent quality. So pleased I found this web sight.

I bought a £130 runner rug from iRugs UK. It was the wrong shade to how they described it and as they advertise that returns are free I tried to return it. They don't give to return address to the US only to Switzerland, even saying that's not the correct address to return it to. I have sent emails and phoned but still they won't give an address. The name iRugsUK is misleading as one is not aware they are are foreign. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have seen the rung first cos you won't get your money back. I will take this off and apologise if I do get a full refund

I ordered a rug on Sunday and it arrived on the following Wednesday. I had read reviews saying it was difficult to return items as items are shipped from abroad so I knew that I would be keeping the rug whether I liked it or not. I neednt have worried - it was exactly as per the photo, exactly as per the video and really good quality for £69.

Ordered 6' x 9' Classic Aubusson Rug and the colour of the rug was not as expected so it doesn't fit in with our room. We've called twice and emailed three times to try and return the rug. No one has responded to email. The phone was answered the second day I tried. However the information I requested to be able to return the rug was never sent through. We continue to try and return the rug so we can have our money back.

I was not happy with the colour of the rug with my decor when it arrived and then informed it had to be shipped to Switzerland for return - otherwise a "goodwill" refund of £40 would be made against a purchase of nearly £200. Disgusted with this as it is not made clear when purchasing. Would advise unless absolutely sure, don't buy!!!
