“I ordered a pair of cargos, which I later returned but still after 2 weeks, nearly 3 I haven’t received a refund and when I tried getting in touch with the company, they completely ignored me.”

It is now Thursday night and still no sign of the parcel. Hermes still haven’t received it, even though it was apparently dispatched on Sunday night. All seems very suspicious to me! Ordered twice in the space of a week - first time the wrong shoe size came in the box labelled the shoe size I had ordered and could not speak to an actual human over the phone so was around in circles for about a week with different reps messaging me asking me the same questions every single time. I ordered again paid £7 next day delivery and they have sent me someone else’s order and again I cannot get through or speak to ANYONE. Every time I have had to change outfits last minute because people cannot pack the correct items of an order that is infront of them. Disgusting company and disgusting customer service. AVOID”
“I ordered £70 worth of items on the 28th of November and Hermes say they still haven’t received the item. It seems like I SAW IT FIRST haven’t even bothered posting my parcel. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this. And unlike other companies, I SAW IT FIRST don’t answer emails and the most unhelpful company I’ve brought from. They refuse refunds also so if that’s happens don’t expect your money back.”

“I placed an order of nearly £400 on the 6th Nov to be delivered to click and collection location at a local ASDA. I have never spent so much money on myself so was so excited. I picked up my order and the bag was a bit smaller than expected given I’d ordered 25 items including 2 coats, big boots, jumpers etc…
I opened it and had received only 8 out of 25 items. I’ve been talking to and trying to get answers from customer service ever since. They take days and days to respond (with gaps of 10 days), refuse to give me a phone number to raise the issue further with. Repeatedly ask the same question.
It’s been a month with £400 out of my account. I have given every form of evidence i possibly can but can’t get an answer. I just get fluffy responses from different reps each time and no progress. Disgusting. Complete scam”
