Site crashed when I asked to view the gift card but when I had gone through the process discovered I had ordered twice and then couldn't sort it out through I subscribe but had to go to the publication. Will go direct in future.

Didnt offer either of the free offers (presents) ywhich were offered in this months edition of Leisure painter. Very disappointing. Probably will go to another magazine next time.

I have been subscribing on and off to hello magazine for years and was unhappy to find I can only get 6 months subscription for an overseas order , why is this ?

I was unable to complete the application form to purchase a magazine for a friend on line despite a number of attempts. Finally, I had to make the purchase over the phone and the amount to pay over the phone was far less than the amount quoted online.

My Daughter ordered a gift card for my Birthday which she was informed would be delivered on the correct day. unfortunately it arrived a day late. Have chosen a magazine subscription the gift card was then not accepted when placing the order. A phone call to I subscribe was required and the representative informed me the card had expired in October 2012. I advised that I had only just received the card. I subscribe called back later and apologised. Not a good first experience.

I do not know what you are getting a review for. I signed up fo a magazine yesterday?????? Surely that is not it. I have received nothing and, if that is it, you have done nothing but take my money!!!!!!!!!!!

very dissatisfied with the length of time taken to deliver 1st months magazine last year and it looks as if its going to be a repeat performance this year. Your site indicates a wait of 4 to 6 weeks for monthly magazines! ridiculous!!!

Odd, very odd is all that I can say. I have just purchased three days ago a 2 year magazine subscription for my daughter, for her birthday which is tomorrow. I have not received any, not one email confirming my order. I telephoned them the day after I ordered to confirm the purchase of the magazine, which they did. I was told that they would send an email right away to confirm the purchase. I am still waiting. I telephoned again the following day to let them know that I have still not received any confirmation. I was told by someone that they would direct the confirmation email to themselves and then forward it on to me when they received it. I am still waiting and have not received confirmation. What is annoying, I don't have anything to print out, or to insert into my daughters birthday card, informing her of her birthday present.

I tried to subscribe to Prima magazine using an offer code KPR10202 and was unable to get the offer (possibly because I did leave it for a couple of weeks) but I am a subscriber to Woman & Home currently and was aggrieved that my effort was not accepted. I have since subscribed to Prim for £18 for 12 months and I am dissatisfied because I am now paying £6 more than the offer. This does not encourage me to take up any more subscriptions with your company.

In my confirmation it states that the first issue could arrive between 6-10 weeks. That is too long and I would not have subscribed had I known. Apart from the confirmation, I have not received any other information about when I will definitely receive the first issue which is surprising! Can you give me any further information?

Dissapointed that I had received a voucher for fathers day but was unable to use it for a 6 month subscription as this only applies to direct debit despite the fact that you had already received payment.

I was told I could have an e-mail sent to the recipient or to myself. I'm pleased I had it sent to myself as it not only had Happy Birthday as I requested but Happy Fathers Day splashed across the front. Totally unsuitable for my daughter!

I am very disappointed with the time lapse from taking out the subscription early May, to receive notification the other day that the first issue to be sent out will not be until 14 July. When signing up it said the next available issue would be delivered (I believe this was around 21 may) so why the wait until July? This is a gift for my mum who is aged 86 and recently came out if hospital and it was her birthday too. She has been looking forward to receiving her first mag and is disappointed at the wait.

I wanted to pay the full sum by master card as it was a gift but one could only do a direct debit.

When I receive the e mail reminder that the subscription is due to finish, I usually like to ring up and renew. This time when I phoned the girl who answered informed me that I couldn't purchase that particular publication for 6 months and that only 1 year subscription was available. I queried this as I have purchased this publication for several years now on a 6 monthly renewal. She was adamant this option was not available and gave me the e mail address of the publisher and suggested I contact them directly. When I came off the phone I renewed my subscription via the Internet where the 6 month option was clearly available. She seemed quite clueless throughout our conversation. You very nearly lost a sale.

I can't comment yet as the recipient of my birthday beneficence has not yet received her first copy of the magazine ordered. May I respectfully suggest that you join up your logistical dots, work out when a customer's first delivery is due, and then e-mail them a week later?

I tried to renew my subscription to Vintage Rock magazine while it had an offer on for an extra 5% discount, try as I may I could not get to the payment page, every time I was told "there was an error and their engineers are working on it". Went away for the weekend. On my return, at the time I got to renew, the 5% discount was finished, poor show.

I tried to pay online but couldn't for some reason either with PayPal or bank card, I seem to remember the same issue when I used this company a few years back too, obviously they haven't sorted it yet. I rang them to pay over the phone which went smoothly so obviously not a problem at my end. I placed the order, spelling all the more unusual words and was told I would get email confirmation plus an ecard to fill in to accompany the gift subscription. On the email I noticed the recipients name was spelled wrongly despite my spelling it out (only 4 letters so not too confusing), so I rang back to change it. I ?as getting ready to ring her to apologise for the mistake-spelling of her name on her surprise ecard but I needn't have worried, the card was sent to me instead so she had no notification of the subscription at all! I'm now hoping the actual subscription starts properly! I would think very carefully about using them again
