I recently went to have photos made of my grandchildren and the photographer there was really great! She knew how to handle the children and exactly the poses that we were asking for she was prepared to answer our questions and I think we bought all the pictures that we were offered they were so good! So I thank you I don't know who the photographers is or what her name was but she was very gentle and kind and sweet and did the best pictures we have ever made there!

Nothing past shopping online. Has anyone told u your prices are through the roof and quality below average. Seriously. I can’t believe this. why. Are u trying to fail?

Ordered online. Was not able to pickup do to family getting Covid. Recvd email 03/20/23 about being returned and receiving a refund. Today 04/12/23. After 2 phone calls to customer service still no refund. They are quick to take money but extremely slow to refund back. No more online shopping through them for me.

Nancy, associate at the JCP store in the Florida Mall was AMAZING!! She was very kind, helpful and considerate of my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. She helped me with the sizes I needed, and my shopping experience was great. I forgot to mention her name in the JCP online survey, so that’s why I’m writing this review. I ordered 2 pair glasses that were awful. The sales person told me sorry read the fine print. No refund was possible and offered to up the strength of my glasses. This offering was not what I needed. The glasses were not made well. They made me dizzy. I’ll never use them again. Now I have to find out how to get some sort of compensation. I wasted too much money.

I bought a Tee shirt and a hoodie. Received a Tee shirt and a random pair of pants that was a size not even close to mine. No idea how a hoodie was mistaken for a pair of pants. The return shipping and amount of BS isn't worth the $25 I paid for the hoodie so I guess I'm stuck with a pair of pants I didn't want.

JcPenny’s Home Expressions brand has acrylic storage that is visually appealing and looks sturdy. It puzzles me why the brand has not thought about the labels on the containers in more detail. The labels are difficult to remove and leave tacky residue behind. If you use anything abrasive it ruins the acrylic. Just ridiculous for me to purchase storage containers I then have to scrub because no one thought of using an easy to remove adhesive like glue dots. Makes the product less enjoyable.

I order 5 items from JCPenny's. One shipped by USPS and other 4 shipped by Lasership. I had to pay 8.95 for shipping. Lasership states they delivered Sunday to our front door. We were home all day and no package on lot. JCPenny's will not do anything for 2 business day, but they take your money as soon as you order. Lasership is looking into it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH!

The clerks at check out are so personal and wonderful. I have my favorites in Nampa store. Their smiles and helpfulness makes waiting in line worth it. The ladies in the floor are great I needed her help in two departments and she never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Thank you all for showing up and working with a great attitude.

I have had the worst experience ever placing an online order. JC Penny has not been able to help me for 2 months. I ordered a bed in December and still there is 0 update. My order is 2022-3443-1600-2611. I need resolution on this if you lost my bed fine. Reimburse me but this is ridiculous. I need a solution. I’ve called 5 times and keep getting passed around, I’ve been sleeping on the ground for a month plus waiting for this bed. I’m tired of calling the 1800 number, I need someone who can make a decision to make this right ASAP. Please advise

I couldn’t do anything but laugh after purchasing a couple pair of paints from this store in Covington, Louisiana. I had no issue with the staff or location but after picking out two pair of paints and heading to get checked out , I gave it to the cashier to ring up. When she told me 97.00 dollars per paints I couldn’t do anything but laugh and the cashier asked me what’s so funny. All I could think about are these new owners and corporate goons they hire raising prices up without giving their employees raises. Then I think of the quality of their product and say to myself why in the hell am I’m paying this for these pants when I can get it online much cheaper or just go to Dillard’s for a better product. I would love to hear their response as to why it cost that much but I’m sure these goons will say they increased pay for the employees which I know would be a lie. I guess their product has computer chips in it also but I will be returning it as soon as I can. It’s not about the money to me but it’s time we the people take a stand against corporations and start buying online and quit overpaying these goons more money and supporting their greed.

I have placed an online order 3 times, it has been canceled. No one knows the problem. I have spoke with multiple customer service members. Today has been the absolute worst experience l called in spoke with 2 people 2nd person said I can fix this 16 minutes later I was transferred to Anta who stated I need speak with: FIT department needs to fix problems with 3 x canceled orders. They are to busy. No supervisors because she doesn't know who her supervisor is unable to take number now. After she said yes she could, then changed to no. You need to call back tomorrow. I informed her that now I was not trusting her words. You can trust or not trust my words that is your choice. Please someone review this call. Is this the expected level of customer service skills that I am to look forwardvto with JCP.

I bought 4 pair of the Adonna Fleece long sleeve women's pajama sets. I absolutely love the material and they are very warm. The problem is the sizing. I ordered 3 large for myself and 1 medium for my sister. All of the sizes had tops that were extremely small and bottoms that were extremely large

I purchased a Fieldcrest mattress from JC Pennys. I was looking for a mattress with natural components. I couldn't find anything at the furniture stores in my area and the products on-line were very expensive. I was looking for blinds at my local Pennys and discovered a mattress that fit my needs for much cheaper than anything on line.
