Appalling customer service. I ordered 3 items on Dec 14th opting to have them delivered to my local store (they were Christmas presents). They still had not arrived by Christmas eve, so I contacted customer care and it transpired that my order had been 'lost in transit'. I was given to have the items resent/have my money refunded. I decided to have the items resent - big mistake. A week later, I had another email letting me know one item was out of stock. I asked for a refund for that and for them to send the other 2 items I had ordered. On 6th January, I received an email stating that my order was ready for collection....more than 3 weeks after I ordered. When I went to collect, only 1 item was there! The other (worth 50.00 euro) was out of stock. Staff in store told me that they could not refund me at that time because I had ordered from home??! In addition, staff in the shop were quite rude and seemed clueless. After going into the store, I sent several more emails to customer care (all time consuming) and STILL have not had my 50.00 euro back, a month later. Thieves!! The last email I had back stated that I need to send yet another email and a photo of my dispatch note (?) before I can get my money back. I have done that and still not had a refund! I do not recommend shopping at J D Sports, especially not online. Do so at your own peril!!

Placed order for personalised replica kit, but website froze when trying to pay. No e mail confirmation so assumed that order had not gone through. Repeated the process- successfully this time and received email confirmation. Later that night received a confirmation for the original order and card had been debited. Very difficult to find a customer service number or any other means to get in touch on website. Eventually spoke to someone who said they would cancel original order and refund but this never happened. So have two items and paid twice - £72 out of pocket and JD are denying there is anything they can do!!!

I ordered some items on the 14th of December as a click and collect item. I got numerous email tracking the order over a two day period and then suddenly it all went quiet. I contacted customer services about this and got a flimsy email informing me the goods got lost in transit and asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I asked that the goods be replaced and it all went quiet again for another 4 days. I contacted them again and got an awful email with no apology or explantations telling me the good were now no longer in stock and my money had been refunded. Awful customer services! Never again.

Don't shop with them. Don't shop here EVER! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DON'T GET CORRECT ITEMS, items are missing. THEY SEND you wrong sizes or whatever they feel like it and takes ages for delivery. Forget contacting them via email or phone they NEVER REPLY. If you have a problem like I did contact consumer affairs and the UK store this is the only time you will get a reply. i bought sneakers like week ago at jd store at ealing broadway black nike huaraches and left sneaker got some white stuff that i cant wash kike a glue or something and its so visible...

Sam the manager at Stafford JD was excellent today and gave great customer service. I am a regular customer and she always goes the extra mile every time I visit the store.

Me kinderen hebben met de kerst hier kleding gekocht, JD Sport in Rotterdam Centrum, bij de kassa blijkt dat de prijs in ponden is en iets van 100,- op het label ,bij de kassa ineens 120,- euro kost, en sowieso lijkt het mij dat ze in euros moeten prijzen en zo niet dan in ieder geval een juiste mwisselkoers dienen te gebruiken.

Waited for some trainers for well over 45 min, I had Four members of staff ask if they could help me and then never returned with the trainers, everyone standing around and jd have not got s system that works ! After 45 min I then had to wait to pay, terrible service , staff looked overworked and so fed up .

Very unacceptable.. worst.. i was buying guft for my friend and had customised my order for his birthday next day so i did next day delivery. Cost me 5.99 pounds. I still paid coz i wanted to surprise him. I went to store to get my delivery but they took so much time and couldnt even be bothered to explain to me what happened. I wrote in customer service about what happened. no one replied. i just got automated reply. the track link wouldnt even work. they wouldnt even refund me for next day delivery. this is the worst place ever..

Absolutely fuming!! Today is 20th December 2018, I recieved my parcel by Hermes to which was a £65 north face hoody, for my brother FOR CHRISTMAS. Instead.. your rubbish warehouse staff decided to send out the TRACKSUIT bottoms instead. He already has the tracksuit bottoms so as a CHRISTMAS PRESENT I bought him the HOODY. To now which he has no present to open off me on Christmas Day thanks to your useless staff. Aren’t parcels meant to be checked over not once, twice before being sent out? ‘Quality check’ ..yeah right!! I rang up and the lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do and that she was ‘sorry’. Tell that to my brother on Christmas morning!!!

Yet another mysterious lost item with my Hermes, and again ZERO help from JD sports, these two shocking companies are the worst in the UK. I have now had to ask Pal pal to help since JD refuse to reply. I fail to see why they are using Hermes with so many lost and missing parcels unless they are part of the same company. Clearly not good for business as i and many others are now lost customers that will not return after such appalling customer care. My son will now not have his presents under the tree as i can not afford to replace them!! THANKS JD!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with your awful service. I have been trying to get my refund for nearly a month now! I have emailed and rang you guys SERVAL of times and you can’t seem to do your job properly! I have wasted so much time and money ringing you up, each time I have to explain myself all over again, I have made complaints and spoken to managers yet it has gone nowhere! They say I should receive a call and never do!! I am not ordering from you guys again, I cannot believe you can’t just do your part and refund my money back to me. When I ordered the yeezys I waited for a week for them to arrive and yet I had to call you up myself to find out they got cancelled and I was due a refund. You didn’t think to email me and let me know, you trying to rob people for their money!? Disgusted..I want my money back!

Sounds like a trend, ordered item and Hermes (Delivery company) appear to have lost it. They have suggested delivered and obtained signature when no-one was at home. Sounds like fraud to me and yet JD will not refund as they have to investigate.

No customer service lost my order no refund yet.no replies to emails.nightmare people.used to be good service.why it has gone downhill I just don’t know.shopped in store online for many years.well never again will I order online.jd sports sort yourselves out.you will be another high street store to close if you keep treating your customers the way you do awful service all round

Paid £25 for some overpriced gloves 2 weeks ago, same story as everyone else, Hermes courier made up a fictitious address and stole the package, JD customer service stinks, they promise a refund that never arrives and ignore all your emails. AVOID this company if you want your goods to arrive before Christmas, never again...

I receive product which wasn't correct.I ordered mountain adult shoe I got slipper size 8 for baby. Then I the told to send it back and I had to pay for delivery which they told me gonna be return.I got back my money for shoes but not for delivery even after few email to them. The situation last for now 3 weeks. I contact with them 8 times without any result.disaster !!!

Ordered item to collect at store, text to say was there. Went to store at weekend waited 4 hours, item scanned in at store, yet failed to find. Couldn't re order as then out of stock, wouldn't refund me until 5 days later as had to confirm parcel lost a complete shambles . Will NEVER use this store again.
