They go my money since May no parcel received it says till today on the way. It was a rip-off solution the lockdown for them. I Ordered in other shops in the same period and received my parcels. No customer service to talk to then no even emails was replied. Now they open I was expecting to get my kids shoes or a refund, nothing. They can't trace the order number because is more than 4 weeks seriously!!!! So why did you not replied me then. I send a pic of my order. They dont care that that money was hard to get in the first place I am not rich to waste money. It was a cheapest price that i could bargain. I am fuming that I trusted a big company like JD. I saved money to lose it.

Liars & thieves! Ordered a £175 tracksuit for my… Liars & thieves! I Ordered a £175 tracksuit for my boyfriend it didn’t arrive. Contacted jd who constantly told me Hermes had delivered it. Filled out all relevant forms and after weeks of sending emails and just being fobbed off by JD I opened a case on PayPal. Even though Hermes had already declared this parcel as missing, they still provided PayPal the tracking number to say it had been sent. PayPal closed my case. I then contacted Hermes directly who confirmed they had declared the parcel as missing, went back to JD who said I would now have to forward the email to a different department (she could have forwarded it and copied me in, but she told me she is not allowed to discuss this case with me, like I’m some sort of criminal!) They then replied to me and said PayPal decision stands and they won’t refund me. So they lied to PayPal by providing them a tracking number, when Hermes had already declared the parcel as missing to them and then because of the false information, they provided, the case was closed and I will not get a refund. They will also claim their money back off of Hermes as the parcel has been declared as missing, so this amount will be credited to them on their bill, from Hermes. I cannot believe such a well known company would act so dishonestly, I will now have to take this through my bank as a fraudulent payment, with the proof it was never delivered which they know but are still refusing to refund!

Range of products, price, website are all just perfect. But what's the point if A MONTH after you order and pay, the order has not been dispatched, no estimated date can be provided and cancellation is not possible?

I PLACED ORDER FOR A STAN SMITH JUNIOR SHOE AND A CROP TOP DURING 10.10 sales. I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 WEEKS TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES FOR THE ORDER LIKE IS IT BEEN SHIPPED OR WHAT. AND AFTER 2 WEEKS, STILL THE ORDER IS NOT PLACED AND SHIPPED BUT THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY ALREADY. I HAVE EMAILED TO THEM PERTAINING THIS MATTER AND SAID THEY WOULD REQUEST FOR REFUND AND ASKED TO WAIT FOR 7-14 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO PAYMENT COULD NOT GO THROUGH. HOW COME?!!! NOW I STILL CAN SEE THE ORDER DETAILS NOT BEING CANCELLED. POOR SERVICE! I HAVE EMAILED SECOND TIME BUT NO ONE REPLIES! I GUESS THEY ARE SO BUSY REPLYING ALL THE COMPLAINTS

Disgusting service been waiting for a refund for 12 days . 6 days of emails and still no replies. Asked for complaint procedure 3 times and not sent. Evan blames my bank as no refund received. Citizens advice I think

I ordered online and taken the order back to Llantrisant store 17/20/2020. On receipt said in my bank 3-5 days. No refund in my bank and . Complained and have replied with emails for 7 days. Spoke to several people and nobody can explain why I haven't been refunded. Now day 12 And had an email stating they will refund within 5 days. I’m back to square 1 where I’m still waiting . I’ve asked 3 ti,es for their complaints procedure and refund policy and not received. I’ve taken the complaint to citizens advice and trading standards. I will never shop again at JD Sport

Charged for next day delivery online that not available and order that never arrived to click and collect with no information or help whilst being fobbed off by customer services. Getting sent wrong tracking info to wrong order and eventually told Hermes has lost my order and items no longer available 2 weeks later when I wanted next day. Total joke and awful customer service. I shouldn't have to chase up my order. A birthday present that ruined costing £268 lets see if I get my money back within 5 days i doubt

I ordered a football top and it was cancelled as it was out of stock. I called customer services and was told it was definitely out of stock and the website will soon show not available. the following week i ordered the same one and again it was cancelled. The item is always showing as in stock every time i go online. I emailed customer support 2 weeks ago but no reply. I presume they are very busy with complaints.

I ordered 5 items on line. Three items were completely wrong. Wrong colours and parts missing. Nightmare dealing with customer service to get correct items or money back. Was told they'll refund half of one item! I just wanted them to send the correct items I paid for. They say they can't! Avoid at all costs

I have been awaiting a refund on an item I returned two months ago. Continual fob off from customer service is that the "refund has been requested". Stupidly, I since placed another order with JD (a mistake I shall NOT make again). Item was "lost in transit" and I have now been waiting over a week for a refund from that. Fob off once again from customer services is that the "refund has been requested". I have today taken advice from Citizens Advice, lodged a formal complaint and will be taking this all the way. It appears to be JD's MO to sit on their customers' hard-earned money and fail to refund for items returned or never received in the first place. I can receive an instant refund from the likes of Primark, but with JD it's a full time project management job - and still without success. Absolutely criminal. Disgusting customer service.

Never received order was told to wait 10 days which turned into 16 waiting for refund was promised £20 gift card for gesture good will and all the hassle now to be told £5 that’s it liers

This scam of a company does not deserve even the 1 star I am giving them. First of all, the experience on their website is terrible, e.g. items are promoted as customisable, then when you click through it turns out they are not. My order was 8 days late from the final delivery deadline. Customer service is the worst that I've experienced; they send you templated responses that don't even touch upon the issue you raised, then at the end say they've closed the request because the enquiry has been satisfied. My order arrived with one item missing, which rendered the whole purchase pointless; they say that item is out of stock, but it's still appearing as available on the website, so either they are lying either to me or to all other potential customers who may be ordering this item as we speak. The quality of products is horrible as well, very cheap material that won't survive a single wash, which is especially shocking considering their extortionate prices. In a nutshell, this is a total waste of your time and money - avoid if you can!

Order Man U third kit top on 27th sept 2020. It’s now 13th October still no top. My son is very upset. Countless emails which all say the same thing but nothing is done trying to cancel order which also seems impossible. Something going wrong here would be surprised if they soon announced they have gone bust.

ordered a Liverpool personalized jersey 3 weeks ago , every time i got in contact they just said it would be on the way soon i needed it for last week as a present . Today i'm randomly refunded the money which i didn't want i wanted the actual item , the customer service is horrible , once as i was in the phone to them you could here in the background her saying the order was abandoned but continued to tell me it would arrive , used to always trust this website now not so much

Ordered a Chelsea Away kit 2020 from JD sports on the 24th September. Advised latest delivery time of 30th September which I was happy with as it is my Son's birthday present for that day. Did not turn up and left me angry as he did not get a 13th birthday present. Called JD sport and still got no ETA. This is very poor service. Now the 8th of October and all I get is a daily message "We are working to get your order to you. Sorry for the delay & thanks for your patience." Whilst my son is still waiting for his birthday present. Really upset and angry!

We purchased 2 pairs of shoes for the boys as they said they were in stock in a store 25 minutes away. They are not now have to wait 6 weeks while they come from the UK. The customer service was very rude as well

I visited the store in The Woodlands. The staff are really rude and even when they do use “manners” it seemed forced. I felt extremely unwelcomed. Hopefully this issue can be fixed so future customers don’t feel the say way I did. I will not return.

This has to be the worst online order I have ever placed. Waiting for two weeks with just a stupid text sent every day actually saying nothing. The robot is useless and I am very upset with JD. I wonder whether I will ever get my order or indeed a refund.
