They mess up every flight, paid a lot more for extras , direct flight nope, i had to buy my own flight place, completely a scam

We booked a break to Krakow in June 2020, through ‘Daily Mail Travel a name you can trust’ our holiday was cancelled because of covid, we did not want vouchers and were promised a refund. We have now been given several dates over the past year promising that payment would be made, the latest being November 30th 2021, today I received an email apologising that payment would not now be made until May / June 2022, I do not believe that Jetline Travel have any intention of making a refund. I have forwarded all my correspondence to ‘The Daily Mail a name you can trust’ but it seems they have no leverage of the holiday companies advertising under their name, this seems to me a complete dereliction of their responsibility to readers of The Daily Mail.

They did not do proper diligence on our Flights. Our return flight was cancelled and with any notice to us. They are self serving manipulators, and should be held accountable for what I verily believe is a Criminal Organization.

Felt with a guy named Arthur a born scammer,try to rip you off for more money all the time and would not honor the original advertising price and always try to bump you up for higher priced packages.very unprofessional company please avoid this company altogether unless you want to go to litigation with this company.when you are not happy with the person you deal with and Ak for a supervisor they transfer you to one of their colleagues and you hear the laughter in the back ground

Our holiday to Madeira was handled by this company and everything went smoothly and we have absolutely no complaints and would be willing to recommend Jetliner holidays.

Scam artists and thieves! Have been waiting over a YEAR for these hustlers to refund my $1500! Based on all the negative reviews and unfavorable articles about Jetline, it appears that thievery is part of their business model. One of the most horrific excuses for a company I'm dealt with in my LIFE. (*And I just read that these worthless, dishonest people also received GOVERNMENT money due to Covid shutdowns! So, they're making -- and TAKING -- money, hand over fist. BUYER BEWARE: Jetline operates under various names including Jetline Holidays, Jetline Vacations, Jetline Cruises, etc. * DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE SEEDY SNAKE OIL SALESMEN!

Stay away from this company. I naively booked with them thinking they'd be trustworthy. I thought everything would go back to normal by Nov 2021 but the package to Iceland which I booked, came with the fact (after) that Iceland requires travelers to quarantine for 5 days which made no sense considering my trip was only 7 days. This isn't Jetline Holiday's fault but the trip still doesn't make sense overall. I contacted Jetline Holidays months ago to cancel this trip. From August all the way to October (now), they've yet to reply yet they emailed and spammed me constantly saying my Iceland hotel was cancelled due to COVID-19 and changed. I responded to them telling them I've tried to cancel this trip multiple times but they kept telling me it's not their problem and that the trip is still as-is. I had to contact my credit card company to discuss with them to return the funds to me because this trip makes zero sense and Jetline Holidays kept aiming me toward their "terms and conditions". They clearly don't care for customer service. I was done dealing with them. What's worse is that they don't operate in the USA so all the numbers come up as either Spam Likely or they call at inconvenient times where I cannot pick up. I will never book with this company ever again.

Run away. Jetline approved changes to our flight days leaving later in the day and arriving back a day earlier and never contacted us to let us know. When we contacted them they told us there was nothing they could do. When we told them our original flights were flying they told us that we could pay more for them. What? They said if you read the entire contract they are not responsible for airline changes. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

With 3 days till departure, I attempted to add TSA-Pre to our tickets. The airline told me that our Jetline itinerary was wrong and the our flight departs 3 hours earlier than Jetline "booked". Needless to say, this will not allow us to make connections for our lifetime trip to Iceland. Moreover, the errant itinerary was received only two days ago! Jetline Holidays, you stink!

Still trying to get a refund from a holiday booked in March 2020! Every time I phone I'm just fobbed off. They are also taking off a huge admin fee and refuse to produce a cancelation letter so that I can claim on my travel insurance, I do not recommend this company.

Never Never book a holiday with Jetline. We have been trying for months to get a refund on our Cruise which was cancelled due to Covid. We know that the cruise company refunded our booking in full to Jetline but Jetline are just hanging on to it. How do they get away with stealing your money ???

They keep advertising on Travelzoo and Sherman's Travel. I have asked for more information twice now and never a response. If they treat prospective customers like this I can only imagine how bad they treat people who have actually paid money. I don't know why Travelzoo and Sherman's Travel publishes deals of scam companies.

This is hands down the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! -It is less than a week before we travel and we still dont have the name of our hotel. -The Voucher for the tour we scheduled is set for the same time as our flight arrival time. -They completely ignore questions about shuttles too and from hotels and tours. -They have not furnished the required ATOL Certificate required by law. -Our "discounted flights" did not come with baggage and it was an extra $500 for one bag for my wife and I and to select seats. Which defeats any saving advantage of going through this bargain vacation listing from Travelzoo. -They have repeated told us that all of the information would finally be send to us two weeks before we travel. This did not happen and when we called they gave us yet another date and guaranteed it and asked that we call their customer service today. Yet it was closed when I called! They make traveling Extremely Frustrating! Which is the Exact opposite of what you want in a travel company.

Do NOT even think about booking with JetLine it’s a total scam and they’re nothing but liars and crooks. I booked with them for a trip next spring and I never received a receipt or any type of confirmation. I told them after I realized they used the old bait and switch and kept saying that for additional money they could get better flight schedules. I told them to cancel both verbally and in writing and they have ghosted me. The credit card company is being very difficult to deal with and I’m Going to have to seek legal advice. RUN as fast as you can away from this fraudulent scam company!

Please please do not use this company I’ve had a on going battle for a refund. After months they pressured me into taking a voucher. Saying I could cash in 3 month. To be told today it will be another 5 months. Totally discussing and I have read stacks more reviews on the same thing . Please share pass on it is law to get cash Back after 14 days JETLINE have there own rules.

They are definitely THIEVES! My trip was canceled due to COVID-19. I have kept emailing them and finally got an answer this week. I was told that they have fully refunded my money in August last year which is a lie! My credit card statements never showed refund from them! We paid close to $3000 for the trip!!

THEY ARE THIEVES-------I BOOKED A TRIP....due to covid, it was cancelled---now they are giving me the run-around about my refund. They keep saying someone is going to call and they don't----$2000.00 GONE....GONE!!!! What hurts so bad is that they keep on telling lies---they keep saying someone will call you back and they don't---what should I do?
