“Lemon pie flavour is delicious!! Strawberry also. The plenny shakes are useful for me because I do a very stressing job and sometimes I barely have time to eat.”

“The idea of the Plenny Shake is really good and it has served it purpose really well for me. I don't have time to make breakfast during the morning so i make a Plenny Shake before work and consume it at work during a coffee break. It keeps me full for a long time and gives me energy to work efficiently. The taste and texture for a new costumer might be strange but it will get better if you keep consuming it and getting used to it. Highly recommend.”

“I no longer forget to eat breakfast so the overall mood during the day has improved a lot. It's also perfect for lunch and dinner when family is not present. It's also a lot better to have a plenny bar or sport shake during longer climbing session than just a protein bars/drinks as they don't help that much to also refill energy.”

“To be honest. I'm a bit surprised. The taste is very nice actually, better than expected. Shakes are not too heavy for your stomach. I mix them as well with others poeders to increase protein and reduce fat a little bit. In overall, very positive. Ah, and delivery was very quick as well. I ordered at the evening and next day package arrived.”

Het spijt me te horen dat je niet tevreden bent met de textuur en smaak van onze shakes. Ze zijn ontworpen om een beetje korrelig te zijn vanwege de ingrediënten die we gebruiken, oa haver. Wat de smaak betreft, ieders voorkeur is anders en wij bieden verschillende smaken aan. “Not a big fan of the taste, especially when I prepare the shake with water. It's drinkable when I use milk, but that kind of defeats the purpose, I guess. It is kind of bland and chalky. I have no experience with other protein shakes / meal replacements, so cannot compare and maybe have unreasonable expectations. Bottom line is you can very easily tell it's meant as a healthy alternative more so than a traditional shake.”

I'm sorry to hear the taste didn't meet your expectations. Plenny Shakes are indeed designed to be a healthy, complete meal, so the taste might be a bit different from traditional shakes. The chalky texture you mentioned could be due to the protein and fiber content. As for the taste, you might want to try one of our other flavours, or even add some of your favourite fruits or spices to customize it to your liking. If you prefer a creamier texture, you could also try our Plenny Drinks. And don't worry, using milk instead of water doesn't defeat the purpose, it just adds to the nutritional content!
