“I was hoping for a tasteful meal replacement, that seemed to be composed of fresh ingredients. I have tried HUEL in the past but gave up as it tasted awful. But … as disappointed as I am to write this, that taste here is dreadful, it just tasted of cardboard with a weird hint of fruit. Nearly threw up the whole thing after my first sip. It really does NOT taste of passion fruit at all. So it's a pity, since I spent quite a lot of money on this but they're all getting tossed in the bin now. I wish products like this would allow you to get small samples before luring you into a month subscription fee.”

“This delivery was less pleasant than previous ones. I ordered on November 24 and collected the delivery on December 22, so it took 29 days in total. I hope my review can help improve the delivery process. Here is a timeline; I hope it is useful to you: - the first delivery point did not come through. This is of course not 100% your fault. + You informed me of this and asked me where I wanted the package delivered. This communication (with Daniel) was good and went quickly. The delivery was sent out the next day and delivered the same week, on December 6. The delivery was sent to a 24/7 locker. - Unfortunately, the pickup delivery service did not send me a code to access my locker, so I was not able to collect the delivery when I visited the locker on December 9. - When I checked the Track & Trace on December 9, it said the package had been returned to sender. I don't know if this was true. I did not receive a message notifying me that my delivery had been returned to sender, either from JimmyJoy or from the delivery service. + Communication with JimmyJoy about this issue was fast and pleasant. I asked to reship the delivery. The delivery was quickly "Ready to send", on December 12. - Unfortunately, it took a while before the package was on its way. I emailed on December 20. + Communication with JimmyJoy about this issue was again fast and pleasant. The order was shipped the same day. The order was delivered the next day, on December 21 + DPD delivered the package to a different Pickup Parcelshop than I had requested, but they notified me about this; this is fine - Unfortunately, this new pickup point is only open when I am at work (opening hours are 08:00-18:00 weekdays). I cannot pick up this delivery. Moreover, this shop is closed on the weekends and closes for more than a week for Christmas. I would have preferred to be kept in the loop to indicate a different pickup point, where I could pick it up more conveniently, even if it had meant more delay. (in the end I made it work by working from home and going there early in the morning, but this is not a choice I want to make only to pick up a delivery). - Unfortunately, JimmyJoy misinformed me about where my package had been delivered. JimmyJoy emailed me on December 21 that my delivery had been delivered to Pickup station DeBuren - Zaaijerp. It appears there was some miscommunication between JimmyJoy and DPD. Again, in the end everything worked out and I am now happy with my food. I hope that you can use this message to improve your processses. Merry Christmas”

“The shakes have a good taste. I only tested the vanilla taste and this is good and gives me enough vitamins, calloriës and protein for the time needed, only sometimes it can make me a little gassy. I need to test the other ones still.....”

“First time trying out full nutrition shakes, and have to say it's quite a pleasant surprise. Recently I've been feeling that no matter how much I ate I always felt as if my stomach was empty, so I was overeating and gaining extra weight. Thanks to the Jimmy Joy shakes even after the first one this feeling finally stopped, and wasn't as hungry as before, because of this my stomach tightened, and I felt quite a lot better. As for the tastes, I love the variety, which makes drinking them less of a chore, and instead, I'm looking forward to them. All of the flavors really match the labels. There was a bit of an issue with what was sent to me, but it's going to be fixed during my next order (the support is really helpful). The only negative I would say is the closing mechanism of their bags, there are quite a few of them that are quite hard to close/keep closed. The bags themselves feature fun art and helpful information.”

“I love the wide range of tastes available, minimal waste, much less washing up and a huge amount of time created free from shopping, planning, chosing meals to eat healthily and sustainably. I feel that my body is doing well on the meals provided and that I dont have to worry about calorie counting as I know exactly what i am eating every day.”

“I get the one with extra protein. At the office I always drink one before hitting the gym at the end of the day. Feels pretty healthy and not too sweet. Still a bit chubby but getting there.”

“I love Jimmy Joy's shakes, I drink them when I am traveling, when I am sick, or when I don't have the possibility to cook. The taste of the shakes is good - my favorite is apple cinnamon. I often mix them in smoothies. As a vegan, I am especially happy that all products are plant based; and nutritionally balanced. The service is also great. I tried two of the hot meals and don't like them that much, so I will stick to the shakes!”

“Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. Twice I ordered items and twice I was notified that they were delivered, which they were - back to the sender!! Something to do with being refused at customs. I didn't ever receive the goods despite assurances from customer service. I only give two stars instead of one because the customer service people were polite and replied quickly, but ultimately weren't able to help. A refund was given promptly when I decided not to try again.”

“Are you searching for a really health, fast and very good meal that is VEGAN? Even though it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack? Search no longer! Jimmy Joy is by far the best on the market! Do you also want emails and notifications every damn day for exactly everything you ever bought or thought buying. form J.J.? Long, sometimes interesting emails but often too long and about things you already read about in the previous email? (from 10 to one day ago) Well. You got that too.. And still this thing with home delivery- hasn’t worked yet.”
