“Awful customer service. Returned an item 3 weeks ago for an exchange and am still waiting. Everytime I email or dm them for an update I'm asked to provide all return shipping information again and again! I've even scanned a copy of the return receipt and still not had any confirmation from them that they have received it or are processing it. I know they have received the item as I paid for recorded delivery on my return and they received it the day after I sent it yet I'm still waiting. Absolutely awful company. Would never use again. Just want my exchange or a refund!”

“I ordered a large order and I waited over 58 days for it to arrive which it never did I emailed them on multiple occasions which they offered no help, I asked to be refunded which they responded with ‘because these items were on sale they cannot offer a refund’ for a product I never received… Might I add the ‘sale’ was 10£ off aswell if I could of rated 0 stars I would have”

“I had a great experience with JK. Ordered 2 T shirts on saturday and they arrived the following wednesday. The shirts are great and to size. The neckline is a little higher than I expected but manageable. The only thing is that I wouldn't order for next day delivery like I did, however the time taken was more than fine and the cost was only £1 more so not a problem. I'm happy with my shirts, good quality.”

“Ordered some black Cargo pants. Was told these were not in stock so I would be sent some different cargo pants + a free tshirt as compensation. My package was delivered today with one pair of cargo pants that don't fit and are completely different in design, and no tshirt as promised!?”

“Horrible customer service, I ordered jeans in a size 2 and received a size 8. When I reached out and explained the situation I was told to ship the size 8 back with my own money, take a picture of the cost, and write a note in my package saying it’s the wrong size and when they receive it they’ll send the correct size. After reading reviews of hundreds of people saying they did the same and never received their replacement or a refund I decided not to go that way. When I explained, they advised there’s nothing they can do even though it’s their fault, no partial refund or anything. So disappointing now I have to spend money on alterations for pants 6 sizes too big. I’ve been buying from them since 2019 but recently they have taken a turn for a worse, will not purchase again.”

“In my package was the wrong T-shirt. The new package can only be send after u guys received mine back even though i’ve send my evidence of the retour. Thats not good. Also i mailed that u would refund my receipt of the shipping costs but now u guys reacted that when i want to send something back or have another size the costs are for me, but that’s not the reason of my retour. The reason is that i received the wrong t-shirt”
