“This has to be one of the best programs ever if you're serious about losing weight. The care team is amazing and the doctors monitor your entire journey to make sure you are healthy and safe. The team is quick to reply to any questions you may have and is there to help no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this program; it has been very successful for me. I lost 25 pounds in 3 months.”

“Total scam. After a month's time from signing up, I was still without any medication or actual support. The insurance "preauthorization" process is a stall tactic they use to delay providing a prescription, even if you offer to pay out of pocket, and to force you into additional months' payment into the program. They also don't provide the promised help of finding a nearby pharmacy that actually carries the listed medication options. I am disgusted with them and myself for being taken in and wasting so much time and money.”

“Just as many people have tried all of the weight loss programs (often several time each) I am also in that group. When I joined Sequence I truly had zero expectations because nothing else ever worked. After joining I immediately noticed a difference. This program comes with a full support system you can reach out to. They have support groups for almost everything, emotional eating, accountability, fitness, meal planning plus numerous of other group's and you can reach out to anyone on your care team and schedule a video call. This program is not just about the medicine but it is about giving you a full support system to help you along the way. As I move into this holiday season (and into 2024) for the first time I feel in control and I know that I be successful because I know I deserve it and I am not alone on this journey. With my support system at Sequence I have made my health a priority not just something I do after everyone else is taken care of. I couldn’t be more thankful for Sequence.”

“A complete scam I was charged $99 and advised that it was for the prior month despite trying to cancel the plan. Finally got someone to cancel it and they refused to refund me my money and advised I could use it until 9/24. Well I attempted to get my last prescription refilled and they refused and told me because the medication last 4 weeks it would be longer than my subscription. I would have to sign up again to get my prescription! If you can avoid this company do so!”

“Back in 2019, my life changed drastically. My son got sick and I was forced to quit my job and become a full time caretaker. I rapidly gained 22lbs and it gradually crept up to 40lbs. Over the last 3 years, I have tried every weight loss plan and exercise program that I’ve ever heard of. My sister told me about Sequence. With the support and guidance of the doctor, dietitian and everyone employed by the program, I have been able to lose 30+ lbs on the program. I couldn’t be happier with the program.”

“You don't get much for the money. It Felt a little shady. They sent me to a pharmacy that refused to fill my prescription. So they told me to run all over town until I find a pharmacy that would fill it. What a bunch of BS. Just go to your primary Doctor to get a prescription. It's much cheaper and you don't have to throw away $99.00 dollars a month for very little sevice.”

“This program makes it so easy to find obesity medications. Within a week of signing up I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy. I have tried quite a few telehealth providers for various things and by far this has been the best!”

“10/10 would recommend sequence to anybody needing help with losing weight. I gained some weight back that I had lost after having weight loss surgery. I felt defeated and stuck and didn’t know that to do. That’s when I found sequence. Every single step of my journey with sequence has been simple and easy. I’m back down to my maintenance weight and I have everyone at sequence to thank for that!”

“just wanted you to know that my weight loss process has been going very well! My diet has been focused on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, chicken, fish and lean protein rich meat (filet mignon) and sirloin. My daily exercise consists of swimming laps, treadmill, weight machines and recently started playing pickle ball at the Y. I’m very happy and grateful for your guidance and support on my journey to greater health. I also firmly believe this process has given me more happiness, motivation, self confidence and a very positive attitude I also would like to thank Dr. Smith and Taylor for providing me excellent information, guidance, support and a plethora of professional and knowledge in everything needed to obtain a successful weight loss process”

“My doctor has gone above and beyond to make sure the medicine is working with my body. Between requesting blood work and following up regularly, I feel more comfortable than going to my regular doctor. I’ve lost 70 pounds in a year and it’s all thank to the direction my doctor chose for my body, health, and reaction. Sequence has changed my life and so happy to have my life back!”

“Very easy to work with and they really do their best to get the medication you want covered by insurance. Dr. Floyd pointed out my high sugars in my blood work - my primary care physician didn’t even mention it. Lena R. Was a pleasure to work with and great with follow up”

“The one problem that sequence has is their response time. No matter what question you have it takes them 48 hours to respond. And if they respond with a question and you respond right away, it’s at least another 48 hours for another response and it goes on and on. My daughter had the same issue…very frustrating!”

“Sequence was one of the best things to happen in my life. They made the process so easy and the staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Every single person was so responsive, insightful, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about sequence. I admit I was a little skeptical about “seeing” a doctor online, but I felt very well cared for the entire time. To me, the value was exceptional for the service I received. Thank you sequence!”

“No medication in my area for two months, but still charged $99 fee. FOR WHAT???? It takes days for their follow up, just to hear “we're sorry, we know it's frustrating”. They would do better obtaining and shipping the injections themselves. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends.”

“Sequence is seriously AMAZING! Signing up and getting started is fast and easy. The initial appointment with the Dr was better than anticipated. She was friendly, listened to everything I had to say, explained things well, and actually gave me a choice in which route of medication we would go with. My prescription was sent over quickly with no issues. My support team that is available via chat anytime is great. I have never had to actually wait the time that it says it could take to get a response, as it’s always much quicker. Almost every time has been immediate or close to it. Not only that but they are helpful and genuinely kind. Never once has any interaction with anyone at sequence been negative. Having the ability to have one on one appointments with different areas of the program like nutrition, fitness, etc, is fantastic. I was able to sit down, talk to my dietician and get specific questions answered and guidance for what would be best for me in my situation. I love being provided a fitness program that spells out exactly what to do because in the past every time I had a desire to start exercising, I never knew where to start or what to do! Having the plan really helps, plus it gives variations and options so anyone at any level can have a plan. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish some of it would be more personalized and the groups I would like to join are limited so I just wish they would occur more frequently. Besides that, it would be 5 stars! All of that aside, I have way exceeded my expected weight loss in my first month! Just by starting to incorporate what I have learned from all the different areas of this program, sticking to the changes and making small improvements one at a time! Plus, it’s been relatively easy and fun! If your on the fence about joining a weight loss program like this, join Sequence and I can guarantee you WILL NOT ever regret it! :)”
